I know this may be off subject, but just wanted to thank everyone on all the info posted. Helps confirm I made a good investment in CPRK, still buying. It's cheap now but not forever.

Kind a quite here tonight, I guess 18% was the magic number, I have a question, why was the stock up, but the tick down? Also why don't we leave the phone lines open for customers wanting to buy our products, apposed to calling and bugging them with our concerns about what we think they should be telling us. JMO

Well, I have a couple of price points, sell a "few" low say .50 and some more at say $10.00 and then, donate some to a good charity.

Ya maybe, we all know that it takes money to bring in the best.

I'm not saying there were not any avalible (that was hypathetical) what I was trying to get across was that, as a growing company everything they are doing is right in line as they build to be stronger in the market place. I read up on why comany's do things like this. IMHO I think down the road the company will buy back these o/s which will limit the amount out there, in turn bringing up the pps.

That is true, we all have our sell price, but how do you bring in new money with no o/s avalible. I have my sell locked very high, mine will not be avalible for some time.

I think, that we get too concerned with the o/s, a growing company needs to have money in the bank so to speak, too grow. That does not concern me, IMO it's a good thing. Please correct me if I'm wrong but if all the shares were tied up and owned long, how would the pps go up?

Well it is a pinksheet stock,(this one is not stinky) and yes I will make some good money, thanks to all the hard work that GARY & TERRY are doing to grow this company, nothing like making money and only lifting a finger, BUY enter, BUY enter, BUY enter. My pie chart sure is GREEN, and only getting GREENER.

How about lets wait and see what happens to pps. I did not bet my next meal on this stock, I did invest enough money to "potenial" make some good money.

So you are saying they would rather make $100,000.00 than $10,000,000.00 / Ya! that it. "NOT"

It did't say if the were restriced or not. But IMO why as a company owner cash in his shares that are only worth $100,000.00 and $200,00.00 at this pps (chump change) for what it will be worth in, lets say 18 months. That when the company is trying to have distributors in atleast (5) per state.

At the current pps Terry or Gary will not sell their shares which = 300,000,000. Because they are looking to grow there money too.

Yea and they have aquired new business since then too. Also when you look at the new increase and do the math it = 10mil.
not really that much money when your buying up mom & pop businesses. But it helps.

ALL IMHO, most company's have double and here is why; It gives the company the "Ability" to respond quickly as (Strategic Opportunities Arise) that would better enable the Company to Achieve its "Long-Term" growth objectives.

Alright, question went looking around, I believe some of the land in question that is leased is owned by the State of Utah. Right or Wrong?

I know that we all think we own a piece of this company, but if they were to just sit and respond our questions, they would not have time to do anything else. We have all invested into it, now let these guys make us some money. I purchased this stock sitting on the couch drinking a beer, there the ones doing all the work, not me.

It is public record about comany history, no disputing that. But there is a different direction, a different product, new legal counsel, and these guy's (Terry & Gary) have found a nich that the country wants, needs and will work their tail off to make it sucessful.
IMHO they are more on top of this company than they have ever been, they are more in touch with releasing info than ever before. It takes money to make money, I liken the last development to all the fast growing pains. I can only speculate that some thing big( positive) is in the works and it takes this to make it happen. ALL IMHO

Even just plain old dirt has a price, everything has a price, contact the IRS and see what price they have placed on the dirt, or the State of Utah, I can grant you they have a figure.

IMO, not realy concerned w/LT finance, we have until 01/xx/2010 to start paying our lenders (senior)
Also the price of the materials that (CPRK) is going after has incressed in value since Dec.2008
They also have a lot (junior ) lenders too, Iknow everyone of these lenders wants to make a handsone profit and will wait a little longer to get it, greed is what drives that bussines, some money for more money.

Alright boy's and girls, what's the take on this new action, and what does this mean to us common share holders. I have my own opinions, like they are trying to grow this company fast, and need more money, they are trying to raise the market cap to move up and out of the pink stage. I know that a comany has to meet a certian criteria to do that. As they add new employee's they have to have some shares to give the for bonuses.
Any other insight on this would be helpful.

I support (CPRK) and they are working very hard to get this product to market.I have watched them build up to this point, even the best laid plains don't go as smooth in real life as they do on paper. They took a risk to biuld this company, and I'm taking a risk to support them.
Remember risk = reward, and you will never be succesful unless you take a risk.

China is buying copper and stock piling it, they also are financing this Country's debt. You can't tell me we (CPRK) are not sitting in the drivers seat.

Alright ppl, just read a story on msn, that over 5 BILLION dollars were set aside for insulation and weatherization still has not been spent, we all need to push our company to everyone we know, the rebates are thier waiting to be used. Hey Peachman, I have been watching pink stocks for some time now, it is not impossible for this (AMNE) to reach $ 1.00 in a day, I have seen some of these stocks go from .30 to 2.80 in 1 day, anything can happen at any moment, so lets all hope this is one of those stocks, GO AMNE. You have the product for the future and beyond.

You know these guy's are being pulled in 10,000 deferent way's they can't do everything at once, I will sit back and let them do what they do and injoy the ride. All fun rides start out slow and the "WOW" / IMO this is going to be a WOW ride.

Alright everybody, It seems we all live in the (what I call) the microwave age, "I put my money in a second ago, what is taking it so long to double"! SLOW down and take a deep breath, this stock will gain valve over a little time. And IMO it will be a lot sooner than most stocks.
WE are all in this to make money, so let the comany do what it does and build on this, time is our friend. The worlds largest ball of yarn started out as single piece of string.

Well, not everyone has recieved their shares yet. "But" IMO I think more poeple are re-thinking their position. The shorts have figured out that this is a real company with real products with real potential, they may have flipped it in the past, now they are holding for some real "BIG GREEN"! I say this because this is the way I had looked at it in the begining, know I'm long.
Also IMO I think AMNE does not release info everyday because people tend to lose intrest if news is coming out everyday, at that point I tend to think they are just trying to pumpup their stock, and are having trouble moving forward. I like getting news every couple of weeks, it tends to run up after the news and slowly come down, then run up. Slow and steady wins the race.

Ok, are we going to open up or down in the morning. Because I am thinking that a lot of people are going to recieve thier post-split shares and will take profits which should bring down pps. With that being said I have taked my dad into putting a few bucks in (he has never put money into a stock, and never played the market) son is leading the way, looking to increase my inheritance. HA HA HA
