Sure will be glad when the new year arrives. Getting real tired of these tax dodgers giving away shares so they can save a buck or two. I don't believe it's the company, as you have to show a profit first. When I saw asks coming in at 5 ticks below the bid price last week, I sure knew something was up. Of course it might be some of the company enemies trying to kill any future deals for HTI. Quite a perplexing situation. I do believe we will be finding out real soon after the first of the year. I am surprised that no one asked about the status on the 10 corporate fleet deals they've been working on. IMO
PD, I'm a little confused. Are these the same preferred shares you mention is this post ? You're such a kidder, I just don't know when to believe you. LOL
pdgood post# 14754 Post # of 48493
Make that .0078 average sell price. Net of just over .006 and a $48,276.00 day. I alway did wonder why posters ask why I post 15 messages a day. That's over $3000.00 per post and they tell me I need ta get a life. If they'd tell how it could get better I'd actually listen to these posters. The trade volume of HLNT is like a dream come true. Has anyone received anymore information on the Highline Convertable Notes? Some posters want us to believe over 5 million dollars in Convertable Notes just went away. I sat we'll find the real answer in the Preferred Shares structure.
How fast can this turn around, once all the weak shares are shook loose? Check the PPS on 8/24/10, then again on 9/24/10. That's how fast.
I think I'll just wait to see how this plays out before I start making any wild acusations or coming down on the company. Those that speak too soon might end up with a lot of egg on their face, jumping to conclusions and making false assumptions. As I've said before, I'm invested in the company not in the current PPS. Just wish I had a little powder right now. IMO
Much cheaper for HTI to have a recorded message with a selection by local, and supply a local dealer's phone number for the potential customer to call during business hours.
JSW, this is typical behavior that has occured over and over again. It's by non believers that talk the talk, but are afraid to walk the walk. Some have even said "They know things" because they have friends in the company. They chime in as to what a failure the company is one month, and then do an about face the following. My advice to them is to sell and move on. It'll relieve them of their stress and make our journey a lot more pleasant. IMO
What we have currently is an all out attack on the PPS with 2 million share blocks being offered at 17. What I do not know is who is selling or why, but it is being done for a definite reason. Hang in there longs. Our day is coming.
This may be a bit of blue sky, but what a great opportunity for Dongfeng Motors to introduce hydrogen injection via HTI. IMO
New vehicle tax policy to go into effect January 2012
By Carmen Lee From Gasgoo.com December 19, 2011 Gasgoo.com (Shanghai December 19) - The new Vehicle and Vessel Tax Law of the People's Republic of China will go into effect starting January 1 next year, the Securities Journal reported today. The State Administration of Taxation held a conference answering questions on the taxation yesterday, during which representatives stated that new energy vehicles would be exempt from the policy.
According to the new legislation, automobiles or vessels carrying nine or less people will be taxed according to size of engine emissions, a departure from before when taxes were determined solely by number of people transported.
SAT officials calculated that the new policy would not increase taxes for around 87 percent of passenger vehicles currently in use. The policy would most affect the 13 percent of vehicles with engine sizes of over 2.0 L, whose owners would see an increase in taxes. Among them, the three percent of vehicles whose engines are larger than 2.5 L would see a relatively large increase in taxes.
SAT calculations show that 28 percent of trucks, motorcycles and vessels would be taxed the same as before. Buses carrying over nine people would see a slight increase in taxes, while a new method would be used to compute taxes for ships.
According to SAT representatives, the new policy would help promote use of new energy and emission reducing vehicles, with the State Council's financial and tax divisions having already approved the exemptions. The policy would also aid agricultural workers, whose primary choice of vehicle, the motorcycle, would see tax rates decrease or stay the same.
If anyone is interested, I plan on using my Hoss to tote money back and forth to the bank. This way I can do my part in keeping it circulating.
Keep your powder dry and your ask's high. Next week might be very very interesting. IMO GLTA and to all a Good Night. HO HO HO !!
Gee, I wonder who's putting up all those 18's for sale. I'll give you 3 guesses and I'll bet it's someone with bad intentions. Now who could that be ?
Speaking of golf balls. I did receive a dozen Wildcats, and Brad was nice enough to throw in a couple nice key chains due to the delay. I'll be handing out 3 sleeves tomorrow night. They should reach hundreds of other golfers based on how my buddies play. LOL
You been in my fridge ? JW'S are one of my favorites. Hold one up to a mirror and you'll know why I call them that.
Don't need to ask me twice.
Listen up youse guys. If Chad doesn't deliver me a big wad of sweaty cash by 2:30 p.m. on January 27th, I'm not going to buy another share. I'll show him a thing or two. Wah, Wah, Wah !! Anybody got cheese, no problem with the availability of whine on this board. IMO
Good Morning all. Just got caught up on all the late posts from yesterday. I can only imagine what any new eyes think after reading many of the negative ASSUMPTIONS. Oh well, I'm sure they were all given to protect their current investment, Right ? I admit that I do get impatient myself from time to time, but I also have been here much longer than most. It basically comes down to whether you believe in the company and it's leadership, or you don't. I am a believer. You can call me a fool( as PD often insinuates ) but I try my best to take the emotion out of the equation when making financial decisions. I've made some mistakes along the way, but feel that with the DD and the few PR's that have been announced, that in this case, I'm hooked to a winner. I like the technology, I like the company direction, and I like the fact the product is made in the USA. That leaves only one major question: Do I trust the current leadership ? Until they break that trust, I think I'll stick around. As for those that act upon ASSUMPTIONS, I served in the military so know exactly where that leaves you. Of course this is just my opinion. Looking forward to the finish line. GLTA
Unfortunately getting a contract and getting paid doesn't always happen simultaneosly. IMO
Exactly my thoughts last week and this week. Two very reputable companies that have been in business for some time.
I agree iron1. I for one would have no problem with Chad dumping at this level to pay the necessary bills. He'd actually be doing us a big favor for taking so little for his shares. I guess some would be happy if he waited until we reach a penny. All hypothetical of course, but wouldn't it be nice if he took care of business and then hit us with a super PR.
Looking at the bright side, this is an excellent opportunity to add ( at ask ) a few more shares. Also this dump is taking place prior to any Huge fleet deal being announced. The tide will definitely turn at that time. IMO
Dog, I'm with you on that. Days like yesterday and today make me wonder whether I should light up a cigarette or call Rape Crisis
Sure am glad I found that elephant.
Anyone with L2, please. Thank you
Hey Dave, would you please check my math on this one. CCS new hires = 2100, let's say every 4th hire will need a truck to drive. 2100 / 4 = 525 boosters X $1000. = $525,000. revenue from just the new hires at CCS. MY OH MY

It looks like Alberta is on its way to another oil boom even though things are rocky in the global economy.
CCS Corporation is looking to hire 2,100 employees to work in the oil patch.
Mark Scholz with the Canadian Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors tells Global News that's creating concern of a labour shortage.
"Unless we do something to address this concern of a labour shortage, we're going to be faced with some challenges in the future."
CCS isn't the only one hiring. Other companies are also looking to add to their payroll. (Global News, ph)
You should always keep an eye on the competition. Did you see what these guys are doing to save millions in operating costs ?
FARMINGTON, Ark., Dec. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Highline Technical
Innovations, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HLNT) announced today that CCS Midstream Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of CCS Corporation based in Calgary,
Canada received approval to engage Wildcat, LLC in a Green and Cost Cutting
Contract. Wildcat, LLC, an authorized dealer of the Wildcat Hydrogen
Supplemental System, will be assisting CCS in their commitment to significantly
decrease harmful emissions and waste while simultaneously reducing fuel
consumption.
CCS Midstream Services currently operates a fleet of 80 units servicing the East
Texas and North Louisiana oil and gas market. Wildcat, LLC will begin
installations on these units in the coming weeks. In addition to the U.S. fleet,
CCS Midstream Services operates over 1,000 trucks as well as with well service
rigs in Canada and is rapidly expanding its services in the U.S.
CCS Midstream Services acknowledges the combination of the Wildcat 9000 System
and lube oil centrifuges will realize a significant expense reduction. The
combination of these systems will also extend oil change intervals dramatically
reducing oil recycle volumes, filter disposal volumes and cutting labor as it
relates to oil-changes by a factor 5. The addition of the clean burn
characteristics of the Wildcat 9000 system will significantly decrease our
lubricating oil preventative maintenance cycles. The combination of the
technology and other financial values has the potential impact savings of close
to one million annually to the business unit. Mark Arcenaeux, Director of
Operations for CCS Mainstream Services in Houston, Texas stated "In addition to
tremendous fuel savings, we are always looking for ways to improve our
environmental stewardship by reducing waste and our carbon footprint. The
addition of the Wildcat 9000 systems demonstrates that we can be environmental
stewards and remain competitive. In addition to fuel savings and improvements in
carbon emissions, other company fleets will be able to take advantage of Bonus
Depreciation rules (Section 168) (s/b 179) that allow for the immediate
expensing of assets purchased and placed into service before 12/31/2011."
CEO Charlton Coats noted, "Wildcat, LLC has been working tirelessly toward this
implementation. TJ Nelson and his staff have been cultivating relationships over
the past months and I expect that this is just the first of many contracts his
dealership will finalize."

My concern yesterday was unless we showed strong bid support from the morning bell, we would be at the mercy of these manipulators. That is why I announced that I had placed an order in @ 29 (ASK)to hopefully get the ball started. Unfortunately, few followed, which provided an opportunity for others to have their way. Does that hurt the longs ? Not really. Does that have an affect on attracting new investors ? Most definitely ! Whether it was shorters or the bad guys trying to prevent HTI from succeeding, in the long run doesn't really matter. Smart investors do not invest in PPS, they invest in the potential of the company and their future. IMO Go HLNT !!
You may have a valid point but I witnessed a sell order of 2 million shares 5 ticks below current PPS. No long is that desparate after the previous days PR. IMO
All happening in the last half hour of trading. This would not be considered manipulation would it ? LOL
Someone is desparately trying to scare people into selling. Large dumps at 20 now occurring.
Not to worry, this will all pass. You could almost predict this walk down would occur. If your long, you're strong.
Not so nuts Symyn, this is called a conceived plan.
Great Post Sparks, Thanks, unfortunately the following part, several people just don't get.
"Today, they watched for a point of weak bid support, which is the indication that they can quickly drive the PPS down. Once they are ready, then they will quickly sell into the bids, walking the PPS down. They will even throw in a few asks at lower PPS to make it look like long positions are following the PPS down."
Loving it ! Go HLNT
I'd like to personally thank all the "Smart" buyers currently buying at 26 instead of at the 29 ask this morning. You saved yourself a whopping 3/100 of a cent and assisted on lowering everyone elses investment. Your timing is impeccable, as all new potential buyers currently are watching after yesterday's news. "Nice Work" NOT
They can play all the games they want. I'm like a tick on an elephants testicles. I'm in a safe place, nobody can get to me, and I plan on enjoying the ride of my life. IMO
Sounds suspicious to me. I can't imagine anyone that stupid, to be selling in the mid 20's, after yesterday's news.
HLNT can turn "Brown" green real quick !!!
It's a shame all the big talkers have run out of money to invest at these bargain basement prices. You know the old saying " You snooze, you loose "
I'd like to open with 150k at Ask.
Vino, I've posted this a few times already, but thought it might help explain why the "Hoss" entrance into the market is taking so long. Chad and company are doing it the correct way. The previous largest chinese mfg's tried to slip something past the EPA. I realize the wait can be frustrating but HLNT is taking the time to be in full compliance. IMO
These guy's were not !!
EPA Voids Certificates Approving Import of Up to 200,000 Small Recreational Vehicles /Agency may levy penalties Release Date: 06/30/2010
Contact Information: Cathy Milbourn Milbourn.cathy@epa.gov 202-564-7849 202-564-4355
WASHINGTON –The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) withdrew its approval of the import and sale of up to 200,000 gas-powered off-road motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles. The agency suspects that tailpipe emissions information was either incomplete or falsified. This is the first time EPA has voided certificates of conformity for these types of vehicles and only the second time the agency has done so for any type of vehicle. EPA is considering an enforcement action under the Clean Air Act, which could lead to significant financial penalties against the businesses that manufactured or imported these types of recreational vehicles.
As a result of a lengthy investigation, EPA is alleging that the applications for the certificates contained false or incomplete information. EPA issued the certificates in 2006 and 2007 to the U.S. counterparts of four of China’s largest manufacturers of these types of vehicles: Hensim USA (City of Industry, Calif.), Loncin USA (Hayward, Calif.), Peace Industry Group (Norcross, Ga.), and Seaseng (Pomona, Calif.). The certificates were issued based on applications compiled by their consultant, MotorScience Enterprise. EPA believes MotorScience Enterprise intentionally submitted false or incomplete emissions information.
The Chinese manufacturers are Chongqing Hensim Group Co., Chongqing Longting Power Equipment Co., Zhejiang Peace Industry and Trade Co., and Zhejiang Chisheng Industry and Trading Co.
All vehicles imported or manufactured in the United States are required to have certificates of conformity, which are issued by EPA. To obtain a certificate, a manufacturer or importer must submit an application that describes the vehicle and its emission control system, and provide emissions data that demonstrates that the vehicle will meet federal emission standards for certain pollutants, including nitrogen oxides (NOx) and total hydrocarbons. EPA alleges that this information was falsified.
Because the manufacturers failed to properly test the emissions from their own products, EPA cannot determine whether the vehicles meet EPA emission standards. Without proper emission controls, recreational vehicles can emit substantially more pollution than allowable under EPA standards.
Volatile organic compounds and NOx emissions contribute to the formation of ground-level ozone, or smog. In addition, exposure to even low levels of ozone can cause respiratory problems, and repeated exposure can aggravate pre-existing respiratory diseases.
The California Air Resources Board, which issued executive orders similar to EPA’s certificates of conformity, has also voided its executive orders covering the same vehicles that were sold in California.
Today’s action impacts the companies that manufactured and imported these vehicles. A consumer who owns a model that was covered by these voided certificates is not responsible for these companies’ wrongdoing and can continue to use the vehicle.
