Tell me if I'm understanding this correctly? RSMI is holding a fire sale with shareholder equity to fund salaries? Huh? Over fourteen million shares issued last month alone? Has one dollar gone to producing the magic technology pills, so that they can get samples out to those just waiting for evaluation product? I'm so confused! Chipwa1
Without a second source; what manufacturer in their right mind would risk not having a back up supplier? Yes, some may look at the chip, or linecard but that doesn't mean it will be designed into a product. What is the source of this information. Chipwa1
Help me; I think I know how this works by now. RSMI plants a little hint seed (over the phone) in "miracle grow". A shill waters it and then replants on the RSMI board. Then everyone marvals at its blooming (pure hope). No safe harbor statement accompanies the seed. And it doesn't appear in the "Q". Is that how it works? Chipwa1
This board is part of my morning routine; first RSMI, then the morning dump. I guess I just want to know the ending. Chipwa1
Did anyone catch the Level ll ask and bid before the opening this morning? Ask was .062 and Bid was .07, guess one of the market makers hit the wrong key. On the subject of revenue; RSMI needs ****(b)REVENUES(b)****. Not just a few chip sold to a roadside fruit stand somewhere in the Big Valley. Chipwa1
O.K. for just one minute wipe the slate clean. Going forward RSMI can ill afford one stumble, they don't have deep pockets, or reserves. When it would come to salaries, or repair the problem, er.....I think I know the direction they would take. Chipwa1
Just listened to the 2006 "Right on Target", Quarterly Milestones. Then the 2007 "Thing". Lots of talk, charts and figures, resulting in zero, or near zero. Put the hammer away and get RSMI off the anvil; This is a daytraders dream; any sign of revenues and this thing will run like a scalded dog. Oh, have your sell order typed in and be ready to hit the "ENTER" button. Chipwa1
This is more like life support. They took the feeding tube out, but its still ICU. Chipwa1
Oh, maybe by the 27th of July, if its not late. Chipwa1
Where is the forecast on revenue? Everything else is projected. A myriad of customers; breakthrough technology; influx of orders; billions and billions of dollars of market share to be had. Todate had nothing! Chipwa1
In order to have revenue you need shippable product and customers. Unless, you have licensing deal, but this route would relealize little up front money. Where's the beef? Chipwa1
One line card could be! How many chips are being fabricated; 100, 1000, 10,000? What is going to bring in revenue? A licensing royalty. Marketing and manufacturing rights? Chipwa1
"IF" anyone of you strong believers controlled 51% of the stock, would you have left Ray and brad in their position and receiving their salaries? Chipwa1
I think its more like the claims of an existing product that never sells one units and then an even better product replaces the previous unit that is even better and it fails brings in a dollar of revenue. Oh, and SIL which was to make 40 million, which lost money for the Company. And those failed deals to boot. Chipwa1
I may be mistaken, but Ray and someone else did defer salaries part of one quarter. They did receive it later in the year. Yet, remember ten years of significant compensation in exchange for oh, maybe 95% loss of shareholder equity. Shareholders have not had their due. Which is too long over due! Chipwa1
Most of us were optomistic ten years ago. The enthusiasm has abated over the milestones of broken promises. Chipwa1
Less than five more months for the shares for operating cash left. Revenues won't be rolling in until you have available inventory on the shelf. At best revenues would trickle in and the sale of the remaining shares authorized will take place. Then what? Friends we have an event coming before the end of the year. Any predictions? Chipwa1
It would be interesting to see a Cash Flow Analysis on the 80 million dollors covering the last ten years. We know it went in, but it would nice to see where it ended up. How much went to product development, marketing, salaries, bonuses and other pockets (Identified)? Chipwa1
As I see it, the cart is in front of the horse, currently. When the "Product" is plugged, or soldered into a board and works in the real world environment and preforms as claimed; then the "EXPERTS" can heap prise on it and its break through features. Chipwa1
Dilution is about to occur again and revenues are no where in sight. Chipwa1
The "Product" has never made its way into a product life cycle; the innovator never had a chance to purchase it yet. The end of life period happened before it made it out of the gate. In fact as far as I can tell, it didn't make off the bench into preproduction. By-the-way how can you field test a proto-type device? Fabrication hasn't happened! Isn't this confusing? Chipwa1
Knowing what you know now, would have invested in this stock seven, or more years ago? Chipwa1
Could this latest technology breakthrough impact the imminent revenue stream from previous technical breakthrough technology product? Will RSMI require additional funding? Chipwa1
Lets see if I have this right; if you can't seem to sell the thing, just package it in a different box. What group of engineers keep deleloping all these new breakthrough technologies. Maybe RSMI can loan these guys out to other big Corporation and make a bundle of bucks. Chipwa1
It is pretty bad when deleted messages peak my interest more then RSMI, or is their a connection? Chipwa1
Every product has a life cycle; left on the vine to long it will be rotten by the time it gets to the market. You will have spent a lot of money getting it to market and never enjoy the fruits of it becoming a cash cow. If it ever gets to market, it won't bring in enough reveneue to repair RSMI. At best will last a while longer and at worst it will die soon. Chipwa1
Is that another revenue rogue wave about to hit us. Last time when it receeded all we seem to be left with was sand in our pants, and the was left money in Rays pockets. Who negotiates all these contracts, letters of understanding and purchase orders (with cancellation clauses) and (isn't EC is about to be shipped breakthrough technology)? Chipwa1
Brad is now the bag holder on the Q, (Ray is off the sign off; SOX). C.
www.pinksheets.com c.
er....QSB...or something like that. c.
ur 10-Q-SBC is out. Chipwa1
Share price and shareholder equity are what is important. News is thin, still thick on words of the future. Orders are exciting and revenues is thrilling. The only cold hard fact are the pay checks being provided by shareholders. Chipwa1
I was making the rounds of VC's; (the Sandhill people) showing and talking about the tecnology. On one occasion I set up a dinner at the Hyatt in Palo Alto. I believe someone from the Band of Angels, Singapore Technologies, Camp Venture Group, Cornerstone Ventures, Paine Webber's Venture Group and others showed up. Jack Robinson, then Astounding Technologies represented an Singapore VC, which I had licsencing agreement with also came along. Al and Mike were in the back ground and not there that night would present more in depth technical data if someone seemed interested. Jack stepped forward and voiced interest. At that point I removed myself from any negotiations because Jack and I had a business agreement involving another technology and therefore I felt uncomfortable being involved directly with the high speed data/voice/video technology. Al, Mike and Jack went off, did a deal and then Ray was presented the technology. As you know to this day I still support (IMHO) that what was being presented at that time worked as stated. The testing at a later time was done at Ray's insistance, maybe because of investor pressure. The P C Board which was the center of the test was missing key parts that limited the testing. The person that did the testing ordered all the test equipment and completed the tests that could be completed. No one tried to pull the wool over anyones eyes. Two, or three people with strong credentials and technical
background didn't like the brash Mr. Al Blivens and the fact that both Al and Mike were non-degreed. The "powerline" people were the most vocal. Al jumped several board menbers over negative comments being heard and that was the end New Wheel's. I have no reason to be bitter about anything and I sleep well at night. I am fascinated with the evolution of the process and cannot believe this has gone on as long as it has. I feel bad for those who have lost money. I truly wish anyone still with the stock good luck. Hope is dwindling as this continues to drag on. Chipwa1
Let me see if I have this right; Brad and Ray get a full check every month, plus bonuses no matter what. Shareholders receive a sure monthly dose of share delision. Something is always on the way to save the shareholders, its just over the horizon, just be patient, passive. Isn't just carrot damgling in front of the cart? Just so many words? In the meantime its all "Dead Money". Chipwa1
With the statement "increasing revenues in the third quarter" posted on TickTock. One would assume that product in some unknown quantity is available for shipment. Does anyone know if they build a 100 units, 1,000 units, or more. Based on the statment, one unit shipped would mean increased revenue. Third quarter starts in four weeks. How much wiggle room do they have left when the third quarter closes? Chipwa1
I know just about nothing about charts, just enough to get me in trouble. That said, to me "if the Q Filing is improved" GDVI should make a run, based on the charts. Good luck to anyone invested. Chipwa1
I would wait for the Q Filing for facts, not the PR's which seem to carry little content beyond words. Chipwa1
The Q will tell the true tail of where the business is currently going. All business activities and personal traits have been more than covered. Time to shut up and wait for the true word. Hmmmmmmmm........! Chipwa1
RSMI and a pair of cooper wires has come a long way...DSL+---->IPSL using mainly Algorithm models. This breakthrough technology seems to evolve to fit the need. Its a miracle. Old telephone wire unshielded above and below ground, taps and all can handle "Giggle" bits without any interference what-so-ever. Wow! With each new algorithm a breakthrough, new patents...maybe its Al.Gore.ism, I'm so confused. Chipwa1
No! Don't count a portion of the shareholders, because their not selling only for the reason they would have to deposit more money to cover for the trade commission. Chipwa1
