Are you interested in the technology or the business or what?
More than enough info on this board. The big plus is there aren't many bashers here if at all.
Early to mid 2015 we should see the news of EPC and groundbreaking at two sites I believe. Big bucks Monte here until replant is done. Probably 2016.
Good luck.
You should be :). Don't take my word for it though.
Probably the best kept secret in penny land. It's finally coming together.
So excuse my ignorance but how / when does this money get paid back? Does anyone know the terms of these bonds ?
$1.9 biiiiiiiiilllion in bonds. Hard to believe why this is still at 5 cents. I guess the big time investors want to see more substance other than bonds.
As of the 4th we only ate into 30% of the last AS increase. Give or take it's probably around that area still.
30-35% of the 1 billion has been sold into te OS. Either through notes due or rollout / increased production. The sales are not enough just yet to prevent or stop this from happening. Hopefully slowly but surely this will decrease.
Do we know that?
Anyone have the TA please?
SS. Can u enlighten us?
Current AS and OS?
From the 8k. This is known.
Again... If the AS has to be increased again then u can ring the alarms. Until then expect the OS to rise from time to time to pay off notes and extend or expand operations.
'
The increase in the O/S is twofold. (1) A few of the Convertible Promissory Notes entered into by the Company in early 2014 (and before) became due and/or presented conversions in Fiscal 2015 Q1. These Notes were allowed to convert out (we have no choice on Notes past their Maturity Date) to preserve operating capital during the hard launch of VitaminFIZZ on both coasts, especially once the launch was determined to be an “unprecedented success” by industry giants. (2) The opportunity to acquire Avanzar was literally a “once in a business plan” opportunity. We needed additional capital to complete this acquisition. The Avanzar acquisition will add an estimated $450,000 per month to Minerco’s FY 2015 top line revenue based on the deal structure. The long term financial and operational gains of this strategic acquisition / integration far outweigh any short term concerns.'
Funny. I was going to write the same thing.
All these knuckleheads claiming dilution blah blah blah. There is
Obviously a lot bigger players on these two stocks than the little people touting all this 'knowledge'.
Good luck all.
It's a penny stock. Who knows what's happening on side lines. However I ask again for justification for your blanket statement of massive dilution. The chart doesn't show this.
In my opinion I am not happy about the stock performance but the fact that they have tangible product and are selling / producing on a regular interval now is not indicative of how the price has fallen.
So you are using a F0x News mentality on saying stock chart=massive dilution.
There is some going on but it's not ' massive'. Of course if the AS has to increase again, I will bend towards the 'increasingly alarming' stage.
So. No link. No data and no numbers?
Hey Asher. Why don't you put out the numbers or some facts justifying your comments?
C'mon. Give us a run down of history OS over the past three months...
Totally agree with the last paragraph. I am cringing the day all the bashers start rolling in. Until then there is a lot of info here.
I know it's selfish but I am ok with this being around 5 cents for the next few months. It gives me more chances to keep accumulating little bunches. But the day will come for sure when we start moving up...
Nope. We had this conversation a while back when people were trying to call fizz a health drink. They had a chance to be natural but didn't take it. For now though no whole foods.
There are a few other ingredients in the list that wouldn't make it.

Sucks to see that cr4p company d3wm higher than this. What the hell... This has a better story than that sh1tstorm.
Looking forward to next year. Not buying anymore until there is some momentum. I just was thinking about all those people that said 'cheapies' in the 8's 6's 4's. Oh well.
Down more than 40% since the CEOs letter. That is some letter. Wowsers. Someone must know something we don't know
All of our futures? :)
I'm still eager to see the technology scale to this level. Getting a little giddy
Two and a half years of waiting and there is a sign
:)
And the flies keep cheering 'news is coming new is coming'.
If a pharmacist seriously can't figure out that melatonin can't go into a 'beverage' then that should be a warning sign that he cannot execute.
I also agree with that 'leaked' image. BS.
I was just pointing out that the 'solution to the problem' was a shift in execution. The FDA letter showed they were using an ingredient that was not considered non conventional and regulated. Marco is / was a pharmacist and he should have known this. That being said it was not a labeling issue... It was an ingredient issue. But they solved it by changing what their product is. It's no longer a beverage.
It's also still being branded on amazon as a beverage.
Not saying that this is a deal breaker but it potentially limits the outlets and stores where this can be sold now.
Someone can't just say ' did you read the letter' and think its a non issue. It was an issue. The solution was to shift the type of product it is.
Maybe this is a good thing as if hemp / MJ will be added later, the marketing will be ready as a supplement and not have to go through the efforts of turning it into a supplement later.
Good luck
It is /was most definitely not a labeling issue. Unless dewm was selling an over the counter sleep aid.
http://www.fda.gov/ICECI/EnforcementActions/WarningLetters/ucm390967.htm
Dude. FYI. The FDA letter was not a labeling issue. It was a recipe issue and it was made with ingredients you can't just throw anywhere.
No news. Not a peep. Sounds like Marco went to the SAMs club conference and beer a me back.
TW. I know you were keeping track if the OS. Any updates , increases? I don't remember the history...
1 million in sales /
2.8 billion shares os *
10x sales
Is about .004. Just a guess.
I think your last sentence was auto corrected. It should read ' I should like to speak to him in prison '.
You did not 'clearly' state anything other than your opinion of $10-20 in two to three years.
There is nothing clear about that other than you clearly guessing and speculating.
How about you paint a picture of how you think this will be 10-20 in two to three years. Take a shot. Predict sales / share count etc.
So do the people who think this is going to be a $10-$20 stock in a year.
I agree. My point is / was that people here have babbled how there is no dilution. I know and understand that some of it is for useful purposes. The fact that people deny or or call others naysayers because the shares are now slowly entering the market is BS.
Transparency or a bit of knowledge of where these shares are going / how they are assisting growth is what I am looking forward to.
Thanks. That's a 30% use if their 1 billion share AS increase. They have another 700 million to go. This was my concern when they increased the AS. Yes. It is hopefully for good purpose. But I would hate to see them have to increase it again.
Not without share restructuring or a buy back plan. No way. No how.
If anyone has the history , please post the OS increases since July/ August.
It will be interesting to see what the slow and steady uptick in OS shares are being used for.
Right now, I think we are at about 2.5 billion OS. Don't quote me but I think it's around there.
At 100k cases ( grossly over stated as they only made 23k cases so far with a 30k case run coming soon) at $10/ case with 2.5 billion shares, that's about a $004 with 10x earnings. I put in an extra 42k cases for other stuff like the coffee boost. Who knows where that is at.
They need a hundred times more through put or share restructuring to get this to 40 cents. It doesn't help with the shares that are being diluted. Call it what you want. If the OS is increasing even with restrictions, it's a dilutive event.
Can it pop? Sure. But price will not be sustained.
Good luck longs
2015 will hopefully be a good year.
Looks like they have expanded the scope ( larger facility) and changed to fixed price contract. ( puts a fire under their behinds to get it done).
I don't think we need to reverse split. The share structure is pretty solid. Although they still have another 700 million they can dilute with. But we went to $.40 a year or so ago with approximately the same outstanding shares. My two cents.
Bate kmac pirate ... Where are your high flyin predictions eh? You got paid. You guys were nothing but whores ( spoken in a Danny devito voice)
This thing is a corpse. We may get another report about a report though, before it turns to beef jerky.
Hot damn. Who was it not too long ago that said you be stupid not to buy at these levels.... That was at te 8s the 6s the 5s....
And oh was it that said dilution will not happen when they increased the AS ... There was an inquisition Everytime someone mentioned dilution. ' the AS is for a celebrity...' They said. Well. Nope. It's been months since that happened.
If the OS keeps increasing, there will be a reverse split. Can't have this many share outstanding without a restructuring or reverse split. Oh and about that share but back...
Look. They have product out there but they are so young and they can play with your money however they want. They don't 'owe' investors anything. Their responsibility is to grow the company anyway possible. And dilution is a way to pay off debts and increase their cash flow.
Let's see how many cases they sold. At 100k cases at $10, that's only a milly. With 3+ billion in OS (estimating) ... Do the math.
I'll admit I'm not up to speed on inflation / deflation.
Interestingly inflation was attributed to rising energy and gas prices over the last ten years. With the downward pressure of oil and gas now, they are talking more about deflation. I'm perplexed because I would love lower gas prices and lower energy prices and goods. But this is not a good thing? Hmmmmph.
It's nice to wish... But the uptick will only come when they announce grind breaking, EPC or some progress...
In the meantime I am slowly picking up a few more.
Wishing us all luck
So we are doomed either way?
:(
I think this has the biggest potential out of all my pennies. Of course that doesn't say much. I was in before the rise to .40 but seeing these agreements and sites starting to come to fruition is exciting enough for me.
Been here long enough and I'm
Ok for waiting another year. In the meantime I'll spend a few more dollars on a dip here and there.
Swikey. Keep your chin up. I think well be ok assuming kornegay doesn't have another bout with 'give me your money'. Hmmmmmph
If this goes to 50 cents I'd be more than content with the wait. I'm sure a lot if others would too
I think you're right. Because it was 300 million of tax exempt bonds for just one site.
'BioNitrogen Receives Allocation of $300 Million to Issue Tax-Exempt Bonds for Initial BioNitrogen Plant in Pointe Coupee Parish, LA'
Hey thanks codaras and swikey for keeping us northerners informed.
With the EPC. Is that one per location or is the EPC going to be a standardized plan for all the sites ?
What is their typical price they sell to distributors for? Margin etc?
Anyone know?
So dumb question. Is that a conflict of interest? The pres of the auditing company being an interim CFO?
