Very true
Oh I see, my bad, well why didn't you say so, I thought you were talking about something that mattered.
I haven't had any problems buying or selling ATTD ever and still don't and I have a basic account with Schwab (nothing impressive)
If your looking for guarantees I would not trade anything close to a micro cap, at the end of the day taking a chance on a company or product when few believe it will be the difference between giving yourself an opportunity of exceptional success and being average investor. When many are screaming in the streets is when the $ is made.
Nice post
Ok, i got a question guys, and I apologize if this is a dumb question, but When they announced the High Five Distribution March 17, 2010 was that for distribution in NY, and if so is Phase III still in the New York, Metro Area? When that particular P.R. hit was when ATTD hit dollar land and then the downhill spiral began due to financing and here we are at the cheapies (super discount).
Interesting thought that was already brought up before-
A non-disclosure agreement (NDA), NDAs are commonly signed when two companies, individuals, or other entities (such as partnerships, societies, etc.) are considering doing business and need to understand the processes used in each others business for the purpose of evaluating the potential business relationship. NDAs can be "mutual", meaning both parties are restricted in their use of the materials provided, or they can restrict the use of material by a single party.
One last thought, ATTD went public, June, 2008 during the crash of the market, most CEO's make their millions when their company goes public, considering the stock opened at 21.00 and was at .30 within 3-4 months in my opinion that is when he (and others on the Board) did well. It would make sense and be logical and smart if they (B.O.D.) were now pushing real product to create longterm success for the business and stock instead of drive it into the ground, since it has been driven into the floor already. In my opinion I think the worst could really be over, and we could see more and more great news! Go ATTD!
Can you give some examples of these beverage companies that sell beverages in Walgreens and other stores that didn't go anywhere? I find it interesting that you said you have seen this "kind"of situation before.
Bottom line, we hit the ground floor on ATTD At .0008 months ago, it's not coming back. Once the revenues start picking up, we should see the little ATTD train pick up the pace. We hit .0093 recently. I'm looking forward to seeing some slow growth and less manipulation on ATTD. I'd much rather see a steady consistent pace of volume than crazy spikes and dumps. Eventually the share structure will get better with time; it will have to or this will go nowhere unless some insanely good news comes out (which is possible) but for this to be another DROP (fuse science) there will have to be a better structure over time. In the meantime, in my opinion, don't take this for granted (most people don't know what phase 3 or ATTD is, and that's why it's so cheap). GLTA!
Hang in there longs, we got no where to go but up from here! Hope phase III gets to Texas soon! It's time to start loading up :)
I understand that if you look at the financials and the valuation and don't believe the product/company could be the next big beverage in the future and think it's just going to fade out then you may think it's impossible or hopeless. But, the product has been moving, and I do see ATTD going across the country and eventually the world. It's in a niche and if it keeps growing nothing will hold it back, but it all comes down to what you think.
Yes indeed I have and they are still working toward success everyday
I appreciate what you have said
Do you think they are worried? Or are they making new business?
I have been using Schwab for years and I have no complaints
When you look at the one year chart on ATTD and you take everything into consideration and all the positive progress the business has made; it definitely in my opinion makes you feel good about the valuation. It's also positive to see such heavy liquidity in ATTD and it end in green so many times, shows consistent momentum in my opinion.
You can talk negative all you want but at the end of the day if you were long before today you ended in the green and if you were short you ended in the red. Attd has proven buy and hold is the way to go for over 6 months it's been in the positive.
My thoughts and opinion-
Your right, the price should not increase just because of a couple truck loads from a distributor if the valuation was higher. However, that was one of several positive releases that came out in the past month. Also, keep in mind this stock had been on a severe down trend for a long time. ATTD is now building momentum and is valuated at .0054. In my opinion, that is quite a drop in the bucket; so the fact that it has a proven product in small markets shows the revenues could increase substantially over time. If the revenues increase, the debt could be paid off quickly. Product is the heart and soul of a business, if you believe this is the ground floor then it's only the beginning. Stocks don't trade on fundamentals, thats why IPOs can be so lucrative. If ATTD continues the momentum, and I believe they will; it will be quite the underdog story.
I am in this for the long haul, I'm with you guys, been in and not going anywhere anytime soon! Great to read alot of your posts, good luck to you guys! -jb
If Phase III is successful it will be a matter of who is the smartest company to invest in them, it definitely won't be just Coke to think about, keep in mind it's just now getting it's feet wet so it's an exciting time to watch it grow and prove itself. If Phase III meets consumers demand, it won't matter what anyone says
ATTD is up 308% in the past month, 96% in the past 3 months, and even holds +4.26% for the past 6 months. Could the tide have turned?
I have been well aware of the excessive amount (well over 10 million) of debt ATTD has from the beginning. I believe this business is a rare opportunity; if I'm wrong, it was worth it to me. I am in the accumulation phase until I see this product has reached it's potential. A succesful business can wipe out millions of debt, if it's successful. In the meantime, I see an opportunity. It's a matter of opinion. I sure do like the product.
My thought/opinion is Feb. 6, 2013 Reached a 52-Week High of 1.15 and is settled down at .70
Another great day for ATTD :) Bump!
Thanks Seer, it is amazing how positive the feedback is on Phase III Recovery, if strategically marketed, it could be quite a major success.
Investors should go to amazon.com and look at the feedback posts written by various people in the country who tried the product. It shows how valuable the product is to those who use it.
If attd does not become a successful business and stock (20 million annual rev., $2 a share) it won't be because the product wasn't good enough, there does need to be a massive strategic marketing campaign, possible partnerships with athletes (ex. Tim tebow, Jeremy Lin, Michael phelps, ect.). Fuse science (drop) was similar and it got tiger woods as a partner which made it hit 1.25 along with it's marketing campaign. I understand this is not the same situation, however the marketing is very important, and attd did get Paul pierce, but they will have to continue to make some fairly big deals if we will ever see dollar land.
Just to let you know I bought a small long position @ .447 and doubled the position @ .69 I am not selling anytime soon. I like what I see so far, and am long DROP. Have not reached my original P.T. yet. -Joe
It's getting to be that time again... getting close to time to load up, Remember ROYL Sykes? That stock was on fire, I think this one will be much different, not as much volatility. I see it reaching support soon. It will be interesting to see how it plays out at the beginning of the year. I don't think it is smart to Short this stock anymore. In my opinion, it will be a good buy and hold long term. Too many people following the professional athletes, and besides is a $1.50 value of a company on the market really that big of a deal... I see DROP going further than that, I mean it doesn't have much to go but up, it's just now getting on the map to the public. We'll see how it plays out.
i like what I'm seeing to, from a technical stand point it looks good on the charts with the recent news it has gotten and it did end friday on a stronger note compared to the 2 days before it. I was expecting a sell off, but instead there was significant block trade buys that didn't all get in before the market closed. Regardless of how you feel about the company the 5 day moving average is up 33%, and down 38% from it's high on tuesday.
