I thought you said the 144's were cancelled because those were FHAL shares. Now they're not?
Get a clue
Enough with that. None of those people were insiders! They were 144 restricted owners. None of the sells will show.
Bet your butt they sold as soon as the paper filing was in the mail.
Good move. I also parachuted at 4, high dived at 3, low dived at 2. Now it's down to a hop and a skip. lol
Markets are open Monday.
Looks like Penn Davis McFarland is a money manager and those 12,000 shares were probably deposited for one of their clients, a 144 holder.
Yes, it's a completely different company. They took over the ecowood domain when it was abandoned.
The problem is that most people refer to 144's as insider transactions, when they're really Insider & 144 rule transactions. The distinction's important, but yes, it's misleading to just say insider.
I was responding to this:
"a number of 144's in the last 12 months filed. And guess what, not one form 4"
You wouldn't see any form 4's since none of the 144's were insiders.
Form 4 is only for insiders. None of them would have to file it.
Of course - Market data provided by DTN Market Access
It's the same data provider for both sites.
The ones I tried had all different dates. I picked 6 penny stocks that I know don't have dividends and they all had something in the date except for 1. I don't think it's anything.
I entered a bunch of quotes on different stocks and they all had some type of date there, even though they don't have any dividends.
You did it again. By researching what, an SEC buy recommendation? rotfl.
Figured out your bonds? lol. That was classic.
It's a good thing they did file that extension. Not filing and being delinquent isn't a good thing, btw.
Good thing you said it was a joke. He wouldn't have figured it out on his own. lol
They screwed up the filing date on the first NT-10k.
Closer to $1.80, definitely. It's not going to spike up and there's a lot of dumping going on today. It may hold $1.85 - $1.95 range.
Back below $2 soon.
I know. They double the penalties of what they find, but it's what they don't find that makes it worthwhile for many.
OT: Sepaniak's CFO got 5 years in the federal pen and has to pay criminal restitution of $4.4 million, for those that followed Weida.

Email server's also down. Two different IP's. Not too likely.
His netsol hosting may have expired and he's moving the site to cshd.us instead. Could be.
Rufus' visa card was declined for non-payment.
You mean something like that? lol. Just kidding
Email server's down also, fyi. eom
Here's the archived version of the foundation:

And the land scam

Here's the archived website for eco-wood.com
http://eco-wood.com/index.html" target="_blank">http://web.archive.org/web/20021016165743/http://eco-wood.com/index.html
The active website belongs to an entirely different company in France.
Yeah, what a deal. There go those trusts again:
"You may choose to purchase one to one-million acres just choose the numbers that you are comfortable with and securly purchase acerage on-line! Rainforest Preservation Foundation accepts Master Card and Visa for your convenience."
Are you sure Rufus or Ben didn't publish this site?
"rememeber to tithe on your profits"
I hope you feel okay tomorrow morning, but I doubt it.
Next time, put a warning up first. My eyes hurt now. lol
"Eco-Wood The Smart Wood for the Next Millinium!"
rotflmao.
Gag. That's just horrendous.
Don't waste your time. It's a different company. They took over the domain eco-wood.com after it was abandoned.
That's actually pretty funny. It shows that eco-wood.com was abandoned years ago and the domain now belongs to a company in France with no affiliation.
You people realize that subpenny radio is part of a paid stock promotion company, right? They're so "legit" that their domain's registered through a proxy service to hide their info, right?
Just google the brazilian name. It's there. I think it was so old that I had to pull up a cached document. There's only a couple of hits for it either way.
I know. Boggles the mind. A couple of Georgia guys with a phone forwarding service and someone to write their pr's for them. No revenues, no real asset value. And 100 million shares of an otcbb pennystock. No doubt that Brasil and Venezuela need them.
But they can't. Really.
Actually that license expired in 1998 and the foundation doesn't seem to exist any more.
Sure, Urbie. Anything can be diamondiferous if you try hard enough.
No, not really. The SEC has limited resources and there are many scams out there. Most go undetected or ignored simply because. There are almost 80,000 publicly traded companies so it's not that easy. Protecting fools and their money isn't what they do either.
