i agree except if there is financing somtimes a few dollars are left on the table. although a straight up reverse split is probably more likely.

deans not out? this , after all, is his idea and he should continue doing what he IS good at like finding good aquis to add even more synergistic qualities. if nothing else he has an iron will it seems and that alone could be key to success in future projects

its not that i dislike dean but i think he may better suited for other parts of the business. it, imo, took some trust to let the reigns go
to jeff early but was a wise move on multiple fronts. we will get financed ..hopefully sooner than later.
