after I suffered a RS in a different stock, I called my broker in advance and they fixed the correct value prior to the split, so I could trade it imediately after the split.

I take a look at the gol homepage, they look like a random ISP which deliver internet connection to endusers via ADSL or Fiber connections.

they are verisign verified, so Gol in itself seems like a serious company.

looking at the source of the webpages also reveals joomla has been in use (booth pages), this is a tool for creating CMS type of webpages quickly.. you just need to have some images, and or some fancy flash animation... some text and a template.
