exactly, and that tid bit out of the footnotes is easily overlooked
There is no true deadline, just a possibility that MSTF is using the 90 day period to its advantage. MSTF can take as long as they want.
Yes I remember that. That's what I was wondering? I thought the O/S was higher. Thanks for reminding me.
if 4,866,000 is 5%, then wouldn't that put the O/S just under 100 million?
underexposure, but mostly due to expected significant increase in production once equipment set up and working.
expecting a triangular reverse merger
I don't hold a position yet but find their technology promising. Spoke to someone at the office a couple of months ago, a secretary, I think, can't remember her name. She indicated full release will likely be at end of year. Said currently only offering test to those with very high risk. Don't know how accurate her info was, but based on that, I feel that there is some time to accumulate shares at a good entry price. I am watching and waiting, hopefully, I don't wait too long. I think there is good potential - women hate mammograms and this test could help eliminate mammograms.
I think it is a pretty good guess.
5 billion!

Exactly
Agree!
Sure seems like a good possibility.
Strange that Pham's contract allows for him to work at both. Most corporations aren't all that excited about moonlighting but in this case seems to be encouraged.
Look at what all those companies do and see how it fits together under Sanspar--
http://sanspar.com/index.html
which I believe is where Pham (ex CEO of MSTF) is working.
OT: Once again at the risk of being repetitive -- the media does not give a full and accurate picture.
Also, too many Americans have forgotten the story of King Midas!
no one gets the full picture from the media when it comes to healthcare in this country. It could be better and it could be worse. Just know that there isn't anywhere better at this time. hopefully MSTF capitalizes on the industry.
It can benefit greatly from some of it's political ties but I wouldn't say it is solely political.
LOL - - better price too!
I thought this might be the island --

Sure would be nice! I hope we see the end of the rainbow soon.
lol - and probably make more money
Grouse summed it up nicely -- Thanks Soldier for the info. It is good to hear the 125M OS as that matches up well with our estimate of 66M when they went dark plus the 7M-10M conversion per week since the darkness began.
Good nite all, gotta go, still have to work for a living, hopefully not for long.
You are a champ!
yes and an R, you must be a champion hangman player. lol
For now we just have to keep guessing. Hopefully we'll soon empty a few cold Coronas to celebrate guessing right.
I agree. If it were that easy to figure out, we would all have that private island in the Bahamas!
OT Kind of like another play also starting with an M that could /should be doing better but it seems like the overall market is holding it back -- but not for long
No, not an IPO, just saying big things like this (ie IPO & RM) can be more explosive if market conditions are ripe.
I believe you are right in that assumption. I also agree the current market conditions are not prime for IPO's. Another company that I've invested in is delaying their IPO due to market conditions. Initially planning on July but now may be pushed back 6-12 months,
Maybe he was afraid and nervous that he might slip up and give something away that he shouldn't disclose yet.
I like your plan. I thought about selling 10% of my shares at .25 another 10% at .50 - .75 and riding the rest as high as it might reasonably go -- which of course would largely depend upon the size of the monster. Pretending we are right and if it turns out to be Accentcare it could go higher than we expect. Also I remember reading that Accentcare was looking at going public when they grew to about $250 million in size. I wonder if Accentcare hasn't become larger than we realize.
End of 90 day withdraw period is around July 1 -- A logical place to possibly know something - - but it doesn't have to be so.

hopefully this works
