Yes. Very frustrating! Especially if this does turn out to be them. Ever since the RS talk on this board a couple of weeks ago, I've been debating on selling half of my shares so I can add somewhere else, but couldn't seem to make myself do it. Instead, I've been adding little by little and am now sitting at 260K shares, but this just makes me want to dump 100K of them of put it somewhere else. However, since I've avg'd down to 056, I cant really do anything while they play the 052-054 game.
Now somebody just posted that their market cap is sitting at 15Mil? Before the Rio assets acquisition, I could've sworn that I saw it at 18Mil?
My bad. 92K put through at 0501. Didn't see the other 50.
Yup. Keep pushing it down with little bs trades, then once it hits 050, put 42K through.
I agree. Choke away. No Heimlich here.
Well that sucks! Pretty shady and makes me question why I continue to increase my position. I thought the O/S was growing as a result of the daily T-Trades? 2Mil+ between last week and the week prior.
Got it. So why spend money working with ShareIntel if they're doing this to themselves (and more importantly, doing this to us)?
Smoke & Mirrors?
Thanks, but I get that. I meant that I don't understand how keeping the price between 052-054 benefits the mms?
I hope your right, but it seems like the mm's could care less about how obvious they're being with the manipulation. They wont even let it sit at 054 for more than 3 seconds, before they put some bs trade through to drop it back to the 052s.
I still don't understand how doing this benefits them, or how it can be legal. They're killing any/all buying interest for this company.
Oops. There was also 21,500 shares purchased at 0548 in there as well. Even better.
So 11,500 shares purchased at 0548, then 150K shares purchased at 0558, and the prices stays at 0536 and ask at 0538. Awesome!
Where do you see that at?
Yup. Games are just never ending! I’m really hoping that ShareIntel earns their keep and does something to end all of this!
Wow. Not even letting this thing hit an even 05 today. It actually seems like they dont want it above .0539. Something's gotta give and/or somebody really needs to put an end to this bs!
I hope progress is being made with ShareIntel to finally put an end to all of this 052...053...054...055...057...052...053...etc...!
It just jumped to 056, so maybe they'll let it hit 0579 before dropping back to the 052's again. lol
Hey BJ - They mentioned uplisting to National exchange again and then listed it with the 2018 goals. Is it true that they would need to get their pps to a minimum of $4 in order to do this?
Do you think they'll have enough ammo in the coming weeks/months for this, or do you think that this means that a R/S is now inevitable?
Let the games begin. Order for 125 shares drops it to 052’s? Way to start off the week!
GRCK News
LAS VEGAS, NV, Jan. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- - Grey Cloak Tech Inc.(GRCK), today announced a strategic partnership with Canbiola, Inc.(CANB) to list their products on the CBD.co marketplace.

“It’s important to have our two companies work together to create a marketplace that’s amenable to everybody’s thought process moving forward because at the end of the day it’s all about sales. If you can’t sell a product and can’t get the word out there, you get stifled,” said Marco Alfonsi.
To kick off the relationship, Grey Cloak’s Chief Executive Officer, Patrick Stiles, interviewed Canbiola's(CANB) CEO, Marco Alfonsi, and Medical Advisory Board Member, Dr. Robert Kornfield, discussing the partnership and the Canbiola(CANB) products.

This step makes Canbiola(CANB) self-sufficient so that we no longer must rely on outside manufacturers, while greatly improving our operating margins from the reduced costs associated with the new agreement. Having this Strategic Alliance with the manufacturing process allows them to leverages state of the art nanotechnology using ultrasonic sound waves to break down the CBD molecule to the size of 30-60 nanometers. This technology leads to high bioavailability of the active ingredients.

Lol... If you had guess, what do think the range would be? $1 to...?
Hey everyone, new to the PMCB board, but I’ve been holding PMCB shares for a while now. One of the recent posts mentions a potential future buyout if/when ind is accepted, and I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on what you think that buyout would look like?
Now no trades have went through at 056 and they take it down to 0564.
They keep dropping the ask lower than the last purchase. They had it at 0562, then a trade went through at 0558 and the ask on that trade changed to 0558 (after going through). Now they just dropped it to 0556, with the last price at 0558....
yes it is. This is getting ridiculous. They wont let it touch 058. Everytime it hits 057, they drop back to 056, 055, 052,..
I really hope SI is seeing all of this.
Theyre not going to let it happen. 057 to 054. BS!
ENDV should print todays PR and send it to the MM's via certified mail. lol
Here is link to Linked-in that has an interview with the CEO of Shareintel giving an overview of their process and how it has/can help companies. Pretty Interesting...
ShareIntel
Correction... another 86,000, not 20k
And another 20k shares put through at .052.... and around and around we go....
“They Just will not net this thing go past .057. Every time it gets close, the put 1 small trade through at .052 to bring it back down!
What is it that “Shareintel” can do to put a stop to this?
Hey everyone. Stepped away for a couple of days, and was hoping to see a nice surprise when I came back, LOL, but that unfortunately does not appear to be the case...
Can anyone explain to me what the benefit would be for those doing their best to keep this pps down? Is it just to make peanuts off flipping .051 to .053, or is there some other benefit?
I hate seeing the red everyday, but the "glass half full" part of me is ok with adding more at .051-052, since my current avg is higher at .057.
Thanks Midas and everyone who responded. All of the responses gave me a better perspective.
Yes Midas, that was definitely my thought process and concern. I just used 1 for 60 as an example. My worry was exactly that (With my current shares, Reaching .50 at current price = $106,500 for me, but if I only ended up with 5,000/10,000 shares, yes I would initially hold the same dollar value, but reaching that same $106,500 would be virtually impossible (or at least thats how I was seeing it), much less getting to the $200K I originally thought possible. I can make an easy $10K+ each year playing it safe through employer stock plan, but I didn't want to play it safe for a small gain. I wanted the Home Run, which I genuinely believed that ENDV had the potential to provide. I mean, I've only been in this for a few months, and just during that time I've watched numerous stocks break out of pennyland without a R/S, so I figured why wouldn't it be possible for ENDV to do it?
I guess at this point, I probably need to do some more research/continue learning, so I understand all of this a little better, then make a decision. Either get out if I see something more promising, or keep adding everything I can and hope that I can double my position or better before R/S comes to fruition. (Or just keep hoping/praying that we get some kind of earth-shattering news that eliminates the need for R/S)
Anyway, thx for everyones input.
Thanks BJ - I guess what I'm referring to when I say that those of us with less shares will be screwed, is that the potential to make real money will be eliminated with an R/S, won't it? I understand that I will be left with the same value in shares, but I originally thought (Maybe I was dreaming) that ENDV would eventually hit $1 (without R/S), which in my case would leave me with $213K (or even going to .60-.75 would be great). However, if an R/S is done at current levels and I end up with 12,800 shares, the potential for me to make that same kind of money is washed away, unless it skyrockets past $20, $50, $75++.
Like I said, I am new to this, and maybe there is a lesson for me to learn here (such as if it's too good to be true, it probably is), but it seems more plausible for this to hit $1 (or even $3, $4) from current levels, than it is to go from $1 to $20, $50, $75+ after an R/S. I didn't jump into this to gain $10K, and from the sounds of everything now, it's looking more and more as if that's the case (At least iff the R/S would happen pre-dollar or even pre $0.50).
Please know, my intention is not to bash this in any way, as I have been trying to accumulate as many shares as I could afford over the past 2 months, but its starting to seem like maybe my original thought process was way the hell off base, and I may have really screwed up with this.
I'd just like to gain your perspective, as well as others that have been doing this a while. Do you think I'm living in a dream world thinking that this will hit $1 or even $0.50+ without doing R/S and/or Pre-R/S?
Anyway, any insight is greatly appreciated.
I know many on here got in early and hold 1M+ shares, but wouldnt those of us with substantially less than that get royally screwed by an R/S? I only hold 213K shares right now, and if they did a 1 for 60+ R/S, then I’d have to believe that the $12k I currently have invested here would be much better off somewhere else.
Maybe I’m not understanding correctly, but I was drawn to this stock because of the potential I saw with their tech, coupled with the fact that they seemed extremely undervalued with nowhere to go but up. I’ve been 100% committed to holding this long, and/or at least until went beyond dollars. However, reaching dollars with 213k shares vs R/S and 3k+ shares, is a huge difference in reward?
Can somebody please help me understand this concept and what the R/S would look like? I know this all speculation right now, but this really concerns me (As my name states, I am new to this and far from rich)
Couldn't agree more! Its a balancing act between .05 - .061 - .052 - .061, all while we continue to play the MM games.
Every morning around 9:45AM, I hear the "ding" sound of my cell phone. The sad thing is that every morning when I hear that "ding," I know its a fidelity alert informing me that ENDV has crossed below its 50 day EMA. I could literally set my clock by it.
So how are interpreting this letter? Like you, I haven't posted on this board before, but also hold shares as well.
Seems to be a real lack of buying interest. Volume is horrible this morning, as we haven't even cracked 100K yet. Wondering if it's related to the nor'easter smacking the East coast right now.
Great info sello! Very, very interesting...
I know Barchart is a little "wishy-washy" with their opinions/suggestions, so I don't put a ton of faith in them. However, they currently have ENDV as a "Strong-Buy," so maybe they're seeing the same thing that you are...
ENDV-Barchart
That is music to my ears Midas! I hope you're right, as that would be a hell of a way to kick off week 1 of 2018!
Absolutely. Smart tweet. IMO
Draw their attention to the technology, and let them arrive at the conclusion (study, etc...) themselves. Who knows, maybe it will get the conversation started.
I somehow overlooked this post earlier. Maybe I'm a fool for feeling this way, but does anyone else think this tweet is exciting?
ENDV Tweet
I know somebody on here mentioned the NFL last week when the PR came out about the rio acquisition, but now ENDV is actually tweeting about NFL concussions?
Hmmm??? I don't want to get too excited over this, but if they could somehow build a relationship with the NFL around "concussion protocol vs TEVMF/PEMF," well then... the sky really would be the limit here.
Starting to get exciting here. Really looking forward to tomorrow & the rest of this week!
