I like the charts, but what happens if we get the news of the $50MM in contract announcements for the landfills. That is going to happen. What does that do to price/share levels? And what does that do to the charts for the next 6mo/year?
Thanks, I did hear that. I liked the '4' landfills for $40-$50MM. I thought that it was a single landfill. This is going to spread throughout Mexico. Does anyone have a feeling for why the mention of about $14MM in signed contracts has not moved us much higher towards the .15-.20 level? I don't buy the pennies very much, but it seems to me that BUGS has to be a one in a million stock with these types of contracts coming in on a regular basis. I mean, they are HUGE for even a NASDAQ stock. So, why no run up today on a stock selling at a penny?
xxxxtrader: what are you talking about in this post? What did I miss?

Did you also notice the "Hedge Fund and institutional manager coming out to San Diego" comment at the top of the interview, I think that was a "tell" that THAT was the reason for this interview, which could be a start of a major road show... and not just for smart penny investors loading up here, thats why I'm talkin bout MAJOR INSTITUTIONAL MUNNY lookin fo U-N-D-E-R-V-A-L-U-E-D playz! I
Can someone post Brehm's comments from the interview tomorrow for those of us that can't listen?
The 'teenies' will cause you nothing but frustration. You guys are trying to trade such small orders that you will never make a big buck. Frustration will kill you, and so will the big guys. By now you should have a position in the MILLIONS. Why not? Contracts are coming and we are going up to much higher levels. Anyone that WON'T put in an order between 1MM-5MM shares will never make it on this market or this stock. I seriously think that you will not in your life time see a better buy in the pennies!
.25/share is not too much to expect near term(2007). Many other CAFTA nations are now asking U.S. Microbics to duplicate what they are doing in Mexico. Don't forget the ERC's. A German bank has already committed $33 MILLION and Pemex is about to guarantee $160MM 5 YEAR operating contract. And that is just for the standby fees. The real profits come from the clean up fees. Plus, several $60MM landfill contracts are on the way. And once again, don't forget that BUGS is working for one of the largest electrical utility companies in the world. They already have about 10MM in contracts from them. Can you find any other company selling for under $1(and much more) that can say the same. These are all matters of public record and you can find this information in the SEC reports.
Timster: it looks like it will take another 12-18 months, but I think that we are headed in the right direction.
ezxccsc: did you ever figure out how much it costs you to use Fidelity for low priced stocks? You are getting killed on commission. You might want to check that out someday before you start loading up on shares.
Brehm owns over 24 MILLION shares of BUGS. And BUGS owns over 85% of SSWM.

BUGS has $12MM in signed contracts...plus BUGS is negotiating:
1. Landfill project for Mexico city($50MM)
2. ERC's in Veracruz ($250MM)
3. Erc's in 3 other states ($250MM x 3)
4. The Quintana Roo project (permitting and beach clean-up)
5. Puebla (permitting and cleanups)
6. Electrical Utility contracts for one of the major electrical suppliers in the world.
7. 295MM lake cleanup project(this hasn't been mentioned in a while, but it is still necessary).
8. A new bond investment banker that has done over $1 billion in financing.
9. A German bank committment for 33MM for the Veracruz ERC's. And Pemex has set aside over $1 BILLION to pay for clean-ups.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Some of these projects have already started. Others are being negotiated at this time! Can you find any stock selling for under $1/share with such fantastic profit coming in and being negotiated? Other countries states are already asking BUGS to come in and give them cost estimates for more work. Remember that there are 31 states in Mexico. The future looks very bright.
A post from 'hotstocks.com'. "Anyone get an email from Brehm lately?"
There has to be something going on that he could tell us about. I think that the Mexican Congress will be in session very soon and then when do they take up the financing of the ERC's? How exactly does that work? And how about that San Diego company that was making a movie that was going to be shown on CNBC, FOX etc. ? How is the contract work moving along? Did you know that we have 10MM in the working stage right now? C'mon Bob, that should take a penny stock over the .10/share level in the blink of an eye. Did any of you ever hear of a stock selling under .01/share that has signed contracts for over 10MM? I know that I haven't. So, where is the promotion? And we are looking at over 200MM in signed contracts covering the next 5 years. That is supposed to happen in January. So, am I stupid or what? That news alone should take us to over .25/share. What is going on here? Bob should address these issues to the world. And I'll say it again, if we already have 10MM is signed contracts, has the 'penny world' ever seen this before(not to mention the 200MM)?
BUGS owns over 90% of the SSWM shares according to Brehm in the last conference call.
Here's the Etrade link that I am using:
https://us.etrade.com/e/t/estation/pricing?id=1206010000
Sorry, it won't take the link. But, it's on their commission schedule page.
I just spoke with Etrade about that .015 and they said 'yes' that is what they charge. That would cost $75,000 to buy and $75,000 to sell 5MM shares. And Fidelity does do that too(I also just spoke with them). I'm guessing that some of you use Etrade and I am misunderstanding something there. So, any more information would be helpful.
Here's what Etrade says: "For orders involving securities listed on a national securities exchange (i.e., "listed securities") a fee of $0.015 per share will apply to that portion of the order that exceeds 2,000 shares." What am I missing? Thanks.
Brokerage question: I'm looking for some help on a recommendation for a good brokerage company to trade pennies. I need a company that doesn't tack on a .015 per share commission like Fidelity and Etrade do. At Etrade's rate it costs over $15,000 to trade a million shares. That is crazy. Fidelity is similiar. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot,
Hawk: how high do you think that BUGS can move with contract news?
bluemax2000: who will be in attendance and who will be able to ask questions. And will you be able to either post the transcripts or at least take notes and post some of Bob's answers on this website? Thanks,
Peaser: great new look to this board. Thanks! Do you have any idea what size we are looking for in the new contract estimates that should be coming out very soon? Or does anyone on this board have any educated guesses?
'Double Pop' on the way. First(very soon) we get the announcement of the estimates. Next will come the actual granting of the contracts. This is getting very exciting.
OMG news. Is it good or bad? Anyone buying on the news?
