Looking for sellers....
Hold tight all - Nothing has changed ... things are coming together.
Would be great to get an update or resolution for this situation this week.
Anyone try to buy with Atrade today?
anyone want to ask them about it again?
Pert justed entered on the bid at .0021
Only ETRD is really logged in and engaged...
Not sure what the deal is - unusual...
Active spread is .0015 x .0027
The bid of .002 and ask of .0024 are left from yesterday, but possibly still standing.
UBSS not even logged in yet.
NITE not showing any Bid...
Strange...
Can any shareholder dial in to hear the CC?
or, do we need to register with the company beforehand.
Thanks,
Other boards have said to try logging out of Ihub, and then logging back in -- clear your cookies -- positive results reported.
Long - strong - accumulating.
Will there be a transcript available?
The company should PR anything big that is revealed via the CC
So,
You're back now.
Formerly FlipperTillDeath and PITAtillDeath.... right??
or do you just have the same BDH?
Agree with that.
Since there is no volume, any buyers who have any sense are trying to sit down at or below the bid and see what happens.
Smart buyers are patient, and IMO we are at a standoff here. The pressure is not on to buy yet, but sellers are unwilling to sell... and so, we wait until the buyers feel the pressure enough to up their bids, and some sellers start to feel like maybe they're happy with what they get (with the upcoming date in mind)
IMO, the frenzy won't start right away next week, but as we head into the latter half of the week, things will heat up.
Other variables to consider -
If A-trade lifts the restriction, things should happen faster.
If MT was waiting for the A-trade situation to resolve itself before beginning a buyback, then that could also soon become a factor. (It makes sense that if there was a "special" client of A-trades who was short and needed to cover, and MT knew this because of their refusal to pony up the shareholder info, then he would most likely wait until that short situation was covered to begin the buyback. No need fighting covering shorts for shares.)
There are other factors as well, including the market sentiment overall, but probably negligable when approaching a date for audited fins.
bad day...
less'n ya got mo' powda'
yeeeeeeehawwwwwww!!
Care to be specific as to what "intelligence" you have to back this assertion?
Start with a harmless massage - my advice.
So, if one were a subscriber to the A-trade short theory, then they are providing MT with shareholder information at the end of business tomorrow. Numbers that they're not afraid to send over anymore.
This means that they've been holding the price down and covering all this time, and have until tomorrow eod to make the numbers jive.
Only of course if you believe that the A-trade restriction was orchestrated to allow "special" clients the chance to even up their numbers before handing them over to MT.
The restriction should be lifted soon if this is the case.
Only hindsight is 20/20 - we'll see.
GLA
How soon?
Happy First Post.
I take the quiet on the board as a good thing. Most p&d dilution machines have a paid pumper on the board, sometimes even a moderator, who is compensated (with stock or cash) to keep the banter up, keep the excitement up, and motivate buyers to buy and holders to hold.
Take a look at other boards who have "supporters" who pump the stock 24 hours a day it seems. Do they sleep? Do they work?
The answer is, yes, they work - to pump.
The fact that we don't have that kind of presence here, is another indication that what we're dealing with here transcends normal pinky crap.
MT seems to me like a man standing in front of a big stage where the curtain in front of the stage is closed. He's peaked behind the curtain, and knows there is a room full of gold there. All the people in the audience are clamoring to know what's behind the curtain, and many are jeering MT, saying that there's nothing there, that it's worthless, that he's lying.
But, his reaction is the key. He doesn't jump up and down and repeatedly say, "I swear guys, believe me, what's behind the curtain will change your life - TO DA MOON!!!"
He just stands in front of the curtain like a man who knows what he has - with a knowing grin on his face - confident in the knowledge that soon all will be revealed, and it will be then that the naysayers will be proven to be who they really are - and those who believed him, and are able to read between the lines, will be richly rewarded.

Good work again Snick!

Text messaging - The new "passing notes"
In an email received from Money and Markets
I recently found myself flying to Chandler, Arizona to meet up with a good friend of mine, David Phillips. Not only is David one of my very best friends, he’s also a great person to talk to about estate planning. Heck, he wrote a whole book on the subject!
I’m certainly not rich, but I will have some things to leave behind when I depart this world. So, I figured my trip would be the perfect way to talk business and catch up with my pal all at the same time.
The timing of my visit was perfect! Not only did I enjoy some very welcome Arizona sunshine, I also managed to catch David’s 17-year-old daughter, Kelsey, performing with her church choir.
It may have been just a church choir performance, but it was the highlight of my trip. That’s because Kelsey has the kind of rare, angelic voice that makes grown men cry. Of course, even her beautiful singing wasn’t enough to keep the attention of the teens sitting near me.
Here’s the interesting part: Instead of fidgeting with boredom or falling asleep like I did when I was a kid, dozens of these church-going kids were surreptitiously text messaging their friends.
And simple observations like this often lead to great investments …
The High-Tech Equivalent of
Passing Notes to Your Friends
If, like me, you’re hopelessly out of touch with the latest teenage fads, text messaging is the new, electronic way to pass notes in class. These days, teenagers do most of their talking not by phone, but by sending messages through personal computers and cell phones.
In my view, it’s not an exaggeration to say that text messaging has become one of the most powerful technology and communication innovations that the world has ever seen.
In 2000, roughly 17 billion text messages were sent …
Last year, that number rose to 936 billion …
And by 2010, it’s expected to hit two trillion!
That’s a ton of text messages, and get this — the average cost of a text message is $0.10. Last year, mobile telephone operators pulled in $50 billion in revenues just from text messaging.
As an investor, those numbers should make your head spin. A billion times anything is a big mountain of money, and a trillion times anything is a staggering amount of money.
And let me tell you, the U.S. probably isn’t even the biggest market for text messages …
Asians Are Maniacs When
It Comes to Text Messaging!
Phase Two of the Natural Resource Price Explosion!
Inside this special report: Two major reasons why natural resource prices are about to explode higher again. Plus, five free reports on how you could double and triple your money in the next 12-18 months!
Hang out at any train, restaurant, bus stop, or elevator in Asia, and here’s what you’ll see — people pecking out text messages on their cell phones.
Why aren’t they just dialing instead? Well, in China, text messages cost an average of 1.3 cents to send. So, they’re much cheaper than they are here in the U.S., and way more affordable than the typical cell phone call, which costs anywhere from four to six times as much.
You can see why text messaging is becoming as much a part of modern Asian life as chopsticks and rice. Let me give you a concrete example:
Beijing Mobile and Beijing Unicom reported that their customers sent more than 400 million popular New Year’s greetings such as “Xin Nian Kuai Le” (“Happy New Year”) or “Gung Shi Fat Tsa” (“Congratulations and Get Rich”) text messages on just the very first day of the Chinese New Year. That works out to 5,800 text messages per second (and just in Beijing)!
Over the entire seven-day New Year holiday, China Mobile (NYSE: CHL) and China Unicom (NYSE: CHU) estimated that their customers sent 14 billion text messages, 11% more than last year’s record of 12.6 billion. All told, Chinese cell phone operators expect to pull in $179 million in text messaging revenue from the holiday.
What I find most impressive is that these mega-sized figures are growing by leaps and bounds. The Ministry of Information Industry reported that 429.6 billion text messages were sent in China in 2006, a 41% increase from a year earlier. This year should see an even bigger rise. Why?
Because there will be more cell phones in operation:
At the end of 2006, there were 460 million mobile phone subscribers in China, but that number is expected to hit 520 million this year.
China Telecom added 252,000 subscribers in January, and now has 223 million subscribers.
Last month, China Mobile signed up 4.86 million new customers, its largest single month of growth ever. It now has 306 million total subscribers — a bigger number than the entire population of the U.S.
What Investors Need to Know
About the Wireless Industry
A lot of investors already know that the mobile phone business is one of the fastest growing industries in the world.
But many of these same investors are making a big mistake: They’re only investigating U.S. stocks!
Sure, there are attractive mobile phone investments on U.S. exchanges — companies like Motorola, Nokia, Texas Instruments, and Ericsson.
However, the very fastest growing mobile phone companies (and all of my personal favorites) are based in Asia.
I don’t mean to imply that the mobile phone business in Asia is not without peril. In fact, there are several Asian mobile phone players I wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole.
However, a carefully selected portfolio of Asian wireless stocks has almost unlimited potential. After all, the worst performing wireless stock that I’ve recommended to my Asia Stock Alert subscribers has risen 25%. The best one has jumped a whopping 85% since I recommended it just eight months ago!
And while those numbers are very good, I expect my favorite Asian wireless stocks to at least double by the 2008 Beijing Olympics. By the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, I think they can quadruple!
So, please, pay attention to these kinds of trends … and look to foreign markets for some truly spectacular ways to play them.
Best wishes,
Tony

MM's use the mirror short trade to try to instigate selling. Don't fall for that. Whenever you see a mirror sell, it's the mm's shorting the stock to make it look like selling is occuring. - IMO - when the mirror trade is for less than the first
when the mirror trade is for more than the first - MM covering.
IMO.
If it smells like fecal matter,
and it looks like fecal matter,

The build up will take place exponentially, starting very slow (even backwards) and building to a frenzy as we approach the 15th.
No matter. This investment should be made with a long term mindset IMO. Although, i think there is a wonderful opportunity to make money between now and March 15th.
Kind of a no brainer.
Seems like Panamersa's kind of project:
Venezuela Hopes to Link Gas with CentAm
Caracas, Jan 15 (Prensa Latina) Venezuelan authorities asserted on Monday that if there is political will, the Colombian-Venezuelan gas pipeline will become part of an energy network interconnected in Central America.
Energy and Oil Minister and Petroleos de Venezuela President Rafael Ramirez said talks with Panama on the topic have progressed, and a similar process with Nicaragua is beginning.
In his news conference, Ramirez ratified the Venezuelan decision to support energy development of the southern countries to reduce imbalance in relation to the North.
Questioned about protests by the Wayuu indigenous people over the gas pipeline build up on the Colombian side, the Venezuelan minister said the situation, caused by lack of definition of the group s representation, was already solved.
He also ratified that the projects have all environmental permissions for the 140-mile work, at a cost of 335 million dollars.
