PRO.SEC has acquired the license to represent HISS USA in the Middle East and North Africa.
By April 15th 2006, PRO.SEC will acquire the first GSM version of the CyberTracker. The CyberTracker is currently running on IDEN in the USA, to view a demo of the powers of the CyberTracker click on the link below. Don't forget to click on each car to see the Cam Snapshot.

Also, Pro Sec is in the Middle East, so we don't need CE or Cingular certification to start selling there.
Welcome back noble. Glad your back safe and off to a better assignment. Break came at good timing to watch HISC. For our sake and your sake, I hope you are off to Tahiti.
I will be watching and waiting. GLTU
I was just checking, my first buy in this stock was August 2, 2005. Wow what a ride, hopefully it has been worth the wait for all of us.
Another stock I am in is EFOT, formerly AMUT. My first buy there was September 5, 2003. Been on similar road to HISC, the rise up, the fall down to the point they went private, and then did a reverse split and name change after going private. Preparing to relist before September 30th. Been a little longer ride there. But, every road has its bumps and curves, but we almost always are able to get where we need to go. It just goes to show that things can turn around when you think things are at their worst. Fred and the gang just have to keep up the good work. We are with you Fred. The statement that caught me was Fred's ending statement. That shows that he is aware of the sentiment of shareholders and wants to improve that.
NEWS: Shareholder email: This sheds some more details and dollars on the deals that went down. He did tell me that they were having to work really hard for US sales. He says they are good at producing technology but poor at buying the end product.
Dear Fellow Stock Holders:
I have recently returned from the Orient and what I called a very fruitful trip.
I have concluded a deal to install a PASS (PACS system) to the Department of Health in the Philippines. The PASS will connect the Philippines Heart Center, another hospital that houses the Department of Radiology and the third hospital -the Kidney Center. This is a major undertaking because it involves lots of integration especially with equipment that are relatively obsolete. However this installation is a major achievement and another milestone in the sale of our products. Installation will commence in the middle of May. When completed it has a price tag of about $300,000.
Meanwhile while focusing on this market we also will be installing another solution at St Luke Hospital in the Philippines. St.Luke is a private hospital and it is the leading hospital with very modern equipment. Recently the First Gentleman (husband of the President of Philippines) was admitted to this hospital for a major heart surgery. During our visit he was also at ward. This installation is also scheduled for Mid-May and it has a price tag of $150,000.
We also have concluded another deal in Hong Kong. A private hospital, the Union Hospital in the New Territories, will test our DCM Storage system. Also scheduled for Mid May the DCM Robot will connect a CT Scan, MRI and Ultrasound equipment. It has a price tag of $200,000.
We are still actively continuing searching for customers within the United States. In June we will be installing a system at a private clinic run by Stanford Hospital. This system will connect this private clinic to CVI where the CT Scan resides. Doctors at the new clinic will be able to view images immediately after they are taken at CVI. Since it is only a work station the price for this project is $45,000. The doctors running this private establishment are from Stanford and they have indicated that they will like to adopt our solutions at Stanford Hospital.
Working is currently underway at CVI to link a GE Echo equipment and the Nuclear Equipment to our existing DCM ROBOT.
With Regards
Edward Tan
CEO
If I remember correctly, wasn't it AT&T and Cingular that got the government contracts. HHHHMMMMM.
Edward said that he is heading back there three times here very soon. I assume it is for sales and installation reasons. That or maybe he has other prospects lined up. Either way, I am looking forward to the 3rd quarter and this thing being listed.
Update regarding visit to St. Luke's Medical Center "Radiology Week" in the Phillipines. Looks like the trip was quite beneficial.
Two systems were sold, one for 150,000, and three referrals were made in which those companies will be buying systems as well. I don't know the amount of the other 4 systems that are to be sold.
Personally I think lost's post should be deleted along with this one and my response here. I would consider it a personal attack on Dirt, and rightfully we should delete. JMHO. Don't want to give him any ammunition for Admin Matt.
I was curious about that too. I was wondering about ice in particular.
As Al Sharpton would say, what do you mean by "you people"? Thanks for your protection while it lasted!
What can I say you have made a name for yourself. You've made your bad now sleep in it.
Truth is who, you need to quit dwelling on the company of old. This a new generation now.
I would say that your statement is inaccurate. It didn't increase the amount of dilution, because the premium would then have to be applied if they were to convert back to common shares.
Wanted to take another look at residual revenue for the software fees. Just wanted to point out that it would take 20834 units at residual of $4/unit and we would be at $1,000,030 residual revenue/year. Wouldn't that be nice. That would be a great addition to the bottom line, since it would be at net already. This is probably a year away from where we are now, and would depend largely on US and EU sales.
Here is based on other residual amounts:
units 16667 20834 27778 41667 83334
residual $5 $4 $3 $2 $1
months 12 12 12 12 12
revenue 1000020 1000032 1000008 1000008 1000008
Not to mention that 20834 units at $518 is close to $10,800,000 in gross revenue for the hardware.
This is the statement that adds the most support for where we may be headed. From 3/26/07 PR
"Since beginning our major sales efforts with the Cyber Tracker in May of 2006, Homeland Integrated Security Systems has seen an increasing trend in its sales volume both here and abroad. If we are able to close the numerous sales opportunities in our prospect pipeline, the management team will be extremely pleased with our performance," according to Fred Wicks, CEO and President of Homeland Integrated Security Systems.
Don't take it the wrong way skier. You have posts that are very helpful to all us longs and investors. I was just talking about the ones that say "To the moon", "Off like a rocket". LOL I definitely didn't mean your posts in general.
If you want to put me on ignore so be it. I can accept that. I will still get to read your posts regardless, which are helpful to me and others.
Peace.
I can't say that you are being honest, I have been averaging down and on paper I have made $2K on my last 4 purchases. The reason I say on paper, is because I haven't sold anything and don't plan too for a good while, because I am long. So why would this be a bad investment at this point. I think it would be good for the following reasons.
1. Sales increasing on a monthly basis
2. Cost of goods sold being minimized
3. Talk of establishing 9 new carriers for setting up distribution channels across the world
4. GSM version coming out
5. Solar powered version coming out
6. and the BOD has recognized the outstanding shares and plans to do something about it.
Just to name a few.
But you have the right to your own opinon, as does everyone on this board, if they are sincere.
You going to send them out as Christmas Cards??
Dirt I would have to disagree with you in saying that this board only allows positive posts, and so would IH Admin Matt. Have you forgotten this response already?? I think this just says how good of a job our HISC moderators are doing. Thanks for confirming this for us all. We appreciate your DD on this one.

Dirt, as promised, I reviewed the deletions on that board for the past 5 days.
I found no posts that needed to be restored. They were all vulgarity, personal attacks, or offtopic.
In response to your post.

Mr. Brown,
I have a question concerning Mods. I frequent the HISC board on IHub. To make this quick, the mods on that board pretty much delete any negative comments on that stock. Why is that allowed?
I can understand deleting personal attacks or vulgarity but for the most part it is terribly lopsided. An attack from a positive investor would be allowed when a negative poster would be deleted for the very same verbiage. It's really getting ridiculous.
thanks for listening.
When I say they are not investors, means they one don't hold shares of this stock, are shorts, or are not even looking to buy shares of this stock. If they are investors looking to get into this stock then they need to be posting questions trying to learn about the stock, not posting consistent negative comments. Even people invested in this don't post consistent negative comments, or support those that only post negative comments. It just isn't natural.
Dirt, I invested in this stock long before I even knew about Investors Hub. I got on here because I wanted to stay informed about this stock, especially since it is a penny stock. I use this board to keep in touch with investors. Some people on here, I do not believe are investors, so I don't feel they should be posting on here, if they aren't. Especially if all they do is post negative comments. They don't have to be objective. They can be whatever they want, which means they aren't sincere in their posts, that's not what this board needs and not what I am here to stay informed with. Skier's pumping posts do nothing for me. It's great posts like those that Ward made today, that I am interested in. Peace out.
Thanks Mind, that is good to know.
And what is your involvement in this stock, exactly
To set you guys straight, I had at least 3 posts deleted just last night and this morning. So hush
I did a search on Cyber tracker, cybertracker, and cybertracker movie. The Cybertracker movie only showed up on cybertracker, and it wasn't the first one on the list, the HISS Cyber Tracker was, on every search in fact. As far as I know, it won't give it a view anyway unless you actually open the video. So who gives a rats ass if they were looking for the cybertracker movie or game. If they didn't want to open the HISS cyber tracker video they wouldn't have too. Whocares, you are just reaching for anything to complain about in my opinion.
At least we are in mutual agreement about something.
I haven't heard of either one of those, movie or game. So why would anybody search for them on Utube.
You can't be a shareholder. I have been pessimistic before, but how could you still be pessimistic. You have other motives, and it is obvious.
My bet is that you are flipping shares.
I got another million today. Let's hope the Cyber Tracker continues to increase in sales. Go Fred and the gang. Help us longs that have been supporting the business through the tough times out.
OT: Good morning Red,
Glad to have you back and that you have recovered. We all missed you here.
I can't remember who posted the government contract with the carriers, but I am interested in seeing that again. If HISC hopes to get some government contracts we probably should be looking at establishing relationships with those carriers. What carriers were in that agreement, anyone know?
Those are conflicting statements in my opinion. One says no shorts, the other says unless. Your digging a hole.
My point being they just announced this share structure last week in the Financials and it was talked about quite frequently during that time. Then you act like it was a bombshell that hit you this morning. Two things either you weren't reading messages last week or early this week, or you just wanted that to appear for newcomers to the board trying to make HISC look bad. JMHO
There has been numerous mention of the converting of the previous preferred back to preferred. I am glad that Fred posted as he knew this was an issue for us.
Thanks Ward,
That is informative.
The capitalized cost only increased by less than $10K from 3rd to 4th quarter, so they didn't add a material amount to that at all. Most likely these were for work on the new products so these costs wouldn't be associated with the IDEN version of the CT. Just my opinion.
Read the shareholder letters.
Paragraph 5
http://www.hissusa.com/UserFiles/File/CEO%20Letter214N.pdf
I went back and checked the other shareholders letters. No where did he say that he would not sale any more shares to the public.
Ok, here is my opinions of the financials.
The $3M adjustment is old news from 3rd quarter as Ward has stated, and was actually the most impressive thing that was done to show Fred's sincerity with this company. It was fraud, but by Frank Moody and a good reason for Frank to be forced out.
Yes, we have debt, yes debt is not good, but debt usually comes with start up companies. Almost all of us went into debt when we bought our first car or house, does that mean that we can't afford it or it was a bad decision. NO!! Would we like to see no debt. YES!! With a car 5 years and we are debt free, should a business be that much different.
Capitalized costs come with the development of new products and advancements to current projects until they are ready for production. Software costs are about the only thing that is allowed to be capitalized, so I don't see a problem here, as long as everything involved with the development of the CT is software costs. We are still working on several versions of the CyberTracker. GSM, solar powered unit, etc. But also notice that these only went up slightly $10K from 3rd quarter. Don't see an issue here. In addition to that, the Captilized amount also decreased by $800K from 2nd to 3rd quarter financials. Also changed by Fred, once again should we really be going against what Fred has been trying to do here.
The thing I noticed about the financial statements that I didn't like is the fact that Accrued Payroll Taxes, Payroll Tax Liability, and Sales Tax Liability and another category amount did not change at all from prior quarter. This doesn't seem reasonable to me. This tells me that the right amount of attention was not given to these financials and leads to the potential of them be inaccurate with more than just the exception of not being audited.
I still have faith here.
