In my last few conversations with Clayton, the last thing he wants to do is get tied up in a lengthy law suite over this divi thing. I believe that some sort of agreement is/or will be completed so that he can move SNV foward. After talking to him many many times, he has so much just ready to go that what he tells me just gets me so excited (no insider info...but enough just to get me really pumped up)!

I gave Rick the Thurs date for a PR cause Clayton gave me the "FIRM" Thurs day...OK?
I, during my conversation with Clayton, was told by him that we WOULD see a PR on Thurs.
Knowing how things can get delayed for ALL kinds of reasons, I PM'ed this info to a couple of people... Rick being one of them(rather than post it on the board). It turns out that my PM was the right thing to do....cause no PR as promised on Thurs.
I'm a long, having owned this stock since Jan....and I still believe we will be greatly rewarded.
There must be things going on behind the scenes that we have no way of knowing what they are. I do believe we will see a very nice PR...VERY SOON! GLTUA!!!

I was just laying down to sleep but, just had to respond to your post friend. I talked to Clayton right after that PR came out. We both had a good laugh about it. He made the mistake cause he was/is negotiating a very nice contract with person(s) in Boston. He joked about his mistake....said he caught the mistake the instant it hit the wires but, of course, too late now.

I left a message for Clayton on Monday...he called me back yesterday and we talked for about 20 minutes. He is fired up. He said "I don't care what the hell it takes, the millions of illegally issued divi's will be forced to cover"!!
We talked a lot about SNV and the optical stores and he basically told me that we will make so much more money with SNV than we ever could by buying more stores....said "I'd have to have a store on almost every corner around to make what we'll make with SNV"!
I've been buying since Jan and not only will I hold, I'll continue to buy all that I can when I can!!
HOLD YOUR SHARES and buy what/when you can...all IMO!

VERY FUNNY. I talked to him yesterday and he told me the very same thing....over night paper work to TA.
I've talked to him at least 15 times since Feb of this year and have never had the problem with him that you stated. he,s always very friendly and answers any and all question (that he is allowed)that I have.
He's been very busy sitting up a new office over the last couple of weeks for SNV....PC,s phone systems etc. Also, has been in numerous negotions with potential customers for SNV.
Stress will get the best of all of us sometimes!
Give him a break and a little time and let him put this company on the path of great profit!!
