Sunshine, I really do like you....please dont tell me your blaming people for the reason the stock is going down. Yes some are bailing and some are bid whacking BUT noone is really buying to counter the sells. Why is that? because noone knows about this stock and the company is totally fine with it.

Stocks out there running like crazy the last two weeks and this stock which was so primed to run is stalling. As much as you will like to disagree with me you gotta see that the real reason for the drop is because we are getting nothing but promises and no news to entice buying.

I dont blame you Captain, this stock is pizzing me off to but I can afford to hold at this point. I have been making money hands over fist on MMJ plays...made another 12G's today alone and hope they gap for more change,

This stock is the only one in my portfolio thats dropping because management dont want to update shareholders in a proper manner.

So lets see what this weekend has in store as the longs claim. I am not holding my breath tho. Maybe you should have held until Monday atleast but I dont blame you if you need to sell your losers to buy some winners. Money just tied up in here for nothing.......cant wait to sell.

NEVER! I am a shareholder just like yourself. I dont get why the attacks because I ask why the company is poor in the IR department. I have never said this was a scam, or that company diluting....nothing bad. Just ask that IR and BYSD use a different method in how they update shareholders and with more details.

Anyways I leave when I am good and ready to sell....by the way thanks to some of you maniacs for bid whacking so I have almost double my position now. Thats what some of the 6000+ maniacs should have been doing and maybe we would have some more inviting shareholders on this board.

Now there is news coming on Saturday??? why Saturday....maybe its a material event taking place on Saturday but the company should have atleast let its shareholders know what its about. Then on Saturday the investors will see whatever it is and gloat with joy that they actually accomplished something they say they will do.

I am here and watching, every poster here has their own intentions, mines is to make money. Some of you sole call "maniacs" are bid whacking your own stock for self gain and depreciating the value of you beloved company.

The stock will continue to get bought up, now at lower prices weak hands will still be here. I dont get some people on here. The price is headed down and can spiral out of control at any moment due to all the bid whacking and now some of the die hard longs are starting to panic and making those same calls to IR and management that I have been requesting all along.

Nobody winning here until BYSD who is holding its shareholders hostage decide when they want to throw out a bone.

Well they are batting a thousand and not achieving any of the goals Short or long right now.

If the company only wants to update its current shareholders how are they going to increase shareholders value. They feel the millions of people out there dont need to know their business plan. Why, cause maybe the stock might take off? DUH

The engine has to be started somewhere, show proof of ANY of their claims and we get instant shareholder increase.

That should keep the believers until they file the 2yr financials. That would gain more investors...more and more would become longs

Then becoming a fully reporting company would gather a few more investors. There will be attrition going on all the way up but atleast they will be building a large and large shareholder base.

Well to me the this board is two sided....

1 of which people are sitting back and just taking in everything the company says they are going to do but does nothing.

The other are a few who believes the business plan is great but dont see anything to back it up, causing skeptism

Both denominator is that there is nothing backing up the company's claim, even the longs cant deny that. A promise does not count.

We all want the stock to go up but we just have different views that the company should take to make that happen.

So who is wrong? Who has the right to claim being a real shareholder?

The answer is we all do, and no right or wrong here. The company is the only one to solve that by increasing shareholders value then we can all shut up and make bread. PERIOD

I really do hope so. The charts are set up perfectly and waiting for something to happen to get that catalyst it deserves. Once it starts it will run and hit pennies IMHO. It doesnt matter if people believe or not it will run once we get some legitimate NEWS.

Obviously noone wants to miss this boat but it wont sail without NEWS from the company. Thats all we are saying on the board. We want some type of update to attach to the many rumors being spoken about.

Thats why I havent sold yet because charts are set up but company doing little to jump start this thing. Until then I will continue to pound for NEWS. After all I am not here just because I like you guys. :)

All we hear is "Wait till the next PR or Newletter", or "News will come when ready"

I think most here are somewhat skeptic themselves but they are afraid to say so. Some of these claims deserve to be challenged especially with no updates to shareholders of HOW/WHEN.

I am only pushing the IR for continued updates. At this point I would even settle for social media updates.....but its too quiet.
I believe in the business of bitcoins but not in the way the IR is working

How are we going to induce buying from who? US the locked in shareholders who have mostly maxed out their funds for one stock.
Plain and simple we need more juice...more investors to come in and take out the resistance.

It gapped up but dropped because of no buying power, no interest.

The MMJ hype is just that...HYPE. I Meaning if you was a plane Jane stock and done nothing for last 10 years, you could change you business model and just mention MMJ in it and the stock will take off. Its a fad right now just like bitcoin which is in the infancy.

The winners will be the ones that get their name out the most and have an actual product. The stocks that are not known will be left behind and work 10 times as hard to gain the attention it was once promised.

After a while , I say March we will already know who the winners will be so only those stocks will get the attention and increases in share price. The rest will flop on point.

This is why BYSD needs to get the word out and none of that crap of mainstreaming just to current shareholders. I have never heard of that kind of strategy until now.

Thats what I've been saying, they are going to lose their opportunity keeping so quiet. As you said This is now February and the IR feels they dont need to introduce themselves to the world as a bitcoin company.....what a shame

One thing tho, the charts are setting up quite nicely, the golden cross shaping up and can wait for the cross. Thats when we see the multibagger run.

Just hope customer throws us a bone to keep the energy UP. After March all the plays, weed/bitcoins will be over. BYSD has to plant their seeds now.

That was a generic response but since it says its only aimed at existing shareholders I guess they are expecting that we are going to hold forever.

Now we know why has no momentum, they are not looking for new money to propell its stock just wants to hold on it the shareholders its got.

For the record I do have 500K shares for the bitcoin play. I hopped in two other bitcoin related companies and made a bundle. This has yet to run and I was wondering why. I see no PR's then I see why it havent run yet.

The problem is BYSD is not PR'g anything. With all the longs here with so much info, why hasnt anyone tried to reach out to management and press for some kind of news? Maybe they are just going with the flow and dont want to release false info so they rather not release any news.

What makes you guys think BYSD has any bitcoins, did they PR this? Last PR I see is from August 1 2013. I agree that bitcoins is a hot sector right now but the company hesitant to put out any PR's... WHY?

CSTI has been trying to kill the run all day long......now CDEL on their with a 2M ask.....they are just giving away the fact that this is going to blow. Dont want to have too much people in before the run. I would hate to be on the sidelines of this one.

I cant say I ever saw a situation like this that the MM's are only filling <1000 at a time in a penny market. Maybe this is going to pull one of those 1000% runs we have been seeing on the other bitcoin plays. I picked up another 400K.
