Ok mate cheers, I'll take a look.
70% of shares are held by insiders so as long as there's no (mandatory) form 4's appearing I'm still 'happy' waiting. Keep the faith!!!
Heavy working week for me, haven't been around much either!
Yep agree 100%, just another smoke and mirrors agreement.
Just imagine what your account will look like when we get large (positive) volume days
Yep great to see volume increasing, can't wait for million share days to come and sounds like they're busy
Absolutely, luck is luck and I wouldn't be without it
Good luck
I'm not sure, you're the chart man, dya think trip5's is good support?
Yep, I got out straight after the February news about further dilution and received some 'negative' PM's from longs but I didn't think it would be anywhere near down here. The CEO has failed miserably IMHO and I seriously hope that the faithfull will get some kind of return from a promo going forward, because that's the only way I see it happening.
Just poppin in to see if there's a pulse still here? How sad that investors are now looking at a run above .001 as 'a winner'. Why does the CEO still have a job, this should never be down here? I sincerely hope that the longs here make money but I think the light at the end of the tunnel's been extinguished. GLTYA
Fair points and straight down the line, I like it
Don't forget we're losing (lost) Rite Aid so I think the expectation is for a low end ball park figure of a low end ballpark SWAG, so I'll go for a (just in) double digit estimate, which is nothing to be snorted at. Other ECIG companies would kill for revs of $40m+ a year. GLTUA @ ECIG
Yep, anything under .40 now is going to look golden soon, enjoy your weekend
Hey nice one, looking forward to see the response
Thank you
That's the spirit, lol. (and unfortunately true currently) Hope we get that turn around I was expecting to show by EOY. JMO & GLTUA @ ECIG.
I do hope they fuck off and leave cuz we will have this song and dance every time their payment is due. They will never get out of their debt situation because their whole society is based on getting benefit payments from the government. Even if the Greeks exit the EU the volitility will be short and hard because (as usual) the markets will over react, but the EU aint gonna break up or go under. JMHO
No mate, not really. I think the markets are pricing in a bailout and various governments are going through the motions of 'what if' I certainly don't expect the Euro to crash or anything like that.
EDIT News just out this morning EU Comission are going to play hardball with Greece, (talk about flip flopping around) It seems the EU comission doesn't have a clue how to combat Greece, could get interesting.
Not sure I ever said pricing doesn't matter and the only thing I'm concentrating on is the huge revs expected from the NHS contract which will be able to accommodate any increase in shares over this next 12 months, and 3rd this is perfect for trading around a core. Happy trading
buckyboy, no more proof/DD is needed than to see the new contract with NHS. I'm pretty sure they have a more informed line on what's happening in the prescription meds arena than you have and so the new contract gives a cause for celebration rather than dread going forward, (no matter what the pricing 'could be'). JMO
Yep I agree.
"Dont get me wrong, the lenders are prob rooting for ecigs success but they may be fully covered either way "
Yes but the warrants aren't free, are they? As I understand it, I thought we got .45 for every additional warrant which means we have a shed load of dosh to come our way if all the warrants are exorcised?
Oh blimey I can't remember, and yes it is time, lol.
Why spend $41m for a useless company about to be B/K'd, that would basically be a shell full of crap that nobody wants to buy, when they could just sit back wait for B/K then pay 2-5% of the loan amount and still own the company? Not sure I follow the logic here?
"You realize that 41 million loan you keep referring to is secured right? Ie if ecig decalres bankruptcy, those lenders now own the company"
No worries, it looks perfect for me (trading around a core position) with the potential to make a few bob down the road as well. GLTUA
Many thanks for the heads up on QUES I hope you don't mind me reposting your latest DD here cuz I think it has great potential to be a multi bagger from current levels and we're all here to make money.
"You will recall, 2 weeks ago, I presented to you what I consider to be a great great Investment - QUES -, a long term investment that is likely to return multi hundred %. Since then, the stock is up about 25% or so. Many of you liked it, some didn't. I am sending this update to you for further consideration."
The last PR gives their projections for the upcoming year, $90 million and profitable!

Some of you wrote back saying IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! I agree, it does, use it to your advantage!
A great place to start DD is here

I welcome all your questions....LETS GROW TOGETHER
In June, 3 insiders bought restricted shares, the CEO and CFO and a Director, There is only one reason insiders buy restricted shares. Yes, they could have bought in the open market, but buying from the company means the money went straight to the company

The chart is looking amazing

Absolutely agree 100%, 'they' would see us all in the gutter if 'they' thought they could make another buck out of it. The fact that 'they' caused the 1st domino to fall (when 'they' were prepared to almost bankrupt the planet through the shorting of Lehman, Merrill Lynch etc) shows their greed knows no bounds. JMO
Good on ya, hope you get your wish
I'm not heavily invested here so it won't be a life changer but it will be one to remember because of the patience I've shown (not used to it, lol.) GLTUA @ UMEWF
Many thanks for the heads up and great news today so congrats
It would be nice but anyone waiting will be chasing when the first revs hit and projections are confirmed. I stand by my statement that UMEWF will be multi bucks by EOY 2016. JMO
Ya got that right, lol.
Many thanks for the info.
I don't think anyone's saying that "drug stores don't matter" every retailer we supply to matters, but we are in a precarious situation and if either Riet Aid is not covering nicotine products anymore or they just aren't cutting it with sales then I don't think we should be dwelling on its passing and whole heartedly agree that if its the 2nd reason they should be cut so that ECIG can be a leaner operation with a cleaner balance sheet concentrating on those lines of sales that are actually making money. JMO
No worries the odd additional post won't bore us to death.
Ok roger, it's just that when I try to put in 5 years on the OTC charts it only goes back 2 years to Aug 2013. Damn Stockcharts is a joke not having it after requesting it twice.
Was that when it was Alpha RX? I thought 48's were the highs for UMEWF?
I think this is going to be a good ride, we're now approaching June 6th '14 highs at .45 then it's August 6th '13 highs at .48 before blue skies.
AND still no chart on stockcharts, a$$holes
Exactly, if Rite Aid aint cutting it for us then we aren't losing out on much by moving on and whittling out the chaff. Onwards and upwards!!! JMO
