75,600 shares traded in 20 minutes and up approx 5%. What gives?
Trebor, some people just can't help themselves. it is a shame.imo.eom
paulmk, ditto! Rich was a visionary but could not run a public company. I thank him for having the vision.
JMHO
Looking good...
http://quotes.barchart.com/texpert.asp?sym=sevu
Standby, something tells me that there is plenty to dispute and the mere fact that Rich is gone only means that the disputing evidence is what ever has been accumulated. I think the SEC has accumulated plenty. Also, as far as SEVU is concerned the records should be available.
The truth is there and I think you will find that the SEC didn't shut them down because there was not a material problem. Also, the SEC looked at the debenture deal and did not shut them down.
JMHO
It may be bad karma to talk about this, but...
any speculation as to the life span of any lawsuits now that Rich has passed. I would believe that, although any material they were based on may still exist, the wind in their sales may have depleted.
any comments?
Frank?
JMHO
Adam, good luck my friend. my prayers are with you.
what happened?/eom
cabo, it is actually may.LOL.eom
Shamus, All that means is that the annual report demonstrating the officers of the corp to the state has not yet been filed. It is a commonly over looked item buy business. The charges an additional fee to halt the dissolution process.
however, there is a possiblity that intent is to dissolve the corporation. It is an easy way to do it, but not a time effective one and therefore not likely.
JMHO
FG, that is absurd...
First, if Mcbride was buying and selling on the open market during all this run up and down, the SEC would have reacted in some known way via the outward signs of restricted trading.
Second, I believe secureview has come to market rather quickly. Even with the unexpected bumps in the road.
"SecureView is NOT a complicated device by any means and a talented team of knowledgeable people, properly capitalized, should have had it in mass production within 6 months..."
Come on, now you are absolutely being catty. Not even you could bring secureview to mass production in 6 months. Laughable at best.
JMHO
FG, I don't care about his living accomodations. that is not material. The money was borrowed we all know that. What he did with it means nothing to us. Apparantly he has paid back all moneys except approx 300K.
It is none of our business where he lives. It is this kind of post that shows just how rediculous you are.
JMHO
FG, I calculate it differently...
If Rich truely borrowed that million for only 7 days and say the balance as quoted by you each quarter was the average balance for that quarter you end up with $464k average outstanding balance. (weighted average). then used a more appropriate interest rate like 8% you would end up with about $46K in interest. However, Rich would most likely opt for the IRS's minimum blended rate of about 6%, which would yield about $38k in interest.
This point of interest and paying back the last balance of approximately $300k makes sense.
JMHO
UB, I believe powerline is a pulse system and has the standard frame delays and videocom is charles abraham who works for us. you guys are seriously getting old.
JMHO
long post, but I had to read to remind myself of the product....
taken from sevu website:
How It Works
SecureView is unique! The "camera in a light bulb" simply screws in to any light socket. Inside the "bulb" is a sophisticated low-light monochrome camera, coupled to our exclusive IRFS(tm) patented circuitry. The video signal is "encoded" by this circuit and fed directly to the 110-volt power line.
Each camera has a companion "decoder" which plugs into any wall outlet. A typical homeowner would plug in the decoder at the outlet nearest the TV. A standard video output connects the decoder to any TV or VCR using line-level RCA-type cables.
Once the decoder is plugged in and connected, live video is delivered to the TV or VCR. It's simple and easy. There are no wires to run, no holes to drill, and no antennas or complicated "tuning" is required.
How Do We Do It?
That's our secret! Using our proprietary Induction RF System (tm), we can send live video across the power line anywhere in your home. Let's just say it in simple terms: The video signal "wraps around" the power line, completely separate from the AC voltage. We have a total of 17 separate patents, and others pending, covering the IRFS (tm) process.
How Far Can It Go?
We've successfully sent SecureView video over 2000 feet of AC wiring. Distances in your home or business will vary based on how the building is wired.
What About the Neighbors?
We designed SecureView to "stop" at your service drop, where your building's electrical system connects to the utility company's meter. And since you must have a decoder to use the camera, there is no risk of anyone receiving a picture elsewhere on your power line. Without the decoder, the signal is "invisible."
Don't You Get Interference?
No! That's the remarkable SecureView difference. Even though the power line is loaded with refrigerator motors, heater elements, peaks and dips, SecureView "sees right past" 99% of this "power line junk."
How Much Area Can I View?
SecureView sees an 85-degree wide angle, from 6 inches to optical infinity. Practically speaking, your viewing range in daylight extends to 100 yards or more, depending on the amount of detail you expect. Obviously, something as large as a car or truck can be recognized at a greater distance than, say, a small dog or cat.
Wide-angle viewing is the best all-around choice for any type of security camera. As a bonus, you eliminate expensive and trouble-prone tilt-and-zoom mechanisms, which also require somebody to push the buttons.
In darkness, SecureView is sensitive enough to give you a readable image with the bare minimum of lighting. The built-in, patented infra-red system will see in total darkness to a maximum of 30 feet; more with supplemental IR floodlights.
What About This Infra-Red?
Many people misunderstand the idea of infra-red lighting. If you already have motion detectors installed in your home, or if you use a remote control on your TV, you are using different forms of infra-red. Without getting into optics and physics, the simple explanation is this: Infra-red is "invisible light." What we refer to as "white" infra-red is a portion of the IR spectrum which can be transmitted, reflected, and imaged by a video camera. SecureView cameras include our proven built-in IR enhancement, for sharp video pictures even in total darkness. There are no "thermal" or heat-sensing properties to this enhancement; it works just like visible light--you don't "see" it, but the camera does, and delivers the image as a standard black-and-white video picture.
How Many Cameras?
The entry-level, single-camera SecureView will be upgradeable to a four-camera system. We expect future upgrades and improvements to include more cameras.
If I Want to Watch in More than One Room?
Simply add extra decoders to the system.
What Channel Does It Play On?
SecureView doesn't "broadcast" on any channel. It uses "line level" composite video, which plugs into your TV or VCR at the "Line In," "Video In," "Aux," or "A/V" connection, usually placed below channel 2 on your set, or on a separate button on your machine or your remote control.
Can I Record the Picture?
Of course. SecureView is fully "plug and play" compatible with any device using standard RCA connections. You can plug the video feed direct into your VCR, and record instantly. Monitor through your TV, or take the tape with you and play it on any other VCR.
Is SecureView Internet Compatible?
Yes! Any PC equipped with an analog video capture device can accept live video feeds from SecureView, and send them over the Internet. The type and quality of your Internet transmission is determined by your computer's hardware and software, and the speed of your online hookup. You are no longer limited by the range of a "ball" camera or short-cable PC cam. Use SecureView to transmit from anywhere in your home, and watch on the Internet from anywhere in the world!
We expect to offer a plug-in card and more sophisticated software in the near future, which will allow even greater control.
doc, absolutely agree. imo.eom
amused, LOL ! eom
doc, FG has not sold all his shares because he wants to have his cake and eat it too. He wants to sue for his own benefit and then if he fails he still has shares that will most likely be worth a lot more than they are now. In other words he is hedging his investment with the lawsuit.
my opinion.
FG, I would explain that as the ongoing ramplings of a disgruntled winer.IMO.
Dan, sounds absolutely intense! thank you for the detailed description. Anything more you can remember please post as it comes to you.
WE NEED SOME REAL INFORMATION! Thank you for supplying some.

Frank, I seem to recall you stating you would not post on RB anymore because you were sick of the board and were going start your own on ihub.
Since then you have been kicked off the board you started (twice) and now post on RB again as you said you would not. Looks like a match made in heaven and a little of the pot calling the kettle black.
any comments your highness.
JMHO
DMGA, good point.eom
FG, the way you have been acting lately, I don't believe it was a stretch to think you were trying to slide one by.
if not, I apologize.
the way you keep bringing up this honesty thing. That would lend me to believe you are projecting your own moral dilemma on to others. Sort of a transference thing. good luck sorting that out.
JMHO
FG, there you go again, it makes no difference if I post on SI, RB, Ihub. I had my membership long before that board was created or yours ( which you keep posting the header to over and over to your own detriment). Actually, I started my membership inorder to post on your board there that you created when A@P had kicked you off the first one you had there.
JMHO
FG, this was taken directly from your post for which I responded. becareful where you quote and cutnpaste as you can be held liable for its content.
"Take the case of Centennial Technologies, Inc., where former CEO Emanuel Pinez sent fruit baskets to clients and tallied the shipments as sales of fictitious products."
JMHO
FG, are you saying that sevu's products are fictitious? If so, then state it directly.
JMHO
FG, I do not consider myself dishonest nor am I a "cheerleader". I have had my problems with some of Rich frolics, however I do back SEVU as I believe the products will sell. I also look at life with an open mind as you do not. Your countless bashing and flat out lies have gotten the best of you.
Rich stepping down was the best thing for SEVU and I agreed with that move. (no FG you do not get credit for that, the SEC does). I am also discouraged by the various A@P allegations and the subsequent class action, however your suit is rediculous and is more of a nuisance (which I believe is your full intention). I believe that somewhere between A@P and Rich is the real world and with my low cost basis I am willing to ride it out.
mindless---I think not. What is mindless is your constant banter about the same thing over and over and then posting as proof your own link to a post where you said the exact same thing. talk about mindless, for crying out loud you don't even rewrite the posts you just cutnpaste every thing.
Your motives are very clear and in my opinion as dishonest as they come. Why do you live in the caymans when your main occupation is US stock exchanges and playing in the filth that is the BB.
JMHO
FG, a full IRS audit. thats a hot one.LOL.eom
Primo, thanks but I have not seen you contribute much of anything worthwhile so...JMHO
Paulmk, I was speaking of the total change in all shares issued, regardless of restriction. JMHO
It apears the only shares issued since 8/14/01 (date of 10Q and my prior request of the

Where are the PP shares? anyone?
just curious.

FG, I bet you won't be included in that one either. better get used to it. JMHO
more unsubstantiated claims from FG....
it seems this is all we get from him and he expects everyone to take it as gospel. Pretty standard.

FG, do you have proof of this?eom
