I have been just as objective as can be at times. I went against everyone, in saying that the settlement with BA PR was a bad thing for HISC. I am not a pumper, I am not a basher, I am a shareholder. We all have our opinions, not to be taken as fact.
Jersey it seems to me that some of these shares will be converted back to preferred by the BOD. You have any insight on this.
.0007 and .0012 most of the day.
What is up with this board. When did Fred state that he would not issue anymore. I can recall ample times when he has stated that he has continued to have to sell shares, although he realizes that the oustanding shares problem is an issue.
Lacy, you can't help it can you, why is that.
Here we are again "obvious facts". I don't think there is such a thing, numbers are fact, not the opinions that come with them. Which is what Statey was portraying as facts, in which 2 other posters have now seen as facts. I disagree, it is opinion only. You have to look at several different factors with this company. Start up time, market, etc.
His observations are not factual, they are objective. As you can see, I and Ward both have different opinions from his view of the financials. Neither one of our posts are factual, they are opinions. Lose the attitude Who.
I think we are in agreeance Ward. Capitilized costs and debt could come to be expected with a start up company.
They are a start-up company not a company that has been rolling for 10 years now. 2 products in development which would lead to the ability to still be able to capitalize research and development expenses correctly and appropriately. You act like the 3.1 million revised is something new. It was made evident by the new CEO that the previous CEO (Frank Moody) was inappropriately recording this on the books. Fred Wicks (current CEO) took the iniative to get this corrected without an auditing firm coming in and telling him to do this. Sign of a change for the better if you ask me. Thanks for the input though. This is just my side of what I see.
I did pick up another mil today. I like the Gross Profit turnaround from the beginning of the year, but we are going to need more. We need our other products to hit the market so that we can experience that revenue growth and fill the different needs of demanding customers. GLTA
Wonder what the reason for all the volume today was?

What about the FOSE convention? We still exhibited there as well on March 20-22. And the same products were displayed on thier tables. Has me puzzled somewhat.
Have you not read any of the Newsletters or EVSY's 8K's. Here is just a portion of it.
The Settlement Agreement between Big Apple, Homeland, and Evans was explicit that the $160,000 owed to complete the purchase of the Evans shares would be borne by Big Apple. Former Evans management had no knowledge of, and never agreed to any portion of that debt being a debt of Evans.
Things have taken place with Big Apple and EVSY since this reporting date. For all we know, this debt has been eliminated due to the recent settlement. Keep trying stoxbox. You know no more about the current situation on this debt than we do.
stox, you were not right about 4 billion. It was 1.59 billion.
What about the FOSE news?
I wanted to add, that when I say some will be converted back, I am referring to Fred and company's shares, not FM and BA's.
I calculated the entire 1.59 billion and it was an average of .0016
I think they converted all preferred shares to common to get a clear count for the EVSY dividend. Because the only other preferred out there is probably from LYNX's contract. That being said, I think all the Board members shares were converted to common. I think some of these will or have already been coverted back to common since. What do you guys think?
So are you saying that he should say that we have revenues of $300,000 for the month of January. That could be considered fluff in itself, if we still are only producing this product a bit over cost due to research and development yet on the GSM and new products. It would be like Ford saying they had 20 billion in revenues for the 1st quarter, and then informing you of the 3 billion net loss they had for the quarter. Sales is what we want to know about, and sales is what he is letting us know about right now. I am happy with that. If he gives exact sales amounts and quantities on all PR's don't you think that every customer would expect him to offer that price to him, when we possibly have been discounting several deals to date, to get the product out on the market.
Let me know your outcome.
Thanks
Hello stoxbox,
I think I can answer the second question you asked.
It means that Fred could have jumped ship when Moody left and cashed out his stock for over 1.3 million. But instead he stayed with the company showing the confidence he had in the product and the sales prospects. This is what I got from the that.
I like you did not understand the whole EVSY thing either.
Hope this helps.
Thanks Wayne,
I think Mike was referring to my post in which I was concerned about GLBT. I appreciate him letting us know about the stock Lynx is receiving. That gives me great comfort in Lynx, was just concerned after our Big Apple ordeal. I really do like Lynx. They are honest, and in it for the shareholders as much as they are in it for HISC and themselves.
Thanks for you DD Ward, I agree with you that Lynx doesn't have any connections with GLBT. I just don't understand why they haven't changed since 3/15/07.
If you look at the history for EFOT, the charts do show some volume. I myself tried to place a trade at .0001 just to test it out, but my institution (TDAmeritrade) reviewed and then cancelled the trade. So I assumed then that it definitely wasn't trading at those levels. I am confused by the volume too. Edward has told me that it isn't trading, as also noted in his shareholder letters.
That's what puzzles me, then why haven't they adjusted their order since 3/15 if they cater to day traders. Thanks for the info Ward.
I don't want to offend anybody, but Lynx is in CA and GLBT is in CA.
I too have renewed confidence in HISC after today's PR. I could care less if it went down today, means nothing. I still think we are 1-2 years away though from the .15-.50 range. JMHO
Spence, I think we need a song. You almost started one. Build Me Up
Who is GLBT, that has been on .0009 since 3/15?
That means 12 countries and 12 regions abroad in total. Why do they say only 9 countries and regions by the end of 2007?

Press Release June 2006
Homeland Integrated Security Systems Signs Distribution Agreement With HACO Payment Systems to Target Credit Card Processing Industry
Market Wire, June, 2006
Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HISC) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a distribution agreement with HACO Payment Systems. HACO will be an authorized dealer of the Cyber Tracker, which will target the credit card payment processing industry. HACO is a registered merchant services provider of Visa® and MasterCard® for NOVA Information Systems, Inc. and US Bank.
HACO Payment Systems ( www.hacopaymentsystems.com ) has helped identify an additional market for the Cyber Tracker by utilizing the Internet Protocol features of the Cyber Tracker's Ethernet port. By simply connecting the Cyber Tracker using a crossover cable to a VeriFone Omni 3750IP credit card terminal, a merchant can process credit card transactions using wireless communications technology. In this setup, the Cyber Tracker acts as a communications gateway and the terminal's communications software connects to the processor's host computer in the same manner as if it were connected to DSL. This setup competes with existing products in the market place that have wireless data communications built into the terminal, however none of these wireless terminals offer GPS tracking. The other benefits are that the Omni 3750IP has a telephone line backup. This allows a merchant to use the terminal in a traditional retail environment and also in a mobile or trade show environment where telephone lines are not available.
The merchants that would benefit from the Cyber Tracker and Omni 3750IP package are: antique and art dealers that have retail stores and attend shows, building material that deliver to the job site, mechanic tool vendors, landscaping services, plumbing, heating and cooling contractors and any merchant that offers card services at a customer's site. The additional benefit of the Cyber Tracker to larger companies with fleets of vehicles is the ability for the dispatcher to track where their vehicles are in addition to the driver's ability to accept credit cards as a form of payment at the time of delivery.
Hope, I wasn't the one you were referring too. LOL
I bought another 1.5 million at .0007. Set and ready for whatever may come. GLTA
I don't know how many people have checked out the website, but they have updated it in the last month.

Thanks Joelgas for that post.
Did he send that out yesterday?
I will add this to the Board info page for new board visitors.
I noted that too Ward, and thought it to be weird. Never seen that wording before in regards to a stock until BA PR'd it and now ranger335.
