Numbers are imprecise, is all. No client lawsuits are public record or shown, compared with all the other lawsuits, settlements, wins, and court-directed filings. There is a registry filing posted with CEO signature from two weeks ago. There have been even weekly reports on the Facebook pages. The contract became a work in progress, now mostly recently normalizing. Revenues are widely known to be transactions-based, and so inferences can be made from public data.
Incoming tourists are better off with Emailmoni(?)! There are the major credit card companies: (Yet to make any known presence in the cash economy of Nigeria). Emailmoni requires no bank account, and can be used all over: Even all-over Africa. State of Lagos officially recognizes Emailmoni. The main Nigerian betting sites officially recognize Emailmoni. UBA Leo easily has lots to talk about, even with curious in-bound tourists--more aware of Leo than of NIBSS
60 mil. Nigerians are better off with Emailmoni! NIBSS is the Nigerian Interbank processing system. Its mCash is touted as a cash alternative for low-end users. Small problem still exists. Even the World Bank estimates that 60 mil. Nigerians do not have the mCash needed bank account. UBA Emailmoni does not require the bank account. The World Bank is publishing its findings recently. Now maybe UBA will even get Leo to start conversations Emailmoni! Nigeria is still a different kind of consumer economy.

Filings are record, new timeline created. Resolving all the difficulties is reportedly underway. All that seems to be in the announcements, and in public filings in the courts and various states.
Leo Made UBA better known, then UBA, Emailmoni. The UBA chatbot became world famous in January. Then last week, Leo opened up at UBA Kenya. UBA reported 30 million Leo Conversations up until last week--not much impact on actual transactions was also reported. Late May and June, then UBA promoted Emailmoni around the World Cup. It also got #2 listing on the e-products tab. You visit the site. You look at the tab. You go to Emailmoni, top of the list of ten or so products. Again noting, the Alexa rank improved above 200,000 other websites--beyond three Nigerian banks, in range of four others. 13 of the Nigerian banks are in the top 100,000 world websites, two in the top 5000 worldwide.
Nigerians do their online banking, and Emailmoni is getting a bounce up the list. Less than 2 bil. Nigerian e-transactions last year: Could be 6 bil. this year. Jumaia reports cheap Smartphones. Leo attracted conversation visits at UBA. UBA promoted Emailmoni. Nearly 40% of people who visit Emailmoni also visit Bet9ja. More than a discussion about the weather seems to happen, when visiting Emailmoni. Emailmoni can also be accessed through Facebook, and maybe Leo said that to someone(?).
See post 291783.
April Africa data was likely Centric Gateway. 1st Qtr Nigerian e-processing transactions were 469.0 mil. 60,000 monthly transactions would be about one hundredth of one percent of that. The Unity Bank and Emailmoni Alexa were both at an 800,000 worldwide level. Unity Bank has 27 branches, some in Smartphone wealthy Lagos. It has an online process it advertises, and customers. It easily processed more than 180,000 transactions in three months, online. The Emailmoni rank is 658,000 level, today. The 2.0 bil. annual Nigerian transactions level is increasing 25% and more per quarter, with ATM transactions increasingly less of the total.
Emailmoni in Nigerian top 19(?). In Alexa traffic rankings, UBA is in the top 13 bank traffic sites in Nigeria. Guaranty Bank is number one. The world ranks of the top 13 Nigerian banks are above 100,000. Emailmoni has a 655,000 world rank. Then compare with Unity Bank, 27 Nigerian branches, Alexa world rank 820,585. Emailmoni is fintech that is not a CBN listed Commercial Bank at all. Citi doesn't have a Nigerian site. Two sites are ranked below one million in the world. That describes Nigerian banking.
Nigerian e-processing volume doubling! For 2018, the national transactions volume may be in the 4.0 bil. range. That would be maybe 15 transactions per month per BVN registered account, or 15 transactions per month per smartphone. Those are NIBSS monthly transactions data-based. UBA claims 14 mil. customers worldwide, mostly in Africa, likely most in Nigeria. Low-end users maybe just go to the ATM when they can. High-end users may have one or more accounts, one or more devices. BVN accounts are not the total, but likely active. Even 1% or 2% of all the transactions is a lot. 18 banks have access software.
Benefiting from Bet9ja ranking, too! The Alexa ranking of the last few minutes is back up to 655,000: But the 34% visiting Bet9ja next has been fairly stable. Comparing, Leo appears to have generated conversations on its own: 30 mil. in six months. Not many transactions happened, 500,000. Then for its part, Emailmoni is maybe being more universally used, cash-like. The UBA account is not needed, like with Leo. Nigerian banking sites are generally high-traffic on a world-wide basis: Lower than 100,000. Some US bank sites are ranked 3 mil. or higher. UBA Emailmoni also needs no UBA account at Lagos IRS. So there is a new kind of banking app, with maybe a more immediate business usage. Any bank user can keep it, for use again.
Emailmoni site is like a 35-branch US site. A bank site in the USA Midwest in fact has branches. The Emailmoni site is an alternative to branches. The Emailmoni Alexa traffic rank is similar, however, to a local Midwestern bank. It is not known if the business / personal accounts mix is in any way similar. Emailmoni shows more pageviews and longer visits. Likely UBA is now more major impressed. Emailmoni gets #2 billing on the e-products tab. Links are suddenly provided on UBA Facebook that show the e-products tab.
See Post 291783.
Guessing that Leo is Not a business chatbot(?).
30 mil. Leo Conversations is Marketing. More features showing access to Emailmoni is also marketing.
Leo Transactions maybe less than Emailmoni. Leo started in Kenya yesterday. A YouTube video today provided some data. Leo has done 500,000 transactions since mid-January, for 300,000 users. Leo did do a lot of conversations. 83,000 transactions per month is how that works out. Comparing, Emailmoni Alexa ranking is now at 661,875. That maybe translates to 20-30 times that many transactions per month(?).
At main UBA Facebook, today, then actually there is starting to be shown actual access to Emailmoni, for a major new change. UBA Facebook is today touting its cards. The link goes to a page where the e-products tab shows the Emailmoni, #2 option.
About 1:25 into the video link is where the Leo numbers are shown.
47,155 Centric Gateway "other" transactions(?). Google Play alone had 10,000+ android Emailmoni installs 10 months ago. One install can work for a joint account, even on more than one device. One install can be a business account: With 47,155 transactions of its own. "Africa" and "Emailmoni" are likely not the same thing. Fintech is more normal in Africa, than in "Maybe-Starting-This-Month," USA. In the Facebook reporting. Centric Gateway may have other clients. Company does have an NDA with UBA, but mostly reportedly doesn't want to get out too far in front of the bank's own announcements.
The July spike is likely a prelude to all kinds of disclosure-level reporting, however. If there are multiple USA clients, and multiple Africa clients--then suffering is not happening.
Revenue announcements create stock trades proof.
UBA revenues announced, usual business proof. The revenue channel is even shown January of this year. Proof. An announcement tends to be regarded evidence all over--even in the car business, of all dubious places. The government platform happened at State of Lagos, easily verifiable. The bold is enhancement for people noting the post.
_____________________________________
Our bank licensee in Africa is in final testing of a new service on the EmailMoni platform for government payments. Also we have added additional gaming sites. Revenues should increase at a higher rate now. The first gaming customer had special low fee per transaction pricing. The new pricing includes a % and a higher fee per transaction. This % plus fee per transaction share pricing is our standard pricing going forward.
New post tends to support July Africa Revs. There is even time and money to report the USA Ops, even still being July, on-going.
Diligence rewarded happens. Facebook comments in the recent weeks have noted outstanding debt being reduced. A Timeline from March 2017 seems more applicable to 2018, from several reports.
See post 291750. Many firms have potential. Many show Alexa ratings and other corroboration. There is apparently posted public record of an MEC likely filing of a California Certificate of Good Standing, There are recent filings of registration paperwork posted. There are more likely now to be SEC filings.
Last 5 minutes proof not available at Chase, even. Anyone can guess that they probably know better(?), however.
UBA Alexa rank is 27,000, v. 673,000 for Emailmoni. The lower rank means more traffic, page time and so on: On the Worldwide basis. But for UBA that is all their sites and apps. Chase is at about 1000 worldwide. Emailmoni is stand-apart, and still at 4600 rank in Nigeria, v. 260 rank for everything else that UBA has in Nigeria. All the national websites get lumped into the basic Nigeria Group ranking for example. So the question arises about what is in the new Emailmoni ranking spike. It could be some new giant utility or other national service now using it, for example.
A Facebook Explanation is likely necessary. The Emailmoni start-up was presented weekly last summer. There were updates in the winter and spring and start of summer. There appears to be a major on-going spike in traffic, and likely revenue, that needs explanation. Emailmoni is front-page featured on 19 African national UBA websites. 18 of the websites still need the front page tabs. There is clearly progress, and the traffic spike is noted in Alexa daily reports--that frequently updated.
UBA knows if Leo uses Emailmoni already. Leo may be more of a concierge, or teller, that does no specific transactions of its own. It takes a few seconds to do stuff, according to some descriptions, for example. It only works with an UBA account, another example. You would say that a bank teller works for one bank, but not all banks. It accesses, and pushes buttons: And only in the one bank.
UBA Endorsements lead to Emailmoni! So far this year the President of Facebook and the President of France have endorsed UBA technology. Then only a week or so ago the Best Digital Bank in Africa award happened. So a new customer starts looking around and can see Emailmoni at the number two spot on the e-products tab, and visible on the Useful Tools page. 18 of the websites need to add those to the more front page status, so far. The award of last week is now in the multiple languages, however. FAQ's happen.
So that may be a bit more ambitious than had been expected, but UBA is actually not the only cashless fintech player on the Continent. So a distinct marketing advantage has happened. First advantage: Africa is more used to cashless fintech than are other parts of the world, some might say--with about half of it happening there. For further advantages, see paragraph one.
So in March, 2017, at Facebook: "Feedback from senior management at the bank is very positive, and there is a long list of benefits realized by the bank compared to their other platforms, including higher profit margins on transactions due to the low operational costs of our platform. We are told there is a big market push within the coming months.
New bank: We are working with them to start the system customization and integration. This process will be much quicker than is was with our first bank since the platform is the same.
Financials: We received all the data we needed from accountants in Israel and our CFO is working on completing the statements so we can send them to the auditor for review and filing.
Once we are current in our filings, we will re-start an active PR program to increase awareness of our company to the investment community."
Company PR has 19 UBA websites basis! The Alexa ranking keeps increasing, and July isn't even over yet. The Emailmoni presence is available, likely to become more visible. The presence this year is likely what had prompted the summer-long Facebook posts of last year. It may have been anticipated a year ago. PR now will have worldwide credibility all over, explaining Financial filings.
Under Useful Tools And Resources (X19), it is off to the left on the screen--which goes to registration.
Emailmoni is a new Pan-African word, even! Multi-nationals can do currency-valued transactions, maybe even automatically(?), but at least relatively instantly. Multi-nationals have the device-word in 19 nations, already!
Applicable beneficial court rules more likely. Company counsel can point to the multi-national beneficial presence of the company technology, now underway despite interference attempts, alleged. Any California sentencing is more likely to include the beneficial, statutory: Rules that can be applied.
The matter of a Certificate of Good Standing may even bring up the matter of filing the financials, so as not to make the Courts appear to be supportive of regulatory non-compliance.
12 mil. monthly transactions from 30k per. Apps on Google Play reached 10,000 count in first few months. 30,000 users--using access methods--in 19 nations is a lot already. Business users, seeing a local international market now available: Are possibly the basis for the recent multi-national FAQ announcements, including Emailmoni.

When anyone does, then the main Nigerian page with the Emailmoni in the e-products tab appears: Even in Nigeria(?)! So all the customers in the 19 nations have the Emailmoni access, and in comfortable languages. Then anyone reviewing the countries link will see that each nation is in a separate degree of online banking progress.
https://www.ubagroup.com/countries
Probably Company has been working on all of that.
Ranking up 15% v. off-radar last July! Year-end Company was scrambling for revenue, and only starting to be noted in Worldwide rankings. Then add-in that there are likely ten thousands and more new websites getting ranked, the recent 8 months. So UBA, the client, now features Emailmoni-cash in 19 African nations, already. It is even legal, not something just off the presses.
Traffic increase has replaced scope creep!
Timelines of last year can now make new PPS.
What UBA is doing now was expected last year. Through the bank, the Company technology effectively replaces cash. 90% of the Nigerian economy knows a great deal about cash, however, and nothing about Emailmoni, or even about bank accounts. Emailmoni replaces all of that, and not widely known, even now. Now some large retailers in Nigeria have spotted how it works: Putting them online accessible even in street markets.
So Company complained last year about scope creep, and then about the slow start at spreading the new service around. Nigerian online bettors saw it first, on any large scale. There were explanations of how to use it, even. Then State of Lagos made it semi-official, four months ago. "Scope-in-Place" replaced any "Creep." Then it became embedded in Nigeria official Nigeria UBA only weeks ago. Only days ago it became promoted in the other 18 African nations. That even happens in the indigenous languages, (English and French, sans pidgeon).
So last year's Company suggested timelines, at Facebook and on YouTube, more likley apply all-of-a-sudden this year. Even a Court wants to see a Certificate of Good Standing in a matter of days. All the progress now was not around last year.
See Post 261811. UBA PR's with Company.
Public Information All Over: (Like No More School)!
Headed to 400 mil. annual transactions works. Some analytics might infer about 100 mil. transactions annual rate already. Somebody, somewhere: Likely does something in the 7-12 minutes each of them are at the site. $0.25 to $0.50 PPS with basis in a $0.01 eps will be reported, and a lot before that can be reported. Even a California judge is prodding that along--the reporting.
