If they start posting positive results and in-turn revenues...IMO this could move fast.

With Posiitive results money will flow fast into this company and we are a public company somebody with deep pocket could buy up a lot of stock... but not thru dilution it will run.

It may be quick and back off but IMO if the above happen it's vey possible

If SPZI owns the software outright and these guys stoled the code.

WHY CAN"T THEY SELL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s their intellectually property.

I had a programmer that worked for me and when he left he used part of our code for his project.

I took him to court to stop him and he had to pay court fees and damages.

But while that was in the courts I continued to do my business with the software.

This doesn’t sound right to me, makes no sense at all. If they have a patent, Non-compete or whatever documents that are in place... they own the code then theres no reason why they can't market the product. Any Attorney will tell you that.

It has to be over ownership of the code... not just stealing it.

peeve, as I understand it... endusers are using it. We are making updates per the users and monthly fees are yet to be determinded.

The end of July sales should be coming in...all this per the SH meeting.

Now it's 2010, if so then who are these users and why are we making update for them and why Paul does not know what fees to charge yet

I don't know will wait and see how this un-folds.

maybe I'm dumb, we have the patent on Spooztoolz/Swarm and these guys that worked for SPZI and i'm sure they signed a Non-compete "stoled the code"... still not sure why we can't use it.

SPOOZ owns the code and should be able to use it while they go after these guys in court.

The questions I have

1) Did these guys start the concept/code for Spooztools and SPZI hired them with the idea to finish the product.

2) Did SPZI start the concept and hire these guys to write the code.

If they where just employees and stoled the code/concept then I don't see why SPZI can't use the code. If these guys took what the believe was theirs to start with then I can see why it's tied up in courts

Thats the way I see it and wish the company would clear that up or if theres a lawyer here that can further explain.

Bottomline SPZI has to get going. Whatever release or version it's in... its time has come to get it out there.

Whoever is using it needs to start paying the the monthly fees.

You can buy all you want at the ask. my 500k went thru in a split second. still have an order @ the bid you never know.

reed, the news release didn't come up on ETRADE either... not sure why. SPZI news does but not XXIS.

I'll call their IR and see if they know why.

reed, it was a re-hash of the last PR different words same Shxx.

It's not fluff PR's but these two companies need to really give us something here.

GP it's doesn’t seem like dilution is going on at this time... I could be wrong.

You guys are wrong in this case... low bid is not hurting this stock at all.

There's no fundementals at this time to make it run. If everyone puts a sell order @ .50 you think it's going to run to that point.

This is static at this time because we are NOT on-line and/or generating revenues. No updates... nothing.

I have a few Mil already did average down... but if I can get a few more @ .0001 why not. Because I know the above is going to happen soon.
