creede, I'm attempting to point out logical conclusions base on the prima facie evidence offered in LBWR's pps action of the last several days. THIS IS VERY important. There are those that have apparently sold their LBWR positions and might want some help timing an entrance back into LBWR.
Robsct, apparently the phantom LBWR buyer is buying when shares are sold so the pps appreciation continues upward (until the buyer accumulates the number of shares wanted).
This buyer apparently didn't didn't fall off the turnip truck as it left the turnip patch a few weeks ago as illustrated by his/her patient accumulation so as to not run the price up too fast. This could suggest the buyer is a savvy investor and an informed buyer .
At that rate the phantom LBWR buyer will:
(a) run out of money to buy this time next year
(b) have the price up to .11 this time next year
(c) both of the above
(d) none of the above
(c) none of the above because there are no market makers making a market for LBWR and the brokers will get tired of doing the MM's job
and quit.
Gosh gee whillikers joev2, LBWR's price just keeps moving up although we've been assured Labwire is basically broke. And now the quoted ask shown by Scottrade is .014.
What in tarnation is going on - joe v, Robsct , anyone ?
Thanks.
Zoom-Zoom-Away, TSPG was negotiating for a $ 25 million line of credit weeks ago. One could expect another PR stating success and terms of the credit line if approved.
Did the Company get that line of credit ?
Matt_Chart, nice analysis full of logic. Please keep up your good work on this board. (Your post was made before this morning's PR and the technical ideas you stated PLUS Ike's PR point to a nice rally).
sweet crude , you mentioned TSPG has
23 patent applications. Are these patent applications ones made by TSPG or affiliated companies ? Where can I find out more about the applications other than doing patent searches ?
Thanks
Guess I meant what I wrote.
Yeh, 3 or 4 weeks ago a .01 bid would have caused a stampede of selling. lol
I've no certain idea of what the pps will continue doing but more confidence in Labwire's recovery seems currently evident.
HavnPhun, Good to see your post. Since nothing re. the numbers estimates have changed it seems reasonable to think the confidence factor has deteriorated. This is reflected in the pps of the last several weeks. (Of course some have done their DD and don't give a ratzass what the price is : )
Credibility has everything to do with how far out (in the future) investors are willing to price the share price.
Although L2 doesn't show it evidently a functioning LBWR market is in place.
Possible but I doubt John Maring, his son and daughter will sell LBWR at this time.
creede, apparently market maker/s need shares (to fill buy orders) because they raised the bid to .01. Raising the bid seems to be an emerging trend : )
Robsct, The odds of Morris quickly taking the restriction off his LBWR shares and selling are about the same as you and I winning a Power Ball Lottery. All logic says Dexter will retain a majority holding of Labwire shares.
Robsct, have you found the Labwire chart
you said I posted ?
Robsct, I believe you're confused again, saying I'm posting Labwire charts . Please post the link to my alleged chart. I'd like to see it : )
chuck', just so I understand you - you think MiniMar is doing a stand up good job ?
chuck' ok and thanks for the clarification. I hope Go800 is like some of the ultimately successful DotCom ventures that struggled
and eventually succeeded.
chuck', Because an investor understands that things could be better done and states ideas concerning such doesn't make them a 'fair weather' investor.
I have a nice 7 digit number of GOIG holding for the long term , think the Go800 concept is great and also happen to think the execution of its business plan could be improved. I've respectfully sent Ike my thoughts. Hope you don't mind.
I'm glad you're selling 'a few' subscriptions and wish you well.
HavnPhun, My friend , a GOIG investor and formerly with Merrill Lynch for over two decades has asked where the informed buyers of GOIG are ? He's referring to those in management with mega companies signing up for Go800 service that one would think like the service and would be buying GOIG. Maybe they too are turned off by what seems (to me) the informational quagmire coming from GoiP Global. If so, it's a trend that is impeding the pps growth of GOIG and needs correcting ASAP.
HavinPhun, fair enough. Your decision is a credit to your honor and
reputation. If Ike elects to continue with MiniMar and if - as it seems - MiniMar is the cause of poor investor relations then Ike has a bad blind spot that will continue costing him credibility....and market cap. Investors don't like missed deadlines, conflicting information , press releases that seem coded and an IR company that hasn't answered the same simplest of questions sent to it on several occasions.
IMO the investor relations part of GoIP Global is a hindrance to the Company's success in more ways than it seems.
I wish Ike would get this message.
creede, your # 4 guess is a good one. The fact is.....the market (regardless of its makeup) is currently valuating LBWR at twice the price it did a few weeks ago.
This pps increase will be blip on the chart if not supported by positive information about the Company in a reasonable time but with some encouraging news the .008-.09 might very well be a future price support area.
inspro, apparently Labwire (LBWR) selling makes the pps move up and there's no need for buyers. The usual laws of supply and demand pricing have evidently been suspended.
Yeh Robsct, The price moved up and you know they were sells.
Apparently in your Labwire world selling makes the price go up and buying makes the pps go down.
Robsct, check back a few days to the first part of this month, and the month before , and the month before that and the month before that. The price has more than doubled. If you need help accessing this data let me know and I'll try to help you.
r_deckard, THANK YOU for posting that information.
And your English is OK.
I'll opt for # 2 - pick up a few more shares - and wait for Labwire's '0wner', BOD Chief , CEO , President and Chief Bull Sh*tt*r who has used Labwire investors' money to create his own bird nest co. of which he is 50% owner to do what he said he'd do 6 years ago - make Labwire into a $ 50,000,000.00 company in 2-3 years.
(Yep, I'm still livid about Mr. Morris' use of Labwire investors' money to help - at best indirectly - finance another co. that seems to have given a return to Labwire investors resembling crumbs swept off the table).
Usually when a sell is initiated the price is less than when a buy is initiated. Conversely when a buy is initiated the price is usually more than when a sell is initiated.
With INITIATED being a key word and ingredient of a trade one can easily figure there have been more LBWR buys initiated of late.
Of course these 'transactions' of late could have resulted from drunks at a bar tossing darts at a list of Pink Sheet stocks, hitting LBWR and placing buy orders on the owners computer. I think otherwise.
So, in lieu of dismissing my drunks at a bar theory and there not being any positive public information I'd say the chances of informed buying being the motivation for someone/s buying relatively generous amounts of Labwire stock is better than 50/50.
(While the above may not set well with Dexter Morris haters, Labwire detractors and those with past and present anti Labwire
agendas informed buying of non public positive Labwire information seems to be happening. Revelations of positive things might be months off...or just around the corner).
jov2, I've watched lots of my buys at the posted bid show as sells.
With partial order executions , MM lending/selling other MMs , routine intraday shorting , etc, I've never tried to nail down where fills come from. (I'd as soon debate the number of angels that can stand on a pin head).
Whatever ADVFN's trading log shows there is evidence that there are buyers willing to pay twice the amount for relatively large amounts of shares than a couple of weeks ago. This is apparently what is termed "informed buying" in the business and is often a prelude to future positive disclosures by the company.
Robsct, usually when volume accelerates with an accompanied 100% in
the pps there is more buying than selling : )
Nice find creede. The bulk of Labwire's testing and data storage for Evergreen was supposed to be in the 4th Q of last year. Unfortunately we never got a report on it but I think the odds favor its still a client of Labwire.
Excellent point creede. Question...how long would it take for Dexter to sell enough of his shares that he would not have majority Labwire shares , no longer be Labwire's virtual owner and 'dictator' and possibly be more prone to consult others ?
Robsct, Interesting point and apparently true. Of course Labwire's owner, BOD head, CEO & President wouldn't sell many of his shares or he wouldn't be the owner of Labwire and might have to include others in his decisions. No way he'd ever stand for that !
How about that 'no market' ask of 1 cent : )
clofresh, so Ike's guesstimate of 300 paid subscribers beginning June 1 has taken on wings and is currently at 4,000 with 300-400
added daily ?
Are there are other attendees of this Webinar that can substantiate these paid subscription numbers ?
Otherwise this sounds like a misunderstanding.
creede, I suspect the current buyer or buyers might know something about Labwire that resident board haters of the co. don't know. I also figure this buyer or buyers has plenty of time to accumulate.
Logic implies today and tomorrow are up days.
The next trading day after tomorrow is Tuesday June 1 with potential buyers wanting in before....
Revenue launch $$$
Newspaper Ad Blitz to millions of readers
U Tube Ad up & viewable to the world
More PRs by Tuesday's open
(Low .02s might be history)
Seems there are (MM) signs that someone/s wants to buy more than a hand full of LBWR or the MMs wouldn't have raised their bid to .08 in an effort to get shares. (Oh these subtle little changes).
Guess the buyer hasn't been taking certain posts to heart pointing out that Labwire is a scam co. with a lying CEO. Well, they'll regret their purchase
...probably all the way to the bank. : )
smittygoodcall, I've access to The Mineral Wells Index , distribution 3,200 and will begin checking it for Go800 ads.
Jakxter, the peaks are the tops of 'legs' within what can be categorized as a symmetrical triangle. Both tops and bottoms of legs typically grow less in length as the pattern progresses. StockCharts.com has a detailed description of a symmetrical triangle and you can access it by entering symmetrical triangle in Google's "this exact word or phrase" window.
