tenac: I think you have the wrong symbol...
It's not CDCM you are looking for, it is CDCH, currently trading at .06/.073.

What this is...
is very likely shorty doing his damndest to make his portfolio look pretty for his EOY report. Gotta get that bonus! Hopefully there's some covering going on, but I've been involved in the pinks too long to maintain that kind of hope anymore.
Picked up some more at .014. Merry Christmas and a PROSPEROUS New Year to us longs.

Absolutely ProfitChaser! And, to expand upon that a bit, Strat needs to do exactly what any company needs to do in order to increase its stock price. Strat needs full disclosure of its financials, earnings/revenues and to get on a more respectable exchange. Once these things occur, Strat will find itself many more long term investors to balance out the actions of traders and to knock out the naked shorting arsewipes.
I am confident that Sam is clear about this and is doing everything he can as quickly as he can to accomplish these goals.
Aloha

I've just become aware of the state of HBSL. Obviously no need to reply to that last mssg.
Thanks Brent. Rich
Uh...Yeah...what he said! Rick...have you been taking smart pills because I swear you're more impressive with each post? And I've been reading your posts for years!

OT Tchauncy...
I have posted a message to you on the Ihub HBSL board in hopes of receiving a response from you.
Whether you choose to respond or not, please know that I have followed your postings for several years on various stocks and MM/market information with much appreciation.
Thank you.
Rich
To the board: I apologize for the off topic post. If I knew of another way to do this without interrupting anyone I would have.
Aloha.
tchauncy:
I've been watching the price movement of this company for some time and have followed your posts appreciatively here and on RB for several years. I don't have a position in HBSL at this time but would be interested in taking advantage of these prices.
Have you discovered any information that would keep you away from HBSL and would you mind confirming that you still have a position in HBSL?
Regardless of your answer, thanks for all the information that you offer on the boards. I especially enjoy and appreciate you sharing your knowledge of how market makers and the overall markets function.
BTW, since you seem to specialize in oil investments, you may find SPRL and interesting and worthwhile investment, imo. I own 700k long term shares and I trade a couple 100k from time to time.
Aloha
Rich
Hi Brent
I actually picked up almost another 30k more just before the news came out.
BTW, had a very nice conversation with David last night. I'm glad that finally happened. He's another one of the good guys for sure.

Strat Petroleum Reaches Agreement for Implementation of Sludge Processing Solution
TORONTO, Dec 14, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Strat Petroleum, Ltd. (SPRL :
strat pete ltd com new
SPRL0.02, 0.00, -11.1% ) , an emerging exploration and development company focusing on oil and gas opportunities in the Russian Federation, today announced the results of their recent trip to Russia. While overseas, Company management presented their solution for the treatment of oil sludge to Rosneft's operation in the Stavrapol Region and to a number of local oil and chemical companies at the Academy of Science in Bashkorstan.
The end results of the presentations were very positive. Strat was able to sign a joint working agreement directly with the Academy to process an additional 2 million tons of sludge.
The Stavrapol presentation also proved fruitful as the Company was able to gain acceptance of its solution by Rosneft for application to that company's numerous sludge pools in the Region. Strat is currently completing a proposal that would see a pilot plant installed in early 2007, followed by plants at additional locations as determined.
Rosneft is the world's second largest company in terms of proved SPE oil reserves and Russia's second-largest hydrocarbon producer with production of over 1.72 million bpd. Headquartered in Moscow, the Company also owns two refineries, which have a combined capacity of 10 million tons per year, as well as four main oil export terminals and a nationwide network of over 600 service stations. In 2005, the company's revenues exceeded $24 billion USD.
In order to capitalize expeditiously on these opportunities, Strat is working in conjunction with its technical and chemical consultants towards completing the design and specifications for the pilot sludge processing plant expected to be installed by the middle of Quarter 1, 2007.
Hi Brent,
I've been having the same problem with SPRL. I've got just enough cash to buy 50k more shares at .016 or lower, but they won't quite let me have it! lol
Doesn't look like we'll be moving from Hawaii any time soon, although the lease is up on our rental in Feb and so we'll be moving to Waimea (Northern part of the island) around that time. It's very different there than here on the Hilo side and we're sure we'll be much happier there. Especially because we'll be 2 minutes away from our favorite beach instead of 1hr and 20 minutes.
Make sure you get back to me on that email. I've got something VERY interesting to discuss w/ you.

Hiya etouge
If you click on the link that looks like this:
SPRL Quote/Level II - News - Quote - Chart
..on the main SPRL page and read the last PR you'll have your reason for the jump. The reason for the drop is, I believe, due to a combination of traders taking quick profits and certain entities which have it in for Sam Hyams who are illegally shorting this stock.
IMHO.
Aloha.
Maybe we'll get support here at the 50 MA (.016). Looks like plenty of interested buyers here, but it also looks to me like we're still being shorted.
IMO
Aloha.
Rich
The last hour to half hour will tell the tale, as it always does, especially with pinkies. It looks pretty obvious to me that shorty is still here and having his way to some extent. It's much easier with what appears to be so little public knowledge about our little SPRL gemm. At this point it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see us back to .015 again by the end of the week, barring any news announcement.
Doesn't change my long-term outlook one whiff and so the lower it gets pushed down the better the buy opp. it is. Just wish my other stocks would show me some green so that I could go for the million mark here.
Aloha.
OT - Nytro69: I don't know if anyone fully answered the question you presented in the post I'm responding to, but if you're still looking and want real time LII try www.alphatrade.com.

Form T trade AO: @ .025 for 2,385,884 shares at 4:06:52
Anyone care to explain to me how a trade for 25k shares occurs at .02 with 2 MMs on the bid at .021???
MDMN trading is rediculous, imho. em
I agree Brent. My view of SPRL goes unchanged. End of story.
DDxpert asked me to post this...
...on his behalf since he's not a member of Ihub:
1) NOWHERE was (it) ever stated or confirmed that Strat had a bonafide working relationship with PremierWay
2) Selling 3 million shares BEFORE you hear Sam's side of the story is just stupid
3) You can bet your arse that Yeggy doesn't know about the whole operation of Strat
4) If Yeggy has a beef against Sam, and he spoke untruths even if it was disguised as his opinion only, the fact that his words were posted on a message board relating to this stock, as an insider, could be serious grounds for a lawsuit by those who said it and even the one who posted it
Packers... I've got no problem at all with your post.
As for my future posts on message boards, I'm sticking to what I know, which is TA and that I'm still long & strong 700k. I don't know crap about anything else.
Hope all is well with you.
Rich
Say what you will about IHDR, but before you express your opinions you may want to consider what you would have done if you had been in his shoes first.
I personally wouldn't have taken such swift action to sell and I also disagree with his not posting his findings over here, but every investor/trader is entitled to their opinion and is absolutely free to buy and sell whenever they want without any obligation to anyone. If I understand correctly, IHDR even took a loss on his position.
If IHDR really was manipulative in this situation he could have sold at higher prices and not shared any of his findings.
I for one respect that he at least expressed all of this honestly when he could have easily shared none of it and nobody would have known, imo & fwiw.
Aloha.
Rich
IHDR:
Since I'm not a paying member here I can't respond to your posts on your board, so I'll do it here...
By your posts of your conversation with Robert Yeggy it seems pretty difficult to assume that you may have misperceived some of his comments. If he actually did say to you what you posted, (you've given no reason for me not to believe you and some posters who I respect know you better than I and have expressed to me their respect for you), would you say that this Yeggy character has some agenda against Strat? Seems strange that he would say what he did to you and then have Sam talk about that guy as if they are pals.
The whole thing stinks to me, but I'm careful not to judge any of it since I haven't been directly involved.
FWIW I think you've handled this whole situation pretty well, although I personally think it would have been fine if you posted everything over here at the same time you posted on your board.
Aloha.

A little TA imo...
At price levels below a dime we can generally expect to find support/resistance about every .005.
Significant moving averages on the daily chart:
50 MA: .0144
21 EMA: .0201
10 MA: .0236
130 MA: .0278
200 MA: .045
260 EMA: .0517
Fibonacci retracements for the .01 - .0475 range are:
24% = .0387
38% = .0332
50% = .0288
62% = .0243
71% = .021
A pullback as far down as the 62% from here is still generally considered healthy for an uptrend.
Overhead resistance exists at the 200 MA and 260 EMA. Overhead congestion exists between .041 - .06.
For anyone looking to buy on pullbacks at this point, I'm watching the 130 MA and the 50 & 62% retracements on the daily chart. For those who watch intraday charts, I'd be watching .0355 - .033 currently on the 5 min chart and the 21 EMA, currently at .0334, on the 60 minute intraday chart.
Of significance on the weekly chart is that we are over the 30MA, currently at .0318.
All imo & fwiw.
Disclaimer: I am super long 700k SPRL and holding for dollars. I currently have no short term trading position
Aloha

MDMN...
Looks like the MM's are trying to scare out any weak hands today by dropping the bid quickly from .02 to .015. They didn't get many takers at all though and we closed pretty strong.
(I typically refer to MM's as "MFMM's" but I'm trying to keep my posts clean here, which is not easy for me especially when referring to MM's).
Aloha
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. :) em
Anyone who is interested in reading some older DD on this company, most of which I believe is still relevant sans timeframes, might find posts on the SPRL Raging Bull board from 2create, the various incarnations of shadow-do and those of randy0725 as interesting as I did.
This stock was first brought to my attention by shadow-do, whom I've known for around 6 years now and trust implicitly. He's a no-nonsense guy who I have complete trust in. Through him I got to know randy0725 better...and this guy is a DD BULLDOG like nobody I have ever seen.
Just in case anyone pays attention to this post and attempts to get ahold of these guys let me warn you... If your intent is to whine and debate with them it would serve you best to just mosey on down the line and don't bother with them. They've earned the right to not have to deal with that kind of thing.
The above is to be considered my opinion based upon personal experience.
Aloha.
Rich
For Brent/Abbam/klonopin...
I just noticed that you sent me private messages a week or two ago. I just thought you should know that I don't have the ability to reply to them and I almost never check them simply because I forget that my mailbox even exists, LOL! Best if you post to me publicly or send me an email.
Brent: You asked me what I use for level II. I subscribe to a professional traders service called eSignal. It costs me about $2500 a year, so unless you're really into TA and full time trading you probably aren't going to need it. I would stick with Alphatrade for level II.
Klon: I honestly know nothing about CKYS, but I trust Brent and his wonderful DD abilities.
Abbam: I'm sorry, I don't have an answer to your message.
