Moron, I think it is more important to realize that when dealing with government (SEC or the courts) you never give more information than absolutely required to do so. If asked you answer truthfully (again if required) otherwise you don't do the other sides homework for them.
As far as openning up another class action, it would seem to me that the plantiff's attorneys would be the target of that suit. They should be worried if something big happens reasonably close to the conclusion of the ca.
As far as SEVU hiding info, Costco had secureview in plain site on there shelves at the end of may. YES!
imo
Moron, I am sorry but I don't agree with your logic. You do not release good PR's when the class action is still open, that will just harm your negotiation. Also Wal-mart and Home depot could care less about how often SEVU releases news. In fact, I believe these chains were holding back waiting for the class action to be settled.
Unethical, who are you kidding. I see no law that says everyone must know everything about a company before, during or after it occurs. Perhaps SEVU does have a deal with RCA and have not signed the final contract until the suit is settled. That makes it an unknown and therefore not something that should go in a PR. It also makes SEVU damn smart.
If it is shown that SEVU has been waiting for the ca to be final, I applaud their ability to keep the info quiet. We all know what happens when info is released before it should be.
Finally, how could news become "old news" if it is disclosed later. The people receiving the news will be hearing it for the first time and therefore would be "new news".
I can understand your disapointment in SEVU, but man your post makes no sense.
imo
Also, these retailers don't give up valuable shelf space unless they beleive it will sell.
imo
The thing no one has said yet is that they are selling with absolutely no advertising!
wait until ads get out. With major retailers on board and product on shelves...the ads will bring sales.

***EVERYONE***, I called costco on staten island...

I spoke to Tina who said they got 48 in house in late May and now have 14 left on the shelves. Therefore, the one costco has sold 34 units in 6 weeks or approximately 6 per week.
I heard that if costco sells an average of 2 units per week then they will place orders for a region or even the country.
Biz, do the math for me.

Products are in a major retailer
I have a friend who called me last week to tell me he just purchased a Secureview from Costco on Staten Island. I had told him about the product a year ago and while he was shopping at Costco he saw a display for Secureview and decided to purchase one. He said it was a Saturday and there was many people checking out the system and he saw several individuals who were buying the unit.
SEVU said Costco would be placing the Secureview in select markets and if it sold well they would fill orders for all of their retail stores. It looks to me like it will be placed in every Costco across the US.
It's obviously a phenomenal product. I have one and it works great. The bottom line is SEVU's products are and will be placed in Major Retailers across the US and they will be very profitable. I think it's amazing how far George and SEVU have come considering the mess Rich left them, including the Class Action being settled in a very short amount of time and other financial issues they had to work through. If this company is funded like George said it is there is nothing stopping them from being a very large and very profitable company.
Looks like sevu has moved...
found this on the main page of their website:

paul, the $300k in and of its self is not necessarily news worthy, but coupled with all the other big names being thrown around that PR, it certainly beats a sharp stick in the eye.
Also, comparatively speaking, $360k is a nice boost in sales and equates into roughly $215k in gross profit to help pay bills.
I will take it!
Good PR.
imo
Nice 50k buy at the end.imo
Sham, the damage done by the additional 6 mil shares is already done. The price currently reflects those shares. Besides, I never said I was buying on the open market.
regards
imo, gotin
paul, I already piked up another 25K shares recently and will most likely double my entire position shortly. I smell some real progress in this company. imo
Shamus, notice that McAtee did sign that opinion but what you did not notice is that Aidman Piser also was listed as the issuing company.
It would seem as Aidman Piser is the current Firm and that McAtee must now work for sevu doing some other capacity. I believe that SEVU said that McAtee would continue to do work for them. So who lied? Me thinks you by not telling the whole truth.

IMO
not unless they actually shipped the product. that is what caused the problems before.imo
I think I missed something in that post. Party? 49,000 shares? is that a week total?
TIA
Moron, I sure hope secureview sells like internal combustion engines! sounds good to me. You know Ford only made a few cars a day. Then got up to 100 in a day after a year. He was actually sued by the shareholders because he wanted to get to 1000 cars a day and they did not think it was worth it and the cars would never sell. hmmmmmmmmmm!
imo
so they are using an inferior product. Didn't that article say all "new airbus" I bet the retro fits will be rather difficult. sounds like a job for.....securview.
imo
Shamus, it sure sounds like secureview technology. Nothing in that article states that it is not seaview providing the equipment. hmmmmmmmm. It could very well be some leaking news.
imo
very nice post!!!eom
Now Frank if only that were a sevu PR you may have a case.LOL
imo
Yes I did, but the attourneys continue to use her name.imo
you will need to click refresh twice on that link to get the full list. I do not know why.
It looks very good to have the CFO and a Director buy shares on 2/28/02. Between them they bot 250,000 shares. the CFO now owns 1 million shares! The CEO owns 3+ million shares.
looks very good to me.
imo
Nice new buys in february...

BIZZ, please expand on that.eom
It appears as though shamus and FG have teamed up to control the sevu board to a basher tone.
imo
FG, I would but you keep getting in the way!...
Oh man, I can't believe you ate that.LOL
where is post 14047!
Moron, the funny thing about this whole PP thing is that I was told by the company that anyone (accredited) could offer the company cash for a direct purchase of shares at anytime. If I wanted to buy restricted SEVU shares direct from the company, I could. There are some legal hoops, of course, but that is the essence of it.
That is why I get a kick out of FG and his illegal PP.
oh, I think there is a joke in the middle of that last sentence.
LOL
all my opinion
Thanks Dan, just curious.eom
Hey Dan, how come the articles never mention SEVU by name?
In fact, I take FG's stace as a possitive for longs.eom

proxime, that may be exactly what has happened, or the deal may have been dropped entirely. The former is more likely. And no, before any smart azz tries, I have no inside information.
imo
paulmk, as far as I know anne dropped out when I posted the information. I took the statements word for word off the actual request.
thats it.

cabos, 1st, 2nd, 3rd are due 45 days after the end of the respective quarter. the 4th qtr/annual is due 90 days after the end of the year. (ie. allow time for the entire year to be audited) the quarterlies are not audited.

schoffer, ditti what dan said.eom
schoffer, just love the ways yous speak. Dan I think you are right on target. The whole "damand an apology thing" I love it.
Go ahead make my day...LOLOLOLOLOLOL
too darn much.
imo
Dan, thanks for posting actual SEVU info.imo
Paulmk, I believe they have til the end of march for the 10K. the qtr reports are the ones due on the 15 day of the 2nd month after the end of a quarter.

MH, I have no inside information nor has any been given to me. George has answered questions for me in the past regarding share count, etc. He was accessible and willing to answer my concerns within the realm that would not violate SEC rules.
My whole point with you is that all you ever do is whine and are still doing it. Apparently, you are afraid of verbal confrontation. Thats fine, the world needs your type too.
I find that a letter has its place as does verbal communication. A letter can be worded very carefully to portray a certain tone regardless of the situation. Where as a verbal confrontation takes a certain amount of the planning out of the response. Also, is far less time consuming for both sides.
remember, you could always sell. This type of constant hostility can't be healthy.
madhat, stop your whinning. If you want an answer from sevu, be man enough to pick up the phone and call. When I call I talk directly to George. It seems to me that all you do is whine, but refuse to act. You want everyone to do for you, try doing for yourself for once.
geeeeesh.
