Loaded more to my free shares today at .375 Hopefully the bottom is in and they file today to avoid that dreaded E designation.

This is an industry player that is in the top 4 of chinese plastic films providers, period, green or otherwise. One look at the current 10K says the company remains strong, made good decisions, and with focusing on putting priority on upgrading facilities is thinking in the right mode..
Plus a nasdaq company trading at BV with alot of potential moving forward is a no brainer.
malc.
Thats if the MM's quit trying to instill fear in people and spark selling sprees just before earnings, so they can reload cheap IMO. Pure conspiracy theory? Maybe, but totally plausible given the degree of uncertainty and fear running into earnings...
malc
Alright, the BEST board comes alive! Now get to building us that Ibox Harleyman... Harley for MOD!
I'm in for the future here. A state of the art new facility that becomes fully operational soon - A staggering PEG ratio of .36 or so, and mgmt that seems intent on building shareholder value.
I'm looking forward to 2010 numbers and the return to profitability. 2007 and 2008 EPS was .24 and .20 Conservative guidance has 2010 EPS of .16 Taking the business to the next level by offering green plastic materials. Low debt here, and assests 4x total liabilities. 2009 was a restructuring year for many reasons but 2010 and beyond look quite profitable. Currently trading at BV this is a strong buy IMO. And First Call sees it as such also for whatever thats worth...

I guess this solves the riddle of who got in with a strong position at .34 yesterday. Volume had been dismal before yesterdays action. Today's slight pullback was completely expected, as many are traders and not investors. As an investor primarily, I am glad to be holding a long position here at average .23
Good luck to all,
malc
I have communicated twice now with Eric regarding the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, but we won't be showing any films there this October unless something new is signed within the next couple weeks, which is always a possibility but not likely. Good news is that HH will likely be in attendance to shop for next years documentary features. A very laid back atmosphere and the perfect place to do this IMO. Top notch filmakers always show up with their top notch films. www.hsdff.org is the website to check it out.
On another note I think that many people are highly suspicious of a pink, rightly so, and a strange thing happend today that made me consider this obsticle for some. While working on the jobsite a friend of mine who runs a custom trim carpentry crew busted me checking my stocks on the iphone and asked me, "whatcha got there, anything hot?" I had no idea he played the markets and we got to talking about that - of course I told him I thought TDGI was the best play period at this moment because I honestly believe it, and my weight here backs it up. He saw the ticker and the .pk and it made him suspicious... It's alot of explaining after that..
I don't anticipate being on the pinks for too much longer and Eric is very busy building this company from ground up first properly, IMO. He explained to me the reasons why we won't be in this years festival because A: The docs will have already been promoted and in circulation by October and B: Hannover will be working on promoting feature films then, and looking instead at HSDFF for acquistions.
Eric is a stand up guy and very communicative about the things that matter for the CEO of a pink or any company for that matter... For me that is the number one reason to invest in the future of Hannover House. Many irons are in the fire already and many more to come,
malc.
Trailing P/E under 5, sounds about right to me. New facility hasnt even come into effect yet....
malc
Quik Q for the brilliance of the board - When we turn in some accredited audited financials will we recieve a "transparent" label from pinksheets? I assume that is what that label means but dont know for sure. If so, it seems like that would be a very good thing for the interim period until we can upgrade to a more visible and trusted exchange.
malc
Thanks guys. I never will claim to be a numbers wizard - at least I was close... Still looks great to me, P/E under five and an interesting year ahead..
malc
VT - way way off base. a PPS of .50 would give us a market cap of approx. 230.5 million.
malc
Strange 10K there. Basic numbers but no EPS for the year. My calculations from available data point to an EPS of approx. .11 for fiscal 2009.
Anybody else crunched the numbers to come up with a EPS? Second opinions very welcome...
malc
Ok Karin I'll get after it sometime this weekend. In a poker tourney at the moment but I'll post my calculations after I have a little time to get on it properly.
malc
Thank you for everything Karin. Im already in regardless but it seems that the BV mustbe higher than the current PPS.
If no one else responds being as the have already calculated this number I will take the time to crunch it up myself. Wont be too hard to do given that the pinksheets are current..
thanks to everyone actually,
malc
Sorry to bother you if i missed that in the IBox. Duh.
So who has a current BV valuation for SIVC? Sorry to be so lazy, but its saturday afternoon and i already know someone or many have this figure tattoed on the back of their eyeball...
malc
Thanks for that quick and concise reply. SIVC got these shares as compensation for services rendered right?
So what exactly is our current BV for SIVC in light of these holdings? I also have a P/E of an incredibly low .7 - is this what everyone is seeing?
Thanks, malc
Hello from the new guy onboard. Could someone please clarify for me how many shares does SIVC own in the following companines, and were these shares compensation for helping them go public? Thanks, trying to catch up here.
ENHD BOY.V CHNC
malc
This is great! Reading up on this board will be better than a Dr. Bronner's soap bottle!
malc
Hello fellow SIVC'ers... Added today in another account. Now I'm officially locked and loaded and an official complete fool like the rest of y'all... lol...
malc
Simple answer. Buy the common for 6 bucks come conversion time and get a great deal on an ever growing player for years and years to come. This is my personal strategy, but i'm primarily an investor and a trader second.
As a pure profit minded trader i would take my gains and move on. This seems to be where you are coming from, and nothing wrong with that, its just that others here are actually wanting to get in on the new Wowjoint on the cheep, and thats where we see the real gains lurking into the future...
malc
Yep, and I've played the buy way low, sell way up game 4 times already. Come earnings time if we see good numbers, which most of us are expecting, I personally will only take a little off the table, enough to cover costs, and let the rest ride until I see a definitive sign that the cycle is starting again.
This cycle cant go on forever, can it???
malc
Agreed Tika. There is a boatload of current uncertainty but that also makes for a boatload of potential. Current 10K is due by March 31 i believe. With the current upheaval it is highly likely that they will miss the deadline, which may spark more selling out. I'm holding strong and will be averaging down if i can find some powder and we dip below .80 again.
Today's slight rebound on decent volume signals that there are many more like us who havent lost faith yet...
malc
Many people loaded up on the warrants last year when they were trading for around a buck. I suspect that people or MM's who are just playing the warrants and have no intention of owning wowjoint are quite happy to be unloading some of those right now for a nice quick double.
Personally, Im holding many warrants and plan on converting all of them come the strike time... best of luck everyone,
malc
I just got in and am trying to figure out what the hell happened today. my boy txtd me while working that BFAR CFO and auditors resigned on the cusp of the 10K. Does anyone know the circumstances revolving around this mess? Im not selling this for loss at this point, i know that much, but some info regarding the particulars would be nice provided that any are even diggable at this point in time...
This is an IRA hold for me so I'm really not that anxious yet. If I had available powder i might even use the opportunity to average down significantly.
malc
Thanks lumic, it looks like you guys might be on to something here... possibly a SIAF before the attention and consequential run. of course that share structure needs some love, not credible or sustainable, but at these levels a R/S would hardly hurt anyone and it seems to be coming down the pipe at some time IMO. Thanks for the efforts everyone, glad to be aboard in time..
malc
Well, I'm onboard today as my interest was spiked. Starter position at .0008
malc
Im here Steven, long and quite strong. Nice to see a little volume action for a change.
malc
The 10K didnt look that bad to me. Guidance for 2010 revenues is an adjusted EPS of positive .02-.03
With today's news that may all change though as new customers may be drawn in to increase sales. If i read everything right, and not sure considering the week at regular work i have had, now customers of demand response services will be compensated (fully? dont know?) for the costs of such by the feds in their efforts to persuade folks to use smart grid technology. seems to bode very very well for the future of ECNG and hence today's 40% spike on the news.
malc
From the latest 2 weeks action on the warrants, with volume and PPS getting a little more, then a little more loud... i'm deducting that ppl are finally catching on to the fact that they were a screaming steal at previous levels.
Now with the common being sold down to around 7 and the warrants at 2 this situation seems to be equalized for a moment IMO.
The action has been all warrants lately - hence this move up in PPS. but the common is worth much much more than current PPS, and i think the action will pick up dramatically with the uplist.
malc
April 10th is the deadline for submissions to the 2010 Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival that happens for 10 days in mid October. Very nice time to be down here.
I havent ever emailed Eric yet because i havent had the specific reason to do so yet. after the dust settles with Showest and he has a minute to breathe i will bring this premier film festival to his attention if he isnt already on it. It really is the Sundance of the documentary world.
I think that Chelsea on the Rocks and Racing Dreams would be perfect choices for features in this years festival. In addition, there are also many fine and interesting filmakers in attendance and I've had the priveldge of becoming friends with a few of them in the past.
Im going to try and get our films into the festival by any means necessary,
malc
Warrants are finally coming into some real action. Im not selling any, thats for sure. have the exact amount i want to convert into the new wowjoint, although some extras would have been nice to hold for trading.
I originally bought 2x what i thought of converting to common. now i think im just going to convert them all and ride it long..
malc.
Took a couple of starter positions today. Will look to add more at these levels as funds become available.
malc
Good evening Crew! Just getting in and checkin up from our workingmans base. Ha! Looking about right to me, we got movie that I completely dont get or understand and one that us southern nascar fans will love, oh man, i gotta get this in now as a submission for a feature at the hot springs documetary film festival - ive been going to this 10 day festival religiously since 1990, and now with the wife, fams now, since 2003.
The festival is in october and really is the sundance of the documentary world, still incredibly laid back, cheap to boot, and i wouldnt be surprised if HH doesnt wind up at this one too...
If its not already in the works its about to be pronto...
malc
Pappy - Ive lost my scrap sheet that had the dates of my holdings next earnings reports. I seem to remember JADA being slated for mid March but not for sure. Earnings should be right around the corner right?
malc
Prado - Its Gastons resort on the beautiful White River, North Arkansas. There was a nice feature on the white river in todays sports section of the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.
Look forward to kicking it with a bunch of you ole geezers come shareholder meeting time....
malc
Man, now i see why youre so keen on getting that private aircraft. LOL... you need it!
Union worker wives = 1/3 the output and productivity @ 3x the non-Union wage. i.e. before you married her... LOL
Just having a little joking fun today, i think we all earned the break. back to straight bizness tmmrw..
malc
Rainmaker - When you give her some nice diamonds and new wheels from your ventures here she will likely let you do whatever the hell you want and not even ask any questions.
I know mine would - shes a union worker when it comes to taking care of the ole man and takes a military style "dont ask dont tell" position concerning the young women. Just keep it "happy wife, happy life"....
LOL. malc
OK. like i said, i quit following. Its looks like the battle royale is raging on. Good luck to CPTC in this one and Im now back on the watchlist...
malc
DM - I understand wanting to get the most value out of your investments, esp. when starting out small. if i were you i would watch the opening bell monday, and immediately smack the lowest bid you see. You wont see anything in the .03's ever again, and will likely have to settle for something in the .05's Monday morning. all JMHO...
malc
Touche Prado. Anyone thinking of getting in here should at least take a day this weekend to do the DD - its been extensive around here and validated by many many different sources. We arent just throwing our spare change around here chasing a pipe dream on some BB pinkie stock.
I think disagreement and criticism is a crucial element of any healthy debate, it is what makes our nation strong and what makes this board and Ihub in general stand out and thrive.
Of course all this predicates on somewhat knowing your specific facts before any generalization carries any weight whatsover.
malc
pappy - its nice to know that you are in this one as well. i will continue to accumulate at these levels as funds become available. BFAR is probably a little risky here, as is JADA, but im not worried enough to not hold significant postions in both.
