Yeah I know that it was adjusted, but in all reality, a .000x stock trades differently then .0x stock.

1 thing that should be noted, the RS that happened in june.
Before the RS is was trading in the .0004 - .0018 range. And it did drop right after, but by Aug it started going up.

Open question, In the event that PNMS gets de-listed, what happens to the value of the PDRs? Supposedly the PDRs are backed by shares, so if the shares have no value does that mean the PDRs have no value either?

You're right they're not all foreign. But to break it down, most are foreign companies (ADRs), then you have banks and small to medium size companies that hold most of the issued stock. They are also put financing in this category too. Companies will issue notes or coupons with a %value. There are tax reasons a company would go public but hold all the stock. Some are even exempt on fillings and things of that nature. But its basically all thrown in this pink sheet, ADR, OTCBB category.

Most of those that you listed are Foreign companies, and they trade in ADRs. And even though they are Pinks they're really not. But you are right, $5 is not out of reach. I really don' think RCCH will stay Pink for long. They seem to be pretty current in their fillings, so I wouldn't be surprised if they audit previous years #'s and get uplisted to OTCBB.

I got in a .02 a few months back and never avg down because I put it on the back burner. But I did the DD this is a solid company and they had been putting on PRs for a while, and I'm sure that will start right up again with the approvals that will be coming are way.
