Standby, don't be silly...
all the airliners now in service will need a system that is easily and inexpensively installed. there is nothing easier than screwing in a light bulb. Also if you remember, SEVU already had a black box system created months ago. I think we are edging the competition out by already having the product available.
try again tough guy.
JMHO
FG, here is my point...
"- McBride has confided he was sick of niggling shareholders and SEC supervision, that had a lot to do with
his actual stepping down as CEO... He hasn't done any of the required filings: 13D, Form 3 and 4, etc..."
filings are yet to be seen as someone here posted the other day those forms have been requested and will not be reported by edgar.
" - He discussed taking the company Private on several occasions..."
I have no recollection of this ever being stated in a public forum. If you have proof show it, if not remove this accusation.
" - He's allocated himself 10 million shares for peanuts in addition to his existing 7.5 million, which with the
help of his cronies give him total control over SEVU..."
at last count there had been no shares issued for the PP. Rich mentioned yesterday 3 million shares thus far. I will request from the transfer agent the count after the quarter has ended.
"20% down and the rest when you feel like, sure sounds like credit"
As I understand the PP, the more appropriate term would be on Lay-a-way. Pay over time and receive the shares when money is received.
JMHO
shamus, very interesting....eom
FG, prove this statement with some verifiable fact and you may gain ground otherwise you are a simple basher.
"The ultimate aim, as disclosed by McBride himself to me and others, is to take SEVU Private
to avoid all the problems he currently has with SEC and to become the CEO again... If you
thought your shareholders right were trampled in a Public Company environment, just think
how it'll be as a Minority shareholder in a Private Company controlled by McBride...
You'll have none and the value of your share value is bound to drop enormously, as there won't
be a market to trade them any more or SEC to protect your Rights...
ZERO LIQUIDITY!!..."
JMHO
LOL.eom
Drooling.eom
FG, go ahead. I am sure SI is drueling to have you back.eom.imo
shamus looks like he is working hard on drafting a new opening message. I hope he is fair and reports both sides of the equation. I think that is all anybody asks for.
JMHO
Thank you matt.eom
great work!!!!! DMWGA. eom
FG, if that is spamming then you have been guilty many times over as you keep posting your same old posts as backup for your new posts. Perhaps you should review this behavior.
JMHO
FG, your assumption is that you will win, if you ever file it. I think you should go ahead and pay the $299 shareholder price now and then if you win the lawsuit you can add it to your legal costs as research.
seems to be more fair.
JMHO
Dan, nice post. who else agrees?...speak up.imo.
Bizz, do you think a secureview stationed at the entry to the airplane tunnel filming every passenger and sending the image directly to a computer. That image can be compared via FBI database to all known criminals and instantly report back to security of any matches prior to takeoff.
much like they did at the superbowl.
then all known criminals at large would not be able to fly, period.
very little cost in setup compared to a rewire.
I credit my wife for that one.
comments?
JMHO
Print, by whom?eom
Readers Digest page 24...
review of "spy type" gadgets with secureview sold by supercircuits as one of the few products mentioned.
FG, I don't see how showing the SEVU office your posts has anything to do with being in charge.
you are grasping.
JMHO
FG, I don't see a problem with that PM. Apparantly it is only scary to you?
JMHO
Shamus, I wonder if Ann knows the law firm is still using her name. Sounds like a lawsuit back at them...hmmmmm.
"9/13/01
AGREED MOTION with memorandum in support by Ann H. Scheuer, Raymond Howlin, Dolores Gouvert and John Grammatico (agreed) to extend time through 10/15/01 to file a consolidated, amended complaint and (agreed) to extend time through 12/17/01 for Defendants to answer or otherwise plead. (sak) [Entry date 09/17/01"
JMHO
shamus.LOL! how do you get to be so funny?eom
standby, madhat, FG (if still there) why no mention of this from the PR...
"In weeks to come, the Company expects to finalize initial installation contracts with Home Depot, Inc. and Target. Inc. Further SPLSS site analysis requests and quotes for SecureView subsystems have been received from Haggar Clothing Co. and the Fred Meyer Supermarkets subsidiary of the Kroger Company.
SeaView has supplied SecureView products to police departments and school systems throughout the USA, as well as to the FBI, US Border Patrol, FedEx Corporation, and Tropicana Products, Inc. "
JMHO
SH, I think you can pretty much count on that. I am curious how they are going to replace all the work on various investigations the SEC was conducting.
This incident has so many faces of destruction.

Builder Depot added to SEVU website...
http://www.sevu.com/
Moron, under the current conditions, you are absolutely correct.JMHO
FG, criticized yes, prosecuted NO.imo.eom
Many foreign markets have dropped and regained already. The US markets being closed til monday is a great idea not only for the brokerage firms to get back on good footing but also to squelter (sp?) a panic sale.
JMHO
FG, you can't have your cake and eat it too. Matt has made his call and nothing you say is going to allow you to violate his position.
JMHO
FG, they were not in the filings because they are not material to SEVU's health. I believe they are covered under the standard of lawsuits during the normal course of business. Take a read of the 10 Q it is in there.
JMHO
Funny, on RB when a basher has nothingbetter to say, he usually brings up the spelling issue. My have times changed.
JMHO
FG, you obviously worked very hard on that post. good job it was the best one you have had in weeks.
JMHO
FG...
go to bed your posts are getting tired and weak.
JMHO
FG, The beauty of it is...
that neither I nor most all other sevu longs on this board care what you "deplore".
Intellectual honesty and objectivity? are you kidding. you are the most closed minded poster out here.
Also, you have phoned my office, so you know my profession. More misguided attempts to disarm me. Like I said before, you are a hack.
JMHO
FG, looks like your posts are now getting removed. That's got to leave a mark.(#12273)
JMHO
Allthat...
I agree however, I feel since SH and myself resigned as directors (because of FG's biased chairmanship, imo) it is going to be impossible to bring ihub back to the gentleman's board (and lady's, SH) it used to be.
JMHO
Allthat,
I would expect $2 million in gross sales for the third quarter. I am waiting to estimate 4th qtr sales until I have prelims on 3rd qtr.
FG, has lost all credibility.
JMHO
FG, you're right...
Just kidding of course. I thought I would massage that enormous ego of yours.LOL
JMHO
FG...
Tos again. also, your number of shares means nothing to us nor does it mean anything to Mcbride (obviously).
why don't you tell your story walking. were tired of your garbage.
