Thanks wildlife man, I still have not gotten to the bottom of it but plan on doing significant more research tommorrow on the requirements to uplist to the NasdaqGM - I doubt that AGVO meets the requirements but being as they have already applied to uplist I don't see why the would waste their money on the filing alone if they didn't think they had a good shot at being accepted.
Thanks for stopping by the board and contributing,
malc
Personally, I have a high amount of faith in TDGI after meeting EP and Fred in person at the SH meeting and seeing the offices and warehouse afterwards firsthand. Remember, this is still in its infancy stage, and we have a bright 2011 to look forward to.
The bid and and the ask are stacked up on each other here and people are taking this opportunity to load up on .0455's if they have not yet - A great entry in my opinion as big news could break at any time - those of us who attended the meeting and many many more who have watched it on the web realize that TDGI has many irons in the fire at the current moment and we could be hit with a significant PR regarding our future here at any given moment now.
Holding long and strong from the beginning,
malc
Thnx pappy, will check it out when I get some time.
Took a starter position in WKBT today on the dip outta nowhere.
malc
MY. I'm still a big believer and perhaps that news drove the rebound today. I added more at 9.61 and didn't even see the news.
Also added more BEST and GU today.
Tried to get an entry in EMDY at 1.05 but it didn't fill.
I also had a bid for 2500 CSGJ at .48 open all day but it didn't fill either. The bid fell to .47 and a bunch filled there and then it jumped over me to .49 and I got zero shares. Go figure.
I realize that this is a very difficult time to be confident in our space but it is still the ultimate loading zone IMO. Time will tell if I am being wise or foolish here.
malc.
AGVO. That behemoth of a S-1 I was reading yesterday and linked here to the group interests me only in that I am trying to gauge their chances of success in uplisting to the NasdaqGM.
If it looks like they might pull it off then I'm thinking it might be a good time to try to steal some shares from the already really tight float while they are on the OTCQB.
I've been watching it daily since May 2010, and someone got some shares at 1.72 on June 4, lol, since then its just been CSTI sitting on the bid at a ridiculous 1.20, NITE on the ask at 14.00
I'll be patiently awaiting to hear harley's feedback - I don't think we have to be worried about it blowing up tommorrow lol...
In all likelyhood probably a case of wasted DD but one never knows. If they do sell those extra 2M shares between 13.50 and 16.50 and uplist to the NasdaqGM any shares pried out of the float before that would be brilliance in hindsight.
malc
Took a starter position in CBEH this morning. Gas prices are definetly going up and that can't hurt this stock at all.
malc
CSGJ. Will add more tommorrow if this silliness persists. Best prices I've seen in awhile and an excellent entry for anyone not in IMO. I'll check later to see if I can find any reason for this selloff but I doubt it.
malc
CBEH. News out.

Looks set to move up quite a bit today looking at premarket.

AGVO
Here's a Sunday curveball for all fans of serious, or just flat out outrageous, DD. This is a repost of what I just posted on the AGVO board for the other current follower, lol.. Looking for some input here. Original post to follow:
Is anyone out there following this whatsoever? For some odd reason I still find myself intrigued by what is going on here and today I dug all into the shelf filing and prospectus from Nov 22, 2010.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=7573148
All kinds of wierd stuff in this one. I have kind of prided myself on being able to snuff out what is really going on with a particular company by decoding all the filings, and I have had some relative success but this one really has me scratching my head. I am also thumping myself on the head as I post this wondering why in the hell am I spending so much time trying to figure it out? For some odd reason it fascinates me, and I can't quite conclude if this is a diamond in the rough or just chasing the dragon pipe dreams for a deep value investor such as myself.
I see one other person has bookmarked this board so perhaps you have been waiting for me to chime in, as I have been waiting to hear your input. Anyway, here is what I am taking away briefly from getting into that 125 page or so S-1 filing and prospectus.
Apparently, AGVO has applied to uplist to the NasdaqGM which is a brilliant move but I don't think they meet one very important requirement, unless there is an exemption I am unaware of. You need to have 400 shareholders of record, but as of Nov 16, 2010 there were only 75.
They have a shelf offering of 2M shares out there, a kind of secondary IPO IMO in the range of 13.50-16.50 per share with a target of issuing 2M more shares at 15.00 and another 300,000 options at the same price. The uplisting to the NasdaqGM hinges upon the successful completion of the shelf offering. Current O/S is 10M.
Executive options on common stock are pegged at 8.50/share, and that has been ongoing since 09 I believe as they take very little in the way of actual salary.
They changed auditors on Apr 27, 2010 and new auditor Friedman LLC has signed off on 2008 and 2009 numbers basically according to appendages, which means that 2010 eps numbers will probably be ratified around 2.30/share which is pretty impressive. And we are looking at roughly 100% growth for both 09 over 08 and now 10 over 09 so who knows how much growth could be occuring in 11.
Then again, I don't know how they can expect to issue 2M more shares at a minimum of 13.50 each when I calculate the current BV to be only about 3.23/share.
The last trade went thru for 1.84 on June 4 2010 from my notes but I forgot to make a note of how large a block. My bad there.
I really don't know what to make of this and I also don't know how to track if they have succeeded at all with this shelf offering until something else is made public. Also, is their anyway to skirt this 400 shareholders on record requirement to get listed on the NasdaqGM? Why in the hell would they waste the 100K or so to try when you only have 75 holders of record as of Nov 16 2010? Seeing all kinds of flags here, red and green. I feel like I'm trying to decipher a Tibetan prayer flag...

GU. Here's a link to an article in seeking alpha where the author attempts to project 2011 and 2012 income and profits.
The authors leaves out of consideration of the bottom line the impact of the metals recycling facility, probably because without official guidance from mgmt that I am aware of, no one really knows. More regarding the net profitability of this venture will hopefully become apparent in the next Q report.

Good morning followers and owners of CBEH. I'm doing quite a bit of DD here this weekend and I'm wondering if anyone knows why Rames at his Trading China site has a caution signal posted citing "governance issues"?
Could that be referring to a point in the recent past when CBEH was in auditor limbo or something like that and not updated since they have hired KPMG now?
Just trying to move past that small issue - everything else is exactly what I am looking for and I'm of the opinion that big board china stocks with real growth and solid, bullet-proof auditing will be the first to move up when the market corrects and the bears are driven back. Plus, this is a sector I am very keen on as well.
Thanks for any input here regarding that caution disclaimer.
malc
CBEH. Does anyone here own/follow it? The article in seeking alpha sparked my interest and I like what I see, mostly, the biggest concern I would have at this early stage of DD is what are these "governance issues" that Rames makes note of on his site. No further explanation of what that could be, could be a myraid of things just off the top of my head.
If anyone knows what that is about I'd really love to know.
I have skipped over this in the past because I thought they were just in the traditional oil and gas business, didnt realize they had a strong viable biodiesel production facility and another on the way. I like that they are diverse and expanding. The PEG of .25 is stellar.
They recently upgraded auditors to KPMG for Q4 and full year 2010 report. I consider it wise that they have acted proactively here, maybe not quick enough being as the short position is still rather large but so are most of the big board honest China stocks at the current moment. The bears are not being quick to give up any ground in retreat here. We are going to have to beat them back again.
One thing to note of importance to CBEH and GU for that matter is that the Chinese gov't is reportedly debating mandating biodiesel and ethanol blends in their fuels. Would definetly be a game breaker IMO for both stocks, and possibly AJGH as well if they are truly legit.
Any knowledge any of you guys have regarding CBEH would be appreciated greatly. And here's the link to that article in SA.

AJGH
ok pappy, I realize you're not my pappy, but you are on this board lol.... my father is pappy to the googol of grandkids but he doesn't like the market - my grandfather however was a great player of the old skool markets but my dad never has any of the nerves for any of this with his money. anyway...
AJGH. Harley and I have been stalking it ourselves for quite awhile. We have waivered over it, it almost looks too good to be true quite honestly. Everything you mentioned I agree with and I'll also add that I've read and have notes on government cooperation with their ventures because if remember correctly a pretty substanial amount of their bottom line could come from AJGH working collectively with local municipalities to convert some of their waste materials into ethanol fuel.
It's been tried and done before here in the US, and I remember the cycle before. The largest part of that whole sector is whats the price of gas. The spike of gas prices in the US drove PEIX for example, a few years back. And then the subsequent drop in gas prices also was the death of PEIX as well, at least PPS wise. I know, I was invested but got out ok.
GU has also suffered tremendously from gas/oil prices over the last 2 years, but they had the cash on hand and all facilities already fully owned, audited by KPMG, I hate to say anything else regarding for fears of jinxing.
AJGH. It is definetly back in our strike zone. Let us know if you do more DD and get in. I might try to dig up some more this weekend, but the pickins are thin on this one and what I've found is a little more pumpish than I'd prefer to be taken seriously.
That said even worse is the pump you will find trying to take TDGI seriously in the first place at all. I actually found out about what had occured in Jan 09 while sitting in the accountants office bored reading arkansas business magazine. It's completely off topic being as our board here is china stocks but it is also a US growth/value stock we hold in a serious manner.
I will field honestly any questions from the board, I was at the shareholders meeting in person.
malc
NEWN. Ok, already late for band practice, i.e. drinking beer with the boys and blowing harp, playing dobro, YES, NEWN has better days ahead here and I bet they start covering shorts quik after today's action....
malc.
CCME. Glad to see today's action up 16.62% hopefully slamming the door in many of the bears faces who chose to go short on that one.
I know some of our followers hold CCME and I am happy for you guys.
I'm taking this CCME price appreciation as a very good indicator for our entire space, especially the heavily shorted others on strong big boards with solid financials, and auditors, and forward growth potential.
Perhaps CCME will make these bears start thinking that they better cover their skat tracks before the same thing happens to them on other short positions. Could all happen relatively quick, then boom, back to the land of fair P/E valuations.
Of course the veil of uncertainty has not been lifted from this space by any means at this point, but this is a very positive indicator being as I would consider CCME to be the "poster child" of the whole entire space.
I would not be surprised to see significant gains in any of the heavily shorted stocks on the big board first, then trickle down effect as people realize the accusations of fraud and scam have been exaggerated and overblown and do not reflect the value of the space in general.
Goin to play some blues and bluegrass with the boys for a couple of hours... Good to get balance....

CHNC. Sorry, but I'm scared to death to ever touch again anything related to Jim Bickel in any shape, form or fashion.
Last year Jim flat out lied to Glen Bradford regarding SIVC, his own damn company, and further dilution, issuing BS bonuses to himself and his crew, and most importantly his next uplist, China Cattle. The snake bit us good on that one, Glen and Gary also had to be hit, and many other fine investors who believed him.
Then ENHD debacle unwinds and I get out with 75% of my skin, being as I had averaged down quite a bit on it. Now we hear rumor of Jim Bickel flying over there himself to find out what is going to happen. Hmmm, sorry, I don't have any faith in him looking out for anybody except number one. He probably dumped the shares SIVC held in ENHD before the whole mess for all we know. Suffice to say it will be interesting to read the next SIVC 10-Q to find out how many shares they currently hold, that is, if they choose to report at all after all this... Last I checked SIVC was at .0001/2 levels.
Thus I say I have reservations regarding CHNC. This is not to say anything negative about this particular company nor to try to bash in any fashion. I hope this post is taken in the appropriate light, and I wish all our investors here the best of luck with their investments.
malc
Looking like a school bus, lol... Well, if that is the case I say load the damn thing up with a bunch of kids !!!
Seriously, I look at this as fall/winter 08-09 all over again with the extreme low valuations and black clouds hovering over the space. Load the bus.
I forget which German guy said it like this a long time ago, something to the effect of "buy when you hear the cannons, sell when you hear the choir"...
Was it Freud, Nietche, Kierkegaard??? Bueller? Bueller? Anyone???
I think that bus turns white this Spring.

Thanks heber - drop us a thought or two anytime, I enjoy your input. Harleyman manages the index, I'm just along for the ride and hopefully something of value everynow and then. I am pretty sure that he adjusts the index to reflect our losses as well when we have hypothetically "sold out" of a position.
Trying to keep it real in good times and bad.

HEAT. Smartheat acquires a German manufacturer. I like it. Another one of our China sleepers, for the moment...
SmartHeat Inc. Acquires German Heat Pump Manufacturer
Smartheat Inc. (MM) (NASDAQ:HEAT)
Intraday Stock Chart
Today : Tuesday 25 January 2011
SmartHeat Inc. (Nasdaq: HEAT), a market leader in China's clean technology energy savings industry, announced today that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Gustrower Warmepumpen GmbH (GWP), a designer and manufacturer of high efficiency heat pumps, from Conergy AG. This acquisition will extend SmartHeat's clean technology heating solutions into the rapidly growing heat pump markets in Europe and China, enabling SmartHeat's customers to purchase technologically advanced heat pump technology at competitive prices. The transaction is expected to close at the end of February, subject to customary closing conditions, and is not expected to have a material impact to SmartHeat's revenue or EPS for the full 2011 fiscal year.
Heat pump systems provide heating, cooling and hot water for residential and commercial buildings and process heat for industrial applications using small amounts of electricity. Heat pumps are replacing conventional energy sources such as oil, gas and coal by using the solar energy stored in water, soil and air or recovering heat from wastewater or exhaust air. The various advantages of heat pumps in terms of energy efficiency, operating cost, Carbon Dioxide (CO2) emission reduction and their ability to provide heating and cooling in one machine, has made them the leading energy source for new buildings in Germany and Austria, and has replaced conventional fossil fuel based technology in these countries to a large degree.
The acquisition of GWP represents the continued efforts of SmartHeat to expand its product lines of energy efficient heating and cooling solutions in China and to offer its clean technology products in new markets. Management believes that the acquisition of GWP allows SmartHeat to offer its customers some of the most advanced heat pump technology in the world and will allow SmartHeat rapid entry into the heat pump markets in China, Europe and the US, which are estimated to be growing at over 20% per year.
Mr. James Wang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SmartHeat, described the reasoning behind the acquisition: "At SmartHeat, we are committed to developing and manufacturing clean technology heating solutions that directly reduce energy consumption and air pollution. We estimate that heat pumps represent heating and cooling sources in up to 80 percent of the new homes built in Europe and have large potential markets in China and the United States. We estimate that GWP heat pumps reduce household operating costs by between 50-80 percent. Heat Pumps are utilized by commercial users to reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, a trend that is encouraged by policymakers in China. Our acquisition of GWP gives SmartHeat access to proven advanced technology, will accelerate our advanced heat pump production in China and will provide us with additional engineering know-how to expand SmartHeat's businesses in key world-wide markets."
Upon completion of the acquisition, GWP will become a part of SmartHeat's newly formed Heat Pump Division and have offices in Gustrow, Germany and Beijing, China.
About GWP
GWP has 20 years of history in clean energy systems, including heat pumps and related systems. GWP's strengths are in developing high efficiency compact heat pumps providing heating, cooling and hot water for family houses and engineered solutions for commercial buildings.

Conergy AG is one of the leading solar energy system providers in Germany with 1,600 employees in 16 countries and on 4 continents. Conergy AG was founded 1998 and develops, manufactures and markets all components for a complete photovoltaic system.
WKBT. Also employs Goldman Parks Kurland Mohidin as their auditor which is an advantage IMO.
Its looking really good here guys and is finally getting a little love from the market.
I've done a bunch of DD here but my china bio money is pretty much in HGFB at this point and it really hasn't done anything since I started buying a few months ago in the .70's. Some dilution knocked it back a bit and now it is boarderline ridiculous cheep at the moment, but I think it will also have its day anytime now. Likely just needs a little catalyst like some positive news or numbers to wake it back up.
WKBT had 38% earnings growth in 2010 and is now trading trailing P/E of 4. Factor in another 40% growth in 2011 which seems plausible and knock that forward P/E down to 2.8
Nothing here on paper to not like about it IMO, I will start a position if funds become available and it hasn't run off yet. But I wouldn't be surprised if it keeps climbing for now to a more reasonable valuation now that it is back in play, volume coming back to life.
malc
Ouch. Agree 100% though, lol. Jets actually came back strong there in the end, but time was not on their side this time.
Since you asked me earlier which stocks I am still currently real bullish on in this space, well, I'm still loading mostly everything when I see them back down in the bargain basement super strike zone and using that criteria I would say CSGJ and HFGB are really really cheap right now.

A Steeler's prayer on AFC Championship Sunday:
Our father, who art in Heaven, Art Rooney Sr. be thy name
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Heinz Field as it is in Heaven
Give us this day our crushing D, and forgive Big Ben his transgressions
As we forgive our friends for being Jets fans
And lead us not into offensive line breakdown but deliver us from Rex Ryan foot fetish
For Steelers is the power and glory and Superbowl victory #7
Amen.
The Jets 22-17 victory over Pittsburgh a few weeks back was impressive, yet remember in that game, no #43, the flyin Hawiian !!! Different story today Mr. Nacho Sanchez !!! Expect the unexpected !!
Steelers offensive line is beaten down no doubt over the course of the whole season, if they can keep some of the Jets off Big Ben he will make plays happen.
The Steeler D, the backbone of the NFL, will create mayhem, count on that !!
A little known fact to those outside the Steeler Nation is that Santonio Holmes did not go to the Jets merely because they paid him a little more money, Holmes was quietly asked to recuse himself from the Steeler roster because he got busted hollowing out cigars and turning them into blunts.
http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/08299/922794-66.stm
Nonetheless, I respect the Jets and what Rex Ryan has done with this team and I expect a very tough game today, in fact, both games today should be top notch !!!

OT: FOOTBALL !!!
Today is one of the rare days when Harleyman and I must part ways.
The collective karma of the Steeler Nation courses thru the blood of the USA! There is a Steeler bar in every civilized city in the United States! And there will be a spread of epic porportions at malc stone's this afternoon, a Banquet of fabled lore amongst our Steeler family in Arkansas!

Friday nite is awesome.
Wife is crashing out and I'm up raising hell with Shelby and Reed. Priceless.
CSGJ and NEWN are at strong accumulate levels at this bottom strike price, this is how we fish and how we are patient. I hate to beat the table but also GU is an accumulate for me as I just follow my instincts, and oh well, the institutional money is as well.
malc
Drink? What, you talkin to me? You talkin to me?
That's what we attempt to be here for Harley, and great job anyway, except for getting yank happy.
malc
Harleyman - I think your EPS trailing for CKGT is way off base. I'm not in it currently but I know they cant be trading over a 5x trailing EPS with the PPS under a buck.
Bet ya 10 bucks pappy knows the trailing EPS of the top of his whizzened head. So chime in pappy and save me some work.
malc
JADA. Once again I agree with you pappy. I'm not selling any of my gambling stake, I'll just take an early tax loss for 2011 if it turns out to be a scam or fraud and move on.
And since when is this round of "rumors" that JADA might be a fraud any kinda new news? Seems to me people have been saying that for years, even when it ran up and down in pps like a squirrel on an oak tree - I remember countless claims of JADA being some kind of a scam just on the relationship to CHFI alone. I think its kept Harley out from the get go if I remember our early conversations RE: JADA correctly.
Personally, I dont know what in sam cain is going on there anymore than anyone else and I dont own enough of it to be that concerned.
Harley, IMO we should keep it on the index as a reminder of the high risk/ high reward status of some of these plays. Just like CHRI is running like a scalded dog and is way overperforming in 2011 already, we are going to take some lumps from others like JADA that can drop 40% or so on mere rumor and herd mentality selling.
Many of our index picks are 99% safe from the "scam" accusation category just on strength of auditor alone. Of course, this does not make them bulletproof from short sellers who will hack attack anything and everything across the board. Here is a partial list of our index and auditors employed and how I feel they are somewhat shielded from hack attacks, of course not completely, but I think a respected auditor is the first line of defense against short attacks.
GU employs KPMG, Top 4 auditor.
HEAT, BEST, NEWN all employ Goldman Parks Kurland Mohidin, top 10 auditor.
CSGJ and CRUI employ Bernstein and Pinchuk, also top 10.
HFGB (Baker Tilly) and EMDY (Windes and McClaughtry) are top 40 auditors.
These companies on our index could use an upgrade in auditor IMO- CJJD, CSOL and NUIN. And of course, JADA. Their auditor got busted recently for writing bad checks I think. That surely doesn't help their plight for legitimacy in the eye of the market lol...
This list is not all inclusive. Maybe I'll dig up our other auditors later when I have some time this weekend, and then again I might not have any time for that. One of you guys can pick up the ball and finish off the list if you think this is of any value.
Hang tight, better days ahead, and enjoy your weekends, I know I will !!!
malc
On a bright note for our index, not many of those today, BEST has been on a tear lately. All the way to three bucks!
malc
Harley, I counted 4 votes CKGT today and 2 for WKBT. Anyone else here own WKBT so we can index it tonite as well?
malc
Perhaps try higher priced crap shoots, lol?
JADA, wow, surprised to see this much selling again after what I thought was the last of it. Apparently, some people have either lost faith or are not willing to wait it out - probably a combo of both IMO. I'm fine with holding a small stake.
XNYH? Well, no one is biting at the .11 ask but also no one is selling today at the .08 bid - I hesititate to say anything here because I don't want to jinx but I will say I have a much larger stake in that penny crapshoot than JADA just based upon the book value, amount in cash lent out to other companies (3x market cap) and I also firmly believe they will make a minimum of .08 EPS in 2011. Of course I expect to have to wait until the next Q comes out reflecting a minimal .02 EPS before the market takes any real notice at all, and even then, who knows?
It's easy to get frustrated on a day like today, and yesterday for that matter for me... Hang in there
malc
WKBT. pappy, you give me the skinny on Sino Green Land and I'll index your stock, quid pro quo.
Just kidding, if two of you guys are really strong and long on it I'm sure we can arrange it. Anyone else here own WKBT? We normally have three holders before we index something, but I bet someone lurking around or who doesn't post often also owns it, its pretty popular amongst value hunters.

SGLA. I've been watching this one for at least a year now, trying to figure out what in sam cain is going on here and are they for real or not.
Apparently, they have a group of investors willing to pony up a couple more million in a private placement so once again I am wondering, what in sam cain is going on here and are they for real, lol....

Seeking Alpha article on Chinese reverse mergers. Not sure that this will help to shore up faith in these currently undervalued stocks - I certainly hope so.

SNBP. Au contraire pappy, thank you for passing along that information. I just about bought some yesterday when those .26's were available for most of the day but I held off for some reason.
Glad I did now, you know alot more about this play than I do and if you're getting out I am damn sure not moving in.
Plenty of fish in the sea.
Also, it is our intent on this board to pass along our honest opinions, even when they are not so nice regarding something we hold. I did not hestitate to criticize GU yesterday in a post. And in retrospect I shoulda watched it alot closer and taken some off the table in the 6's just because it seemed to me likely that I could get them back later cheaper. A trading opportunity missed there. I'm still long GU and think they will end out the year strong, but nonetheless I should be more viligent and take trading ops when the market conditions are indicating strong movement, in either direction

I saw that buy go thru and wondered, who in the hell just bought like 1500 shares of XNYH @ .07? And more importantly, who needed that 100 bucks that bad lol. I figured it was just a test to see if the floodgate might get opened up and someone else would be willing to sell at that absolutely ridiculous price. No one else bit though, and it actually sparked some movement and interest. XNYH has had alot of zero trade days as of late.
Glad you got those shares though, good stink bid. That 100 will be one thousand if it ever catches up to BV lol...
I've already accumulated my mid sized gambling stakes of JADA avg .15's and XNYH .10 so I'm content to just wait a few months or so to see what happens in both cases. The upside potential in both far outweighs the downside IMO, then again, I will fully disclaim that I am not overweight in either one but I still like my chances. I'm relatively patient.

Well, GU started with a nice bang on the news but it sure wasn't sustained. And well, frankly, it wasn't the news the market may have been expecting, I know I was not impressed.
Didnt expect to see dilution in there, but its not exactly outright dilution as it is just an employee incentive offering options to buy at $6.10
Three out of four dormant plants to be reopened, one immediate and two in the spring, and they announced an additional 8% increase in their metals recycling plant for a 75% stake now.
No guidance. Pretty blaise.
The Fool reports this today, classic fool sytle of a crumb to chew on:

Just a small blip noting that institutional buys of GU going up again recently. No names or amounts, just a mention. Institutional buys went up by like damn near 100% last late fall, but I haven't found anything about this latest round. Does anyone happen to have a source of info for tracking recent institutional buys? I find it interesting to note, but thats about it.

HELI - After a brief look this weekend I would say it is an interesting play that may have some promise if it can sustain this rally and head back towards previous highs.
Seems like at this point the bargain basement blue light special sale is over. It would have been a great speculative play to rebound a month or so ago...
Give us your DD and we will investigate further - I have too much on my plate to do a bunch of DD on something I'm not sure I want in on in the first place.
