Latest update on QuoteScope is
384600 shares bidding .17. I wonder if the Georgian/Russian conflict will have an effect upon us. I'm assuming that we are legitimate.
The QuoteScope bid is now 10,000 shares
at .01 - goes to show you that this is another meaningless tool with pink sheet stocks.
leebret - thanks for your information
I always suspected that the bid for 670,000 shares was not very meaningful. Could you, or someone else, keep us up to date with Level 11 information every now and then? It brings us to reality.
I will call TD Ameritrade and get an explanation on the QuoteScope bid showing 670,000 shares.
I submitted it at 11:15 AM today and
it expired. Thanks for the feedback.
Update: there is now a bid to buy 670,000 shares
at.17. And, My bid to buy 2000 shares at .20 has not been filled.
Vedy interstink!
There is now a bid to buy 670,000 shares
at .16. Who knows if someone really showed up to sell 670K shares if it would fly. By the way, do not get too excited. I have seen 500K shares at the bid before with NWOL. It never happens. They play games - like when the day ends and they put the Ask at $1 - means nothing.
Who knows!
I just saw this upswing in price
and went to Quote Scope on TD Ameritrade. It says that "someone" or a firm is trying to buy 670,000 shares at .15. Now, "someone" could always pull that quantity back. Wondering if the news that eik found has anything to do with this and if we are beginning to see something good.
eik - thanks for your great update.
It is difficult for me to understand why we few investors know something that no one else knows. If there truly are links between NWOL and some good events forthcoming with Sinopec or Syria or anyone else, we should be at $1 due to speculation by informed and professional speculators. Instead, we are approaching our all time low. These speculators, also known as high risk investors, work 24/7 finding these types of opportunities. No one has found NWOL except for us.
Thanks again eik and many others for your great DD but NWOL looks more like Harry Potter.
I pulled back 5,000 shares at
.18 for sale after the due diligence here today. (Odd, someone was willing to pay .19 for shares today but not .18 for mine!) I have been selling from .25 down to .17. I sold 2K at .17 today. I think I will hold here.
Thanks again for your input everyone. This is my decision alone.
eik - what do you think all of these
PRs and statements mean? Do you think this is worth holding due to Sinopec?
Thanks to frenchboy and others - great
posts with good information and due diligence. I'm still clueless on what to do here but will probably hang on for awhile.
frenchboy and others - thus there is an
effort to raise the number of shares Authorized to 100M. But, publicly they state that there are only 23.5M Outstanding shares.
My questions are:
- This filing says that the increase to 100M has been approved by the shareholders but I never voted on that. Was there a vote allowing this?
- Does this mean more share dumping and pps of sub .05 soon?
- A/S does not necessarily mean shares Outstanding and in the Float will total 95M, right?
- Could this be good news as in an acquisition or merger?
- Why wasnt this announced publicly?
- I'm tempted to abandon this but would like some opinions first.
Thank you frenchboy for discovering this!!!
eik - thanks for your updates
Do you plan on communicating with NWOL anytime soon? I'm glad that they at least communicate with you - I have never received an email.
The NY office being closed for the summer is very questionable. I was there. I spoke with the secretary suite personnel. NWOL was a short term guest, never was there, and a real mystery.
Big time dump! Everyone is selling.
Looks like someone - or many - are bailing
Volume is great but price is retreating. Maybe all of those shares purchased by the swindlers to prop up the price artifically (when the news of the auditor termination hit) are now being dumped back in.
Or, maybe new shares are hitting the streets.
But, increased volume and price erosion are never good news.
vicsteele - I follow the teachings of Buddha
A few years ago, I read about a small Russian oil company that had a buyout offer of $2.15. I believed that I was quite fortunate to buy shares between $1.00 and $1.50. Most were bought at $1.50. I work honestly and sincerely in human services - helping those who cannot help themselves. My pay is weak and I am therefore required to work a second job. I sow good seed. I believed my investment in this honorbale company could help me pay for my rent and my daughter's college education.
They did not get bought out but instead merged. But, according to the PRs, this was even better. Thus, I believed them and waited. And waited. My hard earned savings fell from $1.50/share - my highest purchase price - to below one penny. It has been over $15,000 in losses. I am still waiting.
Where did I go wrong? There has been no buyout, no audit, no move to another exchange, no "real" NY office, no email response from the company and, since my initial pourchase, oil has gone from $60/barrel to $140/barrel.
Yet, my investment is 1/100th of what it was and 1/1000th of what it should be if 50% of what this oil company told me was true.
Where is Buddha now?
Price keeps going down - losing steam
every day. The bid looks like it will soon drop below .20. What a disappointment but I allowed myself to get fooled again.
eik - you are somewhat of a resident guru
on NWOL. What do you make out of all this, with the auditors, recent spike in volume, SINOPEC MOU, Syria and NY "office" - used loosely - being closed with no fanfare? How can anyone have any faith in this company, beginning with the $2.15 buyout? Yet, many of us are still here, albeit thousands of dollars poorer, since this is an oil and gas company that could be a homerun.
Thanks
Anthony and repoman - THANKS
Now, this seems to give me a little more reason to stay in.
runcaly - what is the connection between
in Gazprom and Rosnet with NWOL?
Vic - not so long ago

It's hard to argue with you on that one. I also believe they have no oil. here's my reasoning. Maly was all excited about his new oil drill and PR'd a couple of times about the status and even gave a PR about how deep they were. Then he went silent. Chances are he drilled into that field that was already tapped out and found not a drip of oil. Maly is the grandest liar of them all.
vicsteele - just when I get in the dumps
about this stock, the volume picks up. It is behaing nicely today. I wish I could put faith in your "birdies" or instincts but, since they are not supported, I cannot.
Can you elaborate without giving up any confidential information on why you are upbeat?
vicstelle is the one selling shares
at .35 and .28 to fools. How many firggerin times does NWOL have to lie to us and screw us before we all get it?
There are MMs and others toying with us
They buy 100 shares at .35 ... wait for follow-on Orders for shares at .35, sell their garbage and then drop the bid to .21 where they pick up more cheap shares from nervous investors. They do this over and over again. Whoever is paying .35 and .40 is nutz!
All we need is a 40% uptick a day.
We will be happy.
You may hate Maly - gotta love the volume
The NY Office/Audit/buyout at $2.15 and other lies have not disappeared. And, yes, they were actual lies. For example, the NY office was a phony - a PR that only heightened expectations.
But, if the friggern Russia Bum actually has oil, we may get our money back. I would need to see $15 to break even. Not very likely.
The fact that the volume continues to be above average or heavy is a good indicator.
I sold 50% of my shares between .23 and .35 when the Auditor was terminated. But, I'm holding the rest and still rooting for the $10 mark.
Vic - what makes you so strong
on Maly now? In prior emails, you called him a scumbag.
vicsteele - who are you? Why have you posted
messages like this in the past few days and now are upbeat? Are you trying to get people to buy your stock since you believe it to be worthless?

THIS STOCK IS ON FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and pretty much burning to the ground, through the roots and heading for tax write-offs for us all.
Vic - why are you so upbeat about
Maly? I bought stock at $1.40 when the "buyout" was announced at $2.15. Maly was involved then, right? The same Canadian promoter that handled this also handles AURC, a scam gold stock.
Have you met Maly? Why is your confidence level so high? It is encouraging but I cannot find a reason why you are upbeat.
oilspec and others - I am as hopeful as
anyone that there is something good here. But, I asked, "Have you the auditors been terminated?" I did not ask if the audit was terminated. I did not ask if they terminated the audit. I specifically asked if they, the auditors, had been terminated by NWOL. "Yes. We have been terminated." That was her answer.
I also liked the late volume today. Hoping to see some good news from China/NWOL.
The answer to Cash's question:
Jewett did not resign. They were terminated! Why can't people understand the bad news instead of making excuses and asking more questions? The auditors were terminated! TERMINATED!!!! Fired. Let go! No audit. No auditors. And, no explanation why.
Geez Louise!
I went to the NY office - no NWOL.
I spoke with the Auditors, terminated. Not audit completed and work is done. Not "contract has ended" or anything else.
TERMINATED. FIRED. LET GO.
Call the auditors and ask if they are terminated or finished or audit completed.
I do not understand the volume yesterday other than NWOL went in and bought up all sellers to keep the price above .20.
They could buy 100K shares, at an average price of .32, and only $32K keeps this from imploding. And, the price stays above .20.
Or, something good is happening and they no longer need an audit, such as a merger. I remember the "buyout" price of $2.15. I lost $10K on that phucking lie.
I don't understand why we are up 75%, with heavy volume, with the Auditor being terminated. There is more to this story, unless there is artificial propping up of the price by Insiders.
None of this makes sense.
Kimberly called me back and stated that they cannot give out any information other than what is in the public filings. She did confirm that as of today they were terminated.
I asked if they were terminated due to a completed audit and their services were no longer needed? She could not elaborate.
Hal was telling the truth.
Hal, did you sell because you are tired of the way this company conducts its affairs or because of the termination of the auditors?
Are you located in Russia or the USA?
I'm beginning to not believe you, Hal. At first, I gave you tremendous credibility. With this price action, nothing makes sense.
I tested the price and put in an Order to sell 1,000 shares at .35 .... it sold quickly. It does not act like there is bad news pending!
Maybe NWOL is coming out with unaudited numbers that are phenomenal and the auditors would not verify?
Weird.
Good point - I am waiting for the call from Larry Wolf.
Then why is the price going up? Should I sell?
