Paperwork from the 2010 Stockholm meeting projected a dividend of 10.7% in 2011 and 12%
in 2012 but construction costs and hence delays and the stock price slumping put an end to the lofty plans. But that's what Lee was thinking. :)

What do you think the cash balance will be at year end 2012
and 2013 for SIAF?
I see that HOGS has $160 million in cash and $500 million debt
and a 2% profit margin.
This is not the first for them if I recall correctly.
I'm using Apple Inc. as of Jan 1, 2012 until Dec 2015

Yes Jan I have included your share s
and have only counted positively identified shares. That number will continue up today as I speak to more holders. 3 million for now
Actually 3 million Viking until I confirm shares. This is like pulling teeth determining who bought what. (privacy) Perhaps 3.2 by weeks end through purchases.
I am still bringing newbies into SIAF
Viking86
Just counting shares over the weekend Viking86 not trading any after hours.
Most of our group (A) are using Fidelity Retirement services
for purchases, however there are no programed trading routines.
From my last count in mid June 2012

Does anyone have the latest Iron Ridge share position in SIAF?
Almost...
Guangzhou
Actually TF we are on the same page.
Best of luck to us.
I'm still adding investors everyday including weekends.
But now it's time for golf.
TTYL
I just poke.
So if Lee offered $1 per share to shareholders in a management led buyout would you vote yes?
[/i People, fellow shareholders, may not be as confident as we are and decide to throw in the towel. I feel bad about it because they picked the right company IMO. Others may be forced to sell. That's certainly not good.

Selling at 38 cents on a stock with a book value of roughly $3 at years end. Oh well

Let's all cry about a .40 current stock price. Get real.
"Indeed, I bought your stock because I believed in the future of your company. No, I have not been able to add to my shares as the share price keeps creeping down".
WHAT? They have not even completed the primary construction. Gee gosh
Our group continues onward with purchasing shares.
10% dividend yield now for shares purchased at .40 cents
Weeble that 300 share trade was from one of our group,
nothing sinister with that trade. She purchased 4300 shares
on Wednesday via Fidelity. Newbie
Sly, I was just letting you know who was trading alongside of you
when you stated "mock bid".
No apology required....I understand
We are long term holders via retirement accounts.
A few have attempted to get better positions I'm sure.
Our group trades with MM UBSS and that is my order sitting at .47.
Still adding investors in the southern region of the US.
We are pushing past 3% of the O/S with both groups added together now.
Lee mentioned that SIAF was approached by a developer a few months back. That should answer all thoughts on potential contracts. Opportunity is obviously there. Patience.
5.92/kg possible by year end is what I have read.
HRBN 2011
"I am tired of the US," Yang Tianfu, chief executive officer of Harbin Electric, said. "We just couldn't communicate with the investors.". Stock price 6. Offered shareholders $24
Done deal at 12 times forward earnings.
Question is
How does SIAF stack up when it comes to a forward multiple of earnings as far as a buyout or privatization....in relation to this .45 cent stock price ?
.
Amen
And George E. at DRYS failed with his shareholders.
If private equity walked up to Solomon today and offered $7 per share for SIAF would he accept?
NO
Solomon's first target IMHO is one billion
Remember reverse merger Harbin Electric?
Shareholders accepted a $24 buyout in June 2011
$18 premium
Jiangcun Poultry Wholesale Market in northern Guangzhou, China opened last weekend.
It is the largest of its kind in Southeastern Asia
We should be there someday soon hopefully.
Quiet board today and the stock rises....hummm.
Still waiting on that million share day.
Yes, we were approaching a 10% dividend yield this year only minutes ago.

Plan B 2013
The China Syndrome
IF
the market fails to recognize the value of SIAF, Solomon
should boost the dividend and pay it quarterly.
At the point
when the yearly profits are $140 million or more Lee should plan to pay $1 per share which is over a 200% dividend yield
at this point.
Shareholders are made whole.
Shareholders then reinvest the dividends at a low share price awaiting the next years dividend. Exponential. Win/Win
I have seen distributed paperwork that speaks higher dividend projections going forward from a 2010 meeting.
Soon we will have a great cash flow and if the stock price is not going to follow, most shareholders will enjoy a 70% to 230%
yearly dividend yield depending their COST point with the dividend set at $1
Then you will have a highly visible company and the worlds traders will dive in for this dividend thus raising the share price
Beautifully.
Solomon has options
The Race For Fish is alive and well
Solomon is taking the pressure off of wild fish stocks
and the PRC should invest more in the Siaf RAS system pronto.
Tough call on dilution especially if Solomon plans on dropping $100,000,000 in the bank next year.
Pushing her down just like clockwork until some buying enters into
the picture.
Wonder if JF will buy in this range.
