The CFO from OneFi disclosed the ownership issue as was documented. What you have with RDWG is basically a shell valued at .0004 and their only asset is 6% or perhaps now 10% of OneFi.
Whats that worth. Answer, nothing at all when its in a privately held company for all intents and purposes. People
desire to place a value on it well that is a tough one. Could Travis dump it at some point and get the money back? I doubt it. I think he is stuck with it. You play venture capitalist
and you takes your chances. Well that is your sole asset so
there you have it. All in my opinion.
The rest of the perceived value in RDWG is smoke and mirrors.
Yep, thats the size of it alright. Bottom line is the ownership is definitely in question until a settlement is reached or a judgement rendered.
Look at July 23rd. There was zero volume and the next day there was 113M shares traded. You just never know.
So true a lesson I learned the hard way just this year and lost a sizeable sum of money based on the representations of
a misleading CEO. Travis is of the same ilk IMO. I wouldn't expect to get the total truth out of him just a painted picture of what is going in with shreds of truth here and there but mostly deception.
With all due respect mc6102 tell that to the U.S. Congress and Administration officals on all levels of government who have their dirty laundry aired in public fairly routinely. This email was not really that big of a deal it could have been much worse. LOL.
There have been no PR's from Roadwings since August 12th. Billyf's email was August 16th after all the news was out.
There has been no substantial news from RDWG or OneFi since that email detailing the percentage of ownership there is in the OneFi/RDWG deal.
But there is this secret information source he has so perhaps he has benefited from it. You be the judge.
LOL billyf down $8500 now. If Travis doesn't deliver for you or just gets bogged down in the real life give and take of trying to execute a business plan you could easily have a bunch of .0001 shares on your hands and then you 35M would be
worth $3500 if you needed to bail and could find someone who wanted them. So your $26,000 becomes $3500 in that scenario.
Not saying it is going to happen but you have taken a major gamble on a person you know nothing about in reality.
Travis is a guy who has put money into the Iraqi denair for example and has so far made a profit of about $400 bucks. He is a gambler for certain and with OneFi he has upped the stakes. Will he go bust on it? Well I don't think it is the end of the world for him. He has his BBQ business and other interests. Not the end for you either but you will come out
much poorer than you went in for having know Travis if that
were to happen.
BTW you can't post PM's without a TOS violation. Emails I think are fair game. This was an email from billyf.
Common practice however and is part of the penny stock games people play on the innocent, the guillable, those unwilling to do real DD and see what they are getting into.
It would be better if perhaps only true DD was allowed on the boards with links or emails or filings or something besides all of these pumping opinions we hear all the time.
This penny market has deterioated in the past 12 months and many have had enough of the pinksheets and all the BS from posters with a grade school education. However thats what we
have to work with or not. Many people just play the charts and give no creedence to DD etc. They ride the momo waves and hope to unload their shares for a profit on whoever will buy
them back. Its a game of musical chairs and if you get caught on the wrong side of it you lose real money in a hurry. We all know this but it is surprising how many are victims on a daily basis.
Yeah and if they live in a glass house then they shouldn't be casting stones at others either. That usually is a losing proposition.
It would take conviction to buy in at a lower price that there ever was a chance you could get a higher price I suppose. I
wouldn't take that risk with this stock but perhaps others would and have. At one time the day it traded nearly 1B shares alot of folks bought in at 6. Many are still waiting this out to see what happens.
Personally I didn't want to wait once I saw what was going on but hey that type of decision is up to each person...its your
money and right now the PPS is not a disaster at .0005.
I know bag8ger. Of course it's up to you. I intend to apply some heat on Gene Newton. Enough of this traveling the world. Lets stay in the USA and stop chasing rainbows and get something done with IWS down in Florida.
Gene is not a complete idiot by any means. I think he can talk to contractors, developers and others and perhaps get some business if he lays off the dilusional thinking end of it.
And stops believing his company is worth $3.50 per share.
That is just ridiculous when your stock is sitting below .0010.
Yes but there aren't that many shareholders either. Really nothing has changed that I can see to explain the lack of interest today.
Its simple. We have had a few people putting some lotto money into the stock for the past couple of months. It doesn't take much cash to get the volume going at .0001. Days like this happen from time to time.....seen it before on this stock. Look at the trading history for the past 60 days.

Smith I would believe. Newton NO WAY.
We need your permission to restore the post which contains your email. Let mc6102 know if that is Ok thanks.
You have my permission mc6102,,,no problem there. Billy might not be so inclined for people to see that he needs to bail at
.0008. Let the man step up to the plate is what I say.
Last buy on that stock 8/20/08. Are all the sub-penny stocks on the freeze list or just these two?
I assume that permission from the parties was taken for granted after his post of my email. I have no problem with it and nothing to hide. He might though. Strong holder in billyf LMAO.
Yeah and the question is when is your turning point billf?
You need .0008 to bail. Well go for it. You called this on yourself bud. Hummmmmmm. Good luck.
Sure. Travis isn't responding so I have no news. Good luck.
Back at you billyf. This email from you to me. LOL
I got your PM on IHUB... that doesn't paint the picture I was looking for or maybe it does...
You mentioned 800 million shares that a California MM is holding for Travis...
Given the float, O/S & A/S, where does the 800 million fit in???
And given the amount of money Travis needs to raise, is it possible to see something on his end in order to raise the pps where it is more beneficial to him and his quest for One Fi???
*How many more people have you shared this info with???
For me to get out even including commisions, I need to liquidate at .0008...!!!
Thanks,
Billy

I won't steal their thunder for sure about New York or Winchester Bay, Oregon. Hoping for a nice PR stream each month as they pull in new business. One or two new deals a month would do wonders. CYL.

Correct about disregarding all his posts of the past? Ok then.
Hows that meeting coming along chuck441? Should be some fabulous news today right?
Use the iggy feature....LOL.
Why should it I am semi-retired.
Probably 65 then I would say if he was 18 in 1960. Thanks.
LMAO. That is a good one billyf.
Link?
I think he is in his late 50's and has a little energy left.
No response to this email to Claude Smith as of yet. The last one took almost 3 months....LOL:

Well that is good news Claude. I do have confidence in you and just posted on the board that you are the real work horse behind RCCH and a hard worker IMO. I am sick about the PPS right now......0005. That is just ridiculous but people were bailing because of this extended silent period and then the PR stating there were delays with the 3 projects we did PR.
I have been certain for the past 3-4 months that the housing melt-down really hurt IWS. Couldn't see how you could avoid it actually. I wish you the best of luck in going after any viable contracts which might be out there.
Newton I have zero confidence in and he massively mis-led me as to the nature of the true situation at RCC Holdings. Frankly I don't know why you ever got involved with someone of his character in the first place.
Well wait, I guess I do. He had money and a vehicle to take the company public. In my view he is nothing but a liability. He does not seem grounded in reality to me and is often dilusional with what he tells people.
Now for a different subject which I hope you can shed some light on. I just saw on August 29,2008 your filing with the Florida SOS in which it was reported that there are 50M preferred shares and 500M common shares. Therefore:
1. Who holds these shares?
2. Have you been selling shares to private investors within the guidelines of the law?
3. And most importantly is IWS really a 100% owned subsidiary of RCC Holdings?
I especially want to know the answer to the last question Claude. Something brief is more than fine.
Thanks for your time and all the best. If it wasn't for you I would be long gone out of RCCH.
Very Truly Yours

Your welcome David.
No comments on the good news that Claude Smith provided that there will be updates as to the status of operations in October? I think that is important news and far more relevant than what Scottrade is doing. Could be that this uplisting process will happen at that time....I don't see it happening before October based on Smith's comments. If it happened in September we would already know.
Who cares what you are doing with your buys dalew? Step up and buy 10M or something at the ask and break this impass. Or for that matter some of the other longs can support the ask today and maybe it will move off these lows.
If we see sustained pressure of cheap shares at .0003 we need ask no further than Gene Newtons doorstep as has been the case for months as Durkkdiggler has pointed out from time to time.
$ speak louder than words my friend. I hope you have deep pockets so you can continue to provide a bid. Right now there is one at 3 but we have all seen how these bids can slide.
If Scottrade reverses their decision to freeze buying then I most likely will support the bid with 3M shares. Perhaps I can make back some of the money lost from last spring.
Congratulations dalew but I think you will find that Gene sold you those shares. Just a thought.
I am not adverse to anyone calling Scottrade. I hope they reverse their decision. I doubt they are going to tell us why there is a buying freeze. If it spreads then we know there is something more ominous going on here and of course we all hope it is an isolated incident.
I say you are wondering about something that doesn't really matter to the survival of your money. If you wonder how your shares will be or will not be transferred in an uplisting you are onto relevance.
If someone is short the stock where will they cover? Obviously not at .0005 with $130 in volume today. Just watch the trading and see. If Newton dumps more cheapo's into the market it will provide more than ample opportunity to cover. It is out of our hands if there still are any shorts that have not already adjusted their books. If so where is the short squeeze everyone was talking about? Does it need to go to .0001 to get some interest?
Twin Turbo that argument does not hold water. I buy .0001 shares in XXIS all the time with no problems and others as well. No it is something else.
Well lets not be blind to the possibility that Newton will make a tender offer for all existing shares at the pre-uplisting price on the Pinksheets and take all our shares.
Leaving us with a few dollars. This is what the trading desks at Scottrade and Bank of America think will happen. We are taking the risk that Newton will be able to transfer our shares in some legal way with or without an ADR. This entire process is one big black hole and Newton is not commenting.
Consider this a heads up to the possibilities here. Right now he could make a tender for say 400M shares at .0003 or something and walk away for $120,000. Will he? Damn good question. We need answers to that.
Is that a comparison to RDWG KOP? Probably close to the mark actually. As I said once, I was in management in Silicon Valley of a high tech supplier of computer chips to thousands of OEM manufacturers. I often called on startups and we financed their needs up to a point but it was always risky and frequently they went belly up and their invoices remained unpaid. But hey, that was the risk. Our operating margins averaged 30% gross profit so we won a few and lost a few. We were doing about $50,000,000 in sales when I left them.
If you could find a startup with venture capital money, so much the better but even that was no guarantee, frequently their funding sources dried up and we were stuck. I think you will find that OneFi probably is on COD with their suppliers of components. And no doubt Travis is on COD with his needs from OneFi. What goes around comes around.
