As i said earlier today, it is very obvious to me that everything they are doing or not doing right now is being done purposely. We are all going to get the answers very soon, but for today we must just ride it out.
My intentions are not to pump but they are to put the truths out here. People have the right to hear both sides and since their are so many who seems to want to convience people that this deal will not happen, I feel that it is just as important to point out all the reasons why I feel that it will and there are certainly alot of great things about this company that pointed me in that direction.

good for you...but bottom line is NO one spends a great deal of time or money doing DD on selling their company if they have NO INTENTIONs or selling it. jeez When does common sense dictate for you.
absolutely. I have no reason to hide. i have put facts out on the table and have done a great deal of DD on this company. I have made it clear to all that I feel the reward far outways the risk. I have never told anyone they must buy. I have tried to put real truthful info out here so that investors can make an informed decision. Why would i need to hide if this deal falls thru? P.s. i do feel that this is a real offer on the table and that is why I hold it.
The offer was made and THRR HAD to make the announcement that it was sold. It would be ridiculous to spend one minute or spend one dollar on DD if you had no intention of selling. They are doing it in the right order.
AND OVER.....I have done extensive research on several of the companys that I feel are potential buyers.
sorry but go to the defence dept (U.S.government Defence dept site) It is in their public records that Onodi has been issued approx $19 million in govt contracts in the last several years. wow you really need to do your DD.

yes THRR does have an awesome track record dont they. They have been interviewed, profiled, etc etc by so many magazines, newspapers, websites, etc etc. Their CEO CFO have extensive baskground and awesome credentials. They are now doing business with Cooper Industries (a large s&P comp.) and have been in business with the likes of Onodi (they have have millions and millions in defence dept contracts over the past few years) and Alto Products who have been making brake and transmission parts for over 40 years. (PS Alto is the WORLDS larger maker of brakes and trannys.) And on top of all of that, THRR has perfected the metal castings composites. HOW COOL IS THAT!
Everything that THRR is doing right now is being done very PURPOSELY....just ask the legal team.
Oh overachiever, why why why must we keep telling you those are the old financials. THRR has 1.4million in NEW contracts with COOPER that they didnt start fulfilling until 4th quarter. please lets stick with truths

i saw some statistics on sites that are talking about THRR. Over 1900 of them. THRR is known worldwide now whether they want to be or not.
well all the negative post here just arent working. Even today with a price increase of 23-30% people just arent selling. Day is nearly done and only 2% of the o/s shares have traded. hmmmmmm I guess those of us holding the other 98% must be onto something.

considering the did not post their Q3 until Feb 22, it is probably safe to say they are a bit behind, and now that the company is sold, they are probably to busy to care right now.

you know what I'm NOT seeing??? A SELL OFF. Nope no sell off. In fact as of right now, todays trading has been about 1/2 of a percent of available shares. That means 99.5% are HOLDING. That speaks VOLUMES for me. So to you those of you who are think we should be selling this stock and are convienced that the price will plummet, I say " go ahead, short it."
Well the Assessors Office, Kings County Court House, would certainly KNOW who is paying the taxes and who is the owner and they CLEARLY stated ALL the info i provided you earlier. I took that extra step and went to a unbias 3rd party.
If you are referring to if Roger Rowells house was foreclosed on, I do not know nor do I care. There were over 800,000 home foreclosures in the U.S. in the 1st quarter of 2009. California had the 3rd highest number. California was hit very hard by the resession and if he did lose his home, it could have been because his wife lost her job or because Mahowell Propertys suffered terrible loses in rental incomes because of renters going bankrupt. And I feel very bad for them if this is what happened. I think we all need to be sensitive to all those who have suffered so much in this terrible resession. What is obvious is that he DID NOT use THRR shareholders money to bail himself out.
If it is the property at 13400 Hanford Armona Road, that the Kings County Assessors Office confirmed today is indeed owned by Mahowell Properties, and is the address of THRR, then that answer is NO it was NOT foreclosed on. And is NOT up for auction. End of conversation.

Sorry but I spoke with the assessors office who verified that they were in default in May 09 Forclosure proceedings were started and the STOPPED in Sept. 09 as payment in full was made. She confirmed that since that time they have not been in default and NO proceeding are pending against them except that the property taxes due April 1 have not yet been paid.
And this was just verified TODAY!!!
I have confirmed this with KINGS COUNTY ASSESSORS OFFICE and the information that you posted WAS NOT TRUTHFUL. The building where THRR is located and where they rent 18,000 sq ft is not, i repeat, is NOT in foreclosure
It is time to set the record straight concerning the property at 13400 Hanford Armona Road OWNED BY Mahowell Properties, where Thresher Industries is currently located. Roger Rowell a CFO at Thresher in Industries is the president of Mahowell Properties. In May 09 Mahowell was in default on the property. In Sept 09 default and forclosure of the the property was STOPPED as Mahowell paid the mortgage up to date. Since that time Mahowell HAS NOT been in default on the property.

ps the taxes that were due Apr 1 ,2010 by Mahowell are not yet paid....so there goes the theory that Mahowell is using THRR money to pay their Bills.
