Exactly. No need to say capitalization was ending. That gave everyone the impression that dilution would no longer occur as the company is self sustaining and they had a plan in place for future growth.
That sure did help prop up the price for a little while.
Last time he used "Therefore we will absolutely not handcuff this company and all the efforts of its dedicated staff and management to become the leaders in the Relaxation beverage Category."
instead of "I will not hold our growth or our brands hostage if we need capital to facilitate our aggressive growth over the coming months and years."
Predictable.
You see that all the time. It's called being upside down in an "investment" and saying anything to support it in the hopes of it going up.
lol. Yes, that must be it. On one of the most diluted penny stocks in history.
You should probably go back and do some math. 500 Million shares is over 2 Million dollars. The company has issued tens of millions of dollars in shares. None of it is "chump change". The O/S is at 2.4 Billion after a 1000 to 1 reverse split. That's pretty sad. BBDA's one of the worst diluters ever on the pink sheets and that's a fact.
I said the supplier isn't selling to them.
They don't have it in their order system, they have it from a supplier that doesn't supply the stores with it. Suppliers will take on any product if it means they can sell something. Obviously, this one isn't selling to them, loll.
My health is great. You actually believe everything people write on the internet?
Or they said special order because we don't carry this crap product. How's that?
Special ordered, lol.
Don't get too excited. He special ordered it.
The bebevco.com website is a cookie cutter pos for illiterate web users to update. What else do you want?
Psst. No one visits komaunwind.com. It's ranking is in the 7 millions:
http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/komaunwind.com
It would stand to reason that all these cans that are supposedly flying off the shelves would have those enthusiastic people searching for a website since barely anyone (outside of shareholders) knows the brand. Nope.
Bebevco's site sucks too:
http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/bebevco.com
Psst again. The komaunwind.com website was a cheap college design class contest site.
They don't since they're not a regulatory body, just a private quote service. All they really care about are that the fees they charge are paid.
They're not templates, just standard GAAP accounting. An accountant doesn't cost all that much and they do a pretty good job of it for the most part. Even Quickbooks puts out better statements than the garbage that's put out by this company. And they claim to have a staff accountant. Right.
They said it a month ago:
http://bebevco.com/bebevco-adds-more-walmart-stores-to-koma-unwind-distribution-network-in-north-carolina-florida-pennsylvania-and-texas/
"Currently, KOMA UNWIND is the only relaxation drink in Walmart stores."
Dream water is flavored. You can buy it all the large drugstore chains.
I don't have to show you anything. I'm sure others will see it too.
LOL. Only certain bribes are illegal, most aren't. Bribing a distributor (aka perk) for carrying a product is completely legit. But I think a distributor getting shares worth a half a penny isn't going to take it too seriously and may even get insulted.
Dream Water was specifically listed in the article. There's hundreds of relaxation drinks or at least there were as the category hasn't caught on as IBIS World projected. The label even says sleep and relaxation drink. Face it, the company said they were the only ones in Walmart and that just isn't true. I've seen two other relaxation drinks at my local Walmart.
What exactly did he post that was wrong and needs to show proof?
I guess everyone has it wrong

And the one's on here that claim good sleep from Koma Unwind are making it up. Yes, very different products.
You just don't know what to believe. End of capitalization and then 50 Million more issued. There's a reason some of us can't trust anything that comes from this company.
Here's the only relaxation beverage at Walmart. Next to another relaxation beverage.

LOL. BS
2nd to last place. The usual.

Time on TV? 1 second.
Of course. Every race is either a start and park, problems or washed up racers driving bad cars that can't compete.
That article's from 2004 data, just around the time Nascar started it's decline.
Doubt anyone will get more than a glimpse. He's starting 39th of 43 and FAS Lane Racing's providing the car. Last time it was Ken Schrader and he finished 30th. Labonte doesn't race often anymore.

They could audit 2012's sometime during the year. You have to start somewhere.
At the time of the reverse split, the price was $.10 and the O/S was 100 Million. Soo many shares were issued after that that it tanked the price. So many shares were issued before that that the stock went no bid for months. Either way, it wasn't about the debt. That was a small fraction of the total amounts issued.
Yes, they can be fired or never hired. That's my point. Until you see actual audited numbers (GAAP compliant), then it's meaningless and neither positive nor negative.
Not even close to that. Here's some brief history:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=72378963&txt2find=rodrigo
He did that going on 3 years ago. He announced that they hired an accountant and an auditor (Green Tree Financial). It was posted on otcmarkets as their auditor and the company status changed to audited. When tried to be verified, they were never hired.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68638280
Obviously they did neither.
The legal counsel fell apart too:
http://www.reuters.com/article/2010/04/09/idUS164976+09-Apr-2010+MW20100409
We've heard uplist before too:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62569724
Whats happening today is a rehash of whats happened in the past. Just announcing something doesn't mean it'll actually happen. I won't believe any of it until I see real audited numbers.
People invested in big name stocks also pay promoters or promoters promote stocks they own. It's all about fooling the next guy.
Looks like they may have started last Friday:
