OT: Just got to post this one for National Championship game #1, that will be taking place this coming Saturday.

Testing. If it works, Thanks Ergo sum

Can anyone tell me how to put a picture in My Signature?
OT, Thanks Ward
Thanks Super, Did you have a direct line just then? LOL
Thanks Capt. I think the real trick is being man enough to say "I'm Sorry". It goes a long way in keeping things from continuing to build up to a point where they get out of control. If you just say you are sorry, then that is forgotten shortly, and the next mistake doesn't have as big of an impact.
Happy Veterans Day, those of you who post here.
Also, today is my 5 year Wedding Anniversary. Milestone of sorts.
Oh, I think everyone is still checking the news everyday. I know I am. Still trying to decide when to throw some more money in here. They will be back on first sign of good news.
I hope your bad feelings come true on the Cards/Knights game. GO BIG BLUE Sorry Spence
Lacy, one question. Why?
I am with you Hix.
We will all be back optimistic soon. Because 2007 isn't that far away guys. I am planning to add to my position sometime within the next two months. Trying to time my buy though, hoping to flip elsewhere for a bit, before adding to my long position here. My plan is to at least double up on my 1.2 million shares. Hope I don't miss what appears to be a good entry opportunity, I will be kicking myself if I do.
Yep, can't wait to get some value back in my account. LOL
I would agree with you in saying, "our money". So why does our board get 30 million of those shares for nothing. I don't think that was a fair practice on their part.
I have Ameritrade, I got the correct number of shares in my account.
Yah, half of that money was mine yesterday. LOL JK
Thanks for the welcome Ward. I am planning on making one more big purchase before the end of the year. Whether it is CKYS or HISC, I don't know. Probably look to add to my interest here and start with HISC again after the beginning of the new year. Yah, ole HISC has us in a stranglehold right now, can't do much with it but wait for that eventual turnaround in 2007.
Ok, I am finally in. Hello, all. Staypuff, now we can rout together on this one.
My questions.
Just so you know, I hold 1.24 mil and am still looking to add at these levels, but I just want to point out some issues that I am having problems dealing with.
Here they are again, my main two questions: Anybody welcome to respond.
1. Why did they give themselves 10,000,000 shares a piece? They said it was payment for services rendered. That is what HISC stock was for not EVSY. Seems like these shares are an out plan for them, why look to improve HISC, when you have 10,000,000 shares of EVSY. Let's spend all of HISC's money on EVSY acquisitions and improve our huge holding there, screw the fact that all us longs are buried alive in HISC with only a straw for life support. Sorry again, but a big concern for me.
2. Are those shares restricted like ours?
In my opinion why didn't HISC just get all 80,000,000 shares and we do a 1 for 25 dividend and they still would have made away plenty pretty since they own so many shares of HISC already. Why did they need the 10,000,000 on top of their shares they would receive from the HISC dividend?
Worse yet, know Franky and Bad Apple probably have a EVSY divi in their pocket that they will be looking to dump come one year from now. FUN, FUN, to look forward to.
Let's hope it is 11/13 LOL.
Don't know if anyone has answered this yet, but Pro Sec is in Lebanon. And they were in the middle of a war.
I have a question, are the 30 million shares that the board graciously took from EVSY with the money they "raised from us", definately wasn't from selling CT's, also restricted for the same time frame. If not, in my opinion we are screwed. How does the 40 million distributed from EVSY to HISC, the shares we now own through dividend get restricted and those 30 million not get restricted, if that is the case???
Personally the words some time are not good enough for me. I wanted to see early in 2007. Like everyone is saying and this letter is stating "everything is long term". Not what I wanted to hear obviously, but the choice isn't ours to make. My opinion still is screw the divy, screw the acquisitions and let's focus on selling some CT's. Simple as that. Tired of this other crap, all that is going to happen, is our EVSY shares are going to be diluted to high heavens just like HISC. Pisses me off. Freddy stop that shit already.
I'll bet on 11/13
Great idea Hix: IMO, the savings isn't on little speed limit charges, the savings would be in insurance costs. If you can monitor diagnostics, you could maybe see the RPMs prior to blowing the engine or speed at time of crash, etc.. Hence, the individual would be responsible and rental car companies could reduce insurance premiums. Or you could increase efficiency of car rentals. You would know exactly where your rental car was, and anticipated time of return, enabling you to schedule the next rental for that car more efficiently. Also, in Europe insurance companies give discounts to people who have their vehicles equipped with GPS tracking devices. I think everyone can remember when it seemed that a bunch of rental cars were being hijacked. Maybe insurance companies would also give rental companies these same discounts.
Yes, it is currently a loser in my account too, but still believe they will pull this one out.
We are still on their site, and our product is dramatically better than the other Swedish product simulation that they have. Although, I sure wish we could have had it in working condition for the Rally.
Keep your heads up boys and gals.
Could be better days ahead. I just wanted to follow up on this prior post, maybe it will help to keep the moral up around here, goes to show things can turn around dramatically.
Excerpt from email from AMUT CEO today.
"Today we entered into dialog with Siemens Venture. Siemens Venture located in Boston, handles all acquisition of vendors like us who deal in medical imaging. I informed them of what we do and I informed them that we are very open to be acquired if we meet their requirements. If we don't meet their requirements then surely we want to do a deal with Siemens to package our product with their CT Scans equipment. I don't know if anything will come out of this and I can only hope that it will. Nonetheless the market for our storage is immensely huge. There is no one that has an automated system like this. I am very confident of success very quickly. The audit is on the way and by the end of the year we should have all the accounting in place. So when the revenue hits we will list this company in early February 2007."
PS: For those of you HISC boys that don't know about Siemens, Siemens is huge in the medical industry, with deep pockets.
Most importantly, he ended with, "Thanks for being patient" I think this applies to all of here at HISC as well.
Keep your head up, and GLTA
OT: Wow, Lacy you sure did generate a lot of positive posts with your post that added so much to this board. LOL. IMO, Nobody cares what you think.
I disagree on the recurring revenue. The more CT's HISC gets out there and sells the more service charges that will be recurring on a monthly basis. JMHO. They just have to get some more big sales out there.
Well, I come to that conclusion because they stated that their current phone services were through Nextel and that it by using CyberTracker it also simplified billing because it would just all be on the same bill. Hence the sell was performed by Nextel, because they maintain all services charges for the Cyber Trackers they sell.
Tejas91, that's right were I put EVSY right now as well. Between the .10-.20 range. I agree still worth it at this point. Right now, .10 would be a 40% return on a $1000 investment.
I averaged down some more today, I sure hope it pays off someday. I realize anytime soon is probably not likely for a quick turnaround. But trying to keep the faith here.
I will just say this. I invested heavily in an OTC stock, was AMUT. They became delisted, as their share price dropped after a dividend, but they also did it as a decision to save money at the time to help spend those needed dollars on making their product better while trying to find a market. After waiting about a year, the CEO has now let everyone know that they have found the niche for their product. And now that they have a niche product and are bringing in revenues right and left, and I am talking 150,000 a whop with their product across the entire globe. They are going to relist to the OTC for 90 days and then uplist to the Nasdaq (A requirement by Nasdaq) in Feburary. So it just goes to show that patience can and may pay off. I really thought it might have been a lost cause at the time, and was hoping HISC could make up for it. I think it will just take patience.
OT: Sorry Cap, I deleted the fact that I said
We did do a sacrifice. Do you remember Twistedfreak?
But I had to repost now that you responded to it. LOL
Yah, isn't that sweet, the newbies get to make the fat cash, when it goes up while us loyal (long) shareholders will still be removing bandages one by one to our numerous bleeding wounds that we have suffered with HISC.
