That last 3 billion shares is probably about gone. Another R/S is probably just around the corner.

I'm talking Dan Ryan, ABV gold and now PHMB, 15-1 RS and 6Billion AS. price per share .0002, no clinics looks like a mess to me.

who knows whats going to happen here, I suppose they could pr that they have decided not to except the offer and decided they can bring better shareholder value by running the company themselves.
