Yea - We all sit here with big promise of closes of .08 or better and then you turn the page and watch the OLD Qbid almost go to $5.00 with no basis or reason. And to think I quickly dumped my converted cppc shares at .15 thinking it would quickly go to .0001.
Yesterday I stepped on a TSSP land mine at .0024 and today it falls to .0019.
I guess I need to start drinking again
And did anyone here for once think we would be trading at where we currently are today??
NOT for a chance.
To quote an unnamed NFL player.....I will get some popcorn and watch......
And from the looks of things.......
And today we will close with more volume than yesterday. Probably close lower than we currently are at. GOD it feels so good to step on a land mine yesterday!!!!!!!!
dcjr4107 - Those big transactions you posted were at the bid right? Therefore, they were sells not buys.
No worries - The thing that you get accustomed to with these pinkies is that you need to be on the lookout for toxic financing schemes or filings disclosing intent to sell in order to stay afloat.
Those that don't file make it very difficult to uncover. Past experience tends to lead one to be suspicious.
I was going to play this as a test run, but couldn't resist the temptation to jump in once news of the signing of the bill by the Governator was out.
That gives the basis of viability to this market segment. Now you just have to pick the right horse(s) to ride.
What is not going to be good is for us to end up doing the same amount of volume as yesterday and and up with a 20+% decrease in price from yesterday's close.
Understood; but there is a point where excessive dilution will keep new money away. They are better off letting the price appreciate and release fewer shares to get the same dollars needed to grow the business.
Otherwise this is going to stall out and you will have major overhead resistance in the low to mid 2's on the next move, if and when it comes.
Not sure what you want me to elaborate on. The Ibox shows the CMF. The A/D line went negative approx. 45 days ago. Each time we spike to .075, huge selling comes in and pulls us right back down.
With upward sustaining moves you want the A/D line to be trending in the same direction, otherwise you get negative divergence and the rallies cannot be sustained.
It needs to turn north with these upward moves to be convincing and sustainable.
If you want to see what one looks like go punch in DPDW and check their I-box.
From previous statements by the company that they would be needing to sell securities in the market to raise funds. The last SEC filing I found was dated back in July. It doesn't say how much they had registered.
That is where I get my basis and suspicion.
The volume showed up, but the company appears to have dumped into it to get funds for something. The A/D sucks big time with this.
Those that are saying that UBSS is done dumping today please state your basis for you knowledge of this.
Is the Transfer Agent gagged? CMF and A/D are showing big divergence against this move.
I am long here, so don't take this as a bash. We have 2 P/R's announcing and confirming the merger, and the notice of the presentation on Thur and we trade 1mm shares and only have 2% to show for it?
Why would anyone sell into the morning rally like that? And don't tell me that it's the MM's that are doing this.
If the A/D lines are going down then it smells of the "D" word.
they are going to hold on to that .05 bid as long as they can
Han2004FL - Thanks for making the call. What is interesting is that the Accum/Distribution line started going negative starting in late July around the time of the SEC filing. We have traded close to 2.3BB shares since then, and if I recall correctly, a company is limited in how much they can sell into the market as a percentage of total volume for the day. I think it is limited to 20%.
This would say that they may be done if not close.
I have to go into lurk mode after this post since this is my last post per my daily alotment.
I'll be lurking and will see everyone tomorrow
The float as of June was 1.03BB; we need an update to this. Probablly need volume of 200mm or more to start driving this if O/S is higher, which can definitely happen with some press behind this.
I found this link off of the SEC.GOV website and it is a REGDX for registration of sale of securities in July. I can't get to the details showing how much is being registered for sale. This may tell us something.

Don't know either, was surprised by the finish. I was expecting .0024.
Anyone out there know who the Transfer Agent is, and if so, are they gagged?
Looks like we will break 150mm in volume today
1 MM left at .0023
It's there; most volume is at the ask at .0023 and small sells are at .0022. It's a MM tactic; watch the last 15 min., should be interesting
That would be huge, not expecting that though
Like I said, here she goes....
Only 3 MM's at 22. the rest are set up at 28 and 30. HHHMMMMMMMMMM
We should see a nice run up into the close during the last 20 min of trading today.
Here is the CNN video of the Solar Decathalon in Washington DC this weekend. http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/tech/2007/10/14/nurenberg.solar.decathalon.cnn
Probably short covering
TSSP up 45% this morning
Why are 5's still printing??
Well that was an ok closing run; was looking for us to break through .05 and would have been nice to see bid at .45.
next week should be good
we should get a run into the close
That is what you want to see. It's obvious what is going on here; only 95% of today's volume have been buys at the ask!
Is anyone out there eyeballing TSSP?
Thanks TOAD - They seem to be interesting and I will watch going forward. They kind of remind me of what you could do with IPO's in the late 90's. You could always count on a 15-25% run up prior to the 6 month lockup period after IPO.
Ahhh, those were the days..
TOAD - What has been your success of playing Reverse Merger plays. I see you posted alert for AQCY as well and it seems to moving north.
thx, sorry for a bit off topic
We should have a run into the close. Those that want to play this will not want to be out of this before Monday's open.
They are keeping that spread very wide. Like something you would see in the red light district...HA!!
arnold, don't be a girly man, sign the bill!!!
Agreed - Based upon chatter volume, this one is definitely not in the league of DPDW. Brikk has done a phenominal job with that discover.
