Not an offering, just an insurance policy and the ability to do so. Positive/ Negative or Neutral?

Exciting News....seems to me... wonder why "late-breaking"?
Advaxis announces a study in metastatic cervical cancer selected for late-breaking data presentation at the Society of Gynecologic Oncology's annual meeting on women's cancer on March 12-15
Nice dance partners at Parker I.
Participants from industry include Advaxis; Agenus; Amgen; BioNTech; Bristol-Myers Squibb; Genentech, a member of the Roche Group; ISA Pharmaceuticals; MedImmune, the global biologics research and development arm of AstraZeneca; Neon Therapeutics and Personalis, Inc.
Question on Short Players: Are they by chance a part of the same institutions and funds that own 60% of the company and are always hedging? Who are these nemesis? Do they have names?
Fundamentals will win, they can only hope they are out before our day comes.
Amen, Easy, We look forward to our trip to the promised land! ;)
Excellent Post. Time has been our only factor. I think we have enough cash to carry us to BIG deal day.

Fundamentals will win, Shortys are playing. Too many things are right. The waiting period and the anxiety period is what Shortys thrive on.... Patience will pay. In the meantime, DOC really needs to get some PR going to remove any doubts about things. Big time news would be great, but a little pumping from ADXS would not hurt.
Bidding War!
Amen - Go DOC! - take us to the promised land ;)
So do you think ADXS gets the Nobel Prize in Medicine next time around?
So is the lesson to pick stocks in that begin with letter "A". It seems "Ar" has been good for you. ;)
I believe you guys pointed out that the deal was at a time when ADXS was not nearly as strong and much hungrier. Today we are in driver's seat IMO.
No coincidence IMO, then news follows in the next week or so....I think there is a pattern here....
The orphan statuses also have been saving a ton of cash.
I am glad I picked up 5K more shares at 7.25, sold Bristol Myers in order to buy more ADXS.
I am feeling it. James knows....Next week makes sense as time to release some good news. Also since officers buy stock regularly at same time each month, then when news comes out later, does not look like manipulation.... One thing for sure the list of significant stakeholders seems impressive.
I am not a biotech wizard, but these statements do not come across as if it was from a technically competent biotech executive, more like a car salesman with a high school degree.
2017 our Year! btw...I am guessing manufacturing plant owning is great way to protect IP
Equity Stakeholders...a big list all dependent long term on increase stock price....It will happen. In the meantime it seems we are a target of market "playing" by some heavy hitters. I will just hope they quit the short "plays" this coming year and made their short killing and can move on to the next promising company they want to keep down and make a buck on downward pressure.
FDA or Europe could cause the short force to vacate fast.
I bought 5000 more shares today at around 7.25. I my strong belief in ADXS does not waiver.
Blue you will be a hero....Hang in there.
So with about 80 mill in liquid funds and burning about 16 mill/ quarter....I see no panic. I am not on top of how often Amgen pays and other cash flow, but I see plenty in the hopper.
At the same time, could Dan be holding out on deal offers to leverage better deals via waiting for more trial results and FDA/ Europe support?
I too am in big (bigger). I guess we won't have to worry about big capital gains tax for 2016. 2017, I hope to have a big tax bill :) In fact I expect it. The fundamentals will win. We have seen enough to validate ADXS, with FDA and Europe allowing product to come to market, shorts will be forced to step aside.
Manufacturing plant ready, infectious disease also become another of the many areas for ADXS to capitalize on.
Immunotherapy is the hottest area in biotech and we are so strong. Patience will pay, as strenuous as it is.
Long and Strong! No jumping ship. This board is good for therapy. Shorts can't get us down. Fundamentals will prevail. We have the science. Curing cancer and having the products is just too valuable. Some quality news would not hurt. Long and Strong1
I go way back also. Fundamentals will outlast the short position market players. Our day will come.
Patience pays.
A lot of folks would be tempted to make short term plays based on the pattern, you point out.
The positive is that Dan and Co, have great "skin in the game". Shorts better not be playing with what they can't afford to lose.
wegmaster....says go ADXS Long shareholder team! We will prevail.
Blue,
My last post was cryptic. I am long time holder like many. Used to be webmaster on Yahoo board.
I cashed out once at 20 and then got back in. I don't think I have played it I think you may have. I generally keep for over a year on most holdings. I need to be at 10 on average.
What I have liked... Orphan status (3) (saves money and time) Europe fast track, having lots of cash on balance sheet, new manufacturing plant which protects IP. Diversified products, so many areas including canine, and now infectious disease. Shorts will truly come up short as fundamentals win. Make money and cure cancer, why not? I am patient.
While most of old time Yahoo posters have moved over here, I miss a few of them and there deep understanding of ADXS and the industry. James, Mastiff, FBG, yourself, and a few others keep the board interesting and worthwhile. A guy named Macrs really knew his stuff, (pre rev split days) really knew his stuff. Long and Strong!
I could not I could not agree more ??????. And that is why I own over 75K shares.
Long and Strong!
So why are we down today?
Management has been able to scoop up lots of shares at nice low prices. Coincidence?
Big bet that good news follows next week. I believe the pattern is management buys shares, more news follows about a week behind. I remain long and strong.
Management gets their stock at a nice low price. You watch, news follows next week. No coincidence ;)
No press, all these conferences/ presentations....letting price drop to get a low price on for a deal? Seems really quiet....for a reason?
