Read this exchange about the California purchase and the SQF that comes with it. Overlooked imo.
Correct, but if you have 1 and working on 1, you can ship from all locations.

Lol 2.8 million pops it before the dumpers got in the queue. Too funny
Misled? How so? They got back shares and they used shares to acquire assets. That’s the stated business plan and everyone knows that.
Bought back 100’s of millions of shares at the lows reducing the issued and outstanding and then resold them at a higher level higher to raise cash for equipment, shipping and installation and only raised the authorized by 50 million shares.
Hint: Smart move 101 buy low sell high.
Or you haven’t read page 10/10 Item 11) Loans

Net movement in liabilities during the period ($700,000)

Yes that is why “She’s doing a good job of expansion with little money spent and doing a decent job of providing information to shareholders about her decisions”
Here’s a reality check that some need to comprehend,,Gavin is building a business and not too concerned about the current price per share. She’s doing a good job of expansion with little money spent and doing a decent job of providing information to shareholders about her decisions but if the stock price doesn’t go up like retail investors wish it doesn’t matter to her yet. Why? Because she stated Hiru is self sufficient now and the dilution was done. That means she doesn’t need the stock price higher to raise funds and reduce the dilution and she isn’t ready to sell any of her 2 billion shares or sell the company.
Recently someone said the market wasn’t giving Hiru the proper value or believe the growth forecast and she said so be it they will by the end of the year,,(Paraphrasing).
Hiru could do $100,000,000.00 in revenue and the stock price could stay at $0.004 and it wouldn’t matter to her because the business would be profitable, throwing off cash and have equipment assets that she owns 53% of and that’s what somebody would be buying. They wouldn’t necessarily be buying the stock we own as they could merely buy her 53% controlling interest for whatever price she negotiates.
This is not your typical publicly traded company where insiders own 5 or 10 or 20% of the stock and need shareholders to be happy and vote to approve a tender offer for all of the stock or a transfer of controlling interest. She holds all of the cards and has thrown down a few FU power moves so far and I’ve grown fond of her because of that.
Then you haven’t been listening. She said not being done with Hiru stock. Could be conventional asset based borrowing or factoring lending or even privately pledging her shares, a combination or something different. Who knows but as I’ve said there’s no way she diluted further and loses her 53% ownership and unilateral control of the company. Why would she give up the pimp hand and be at the mercy of whiny otc shareholder voting to approve corporate moves?
200 pallets looks like 9,600 cases of four pack bottles or 38,400 gallon or three liter bottles.

Kathryn, Can we have something more than a headline tweet? How about
1. 8k
2. how was it purchased
3. Address of the new plant
4. Is this the same company in California we bought the three lines from and now they are staying there?
5. How about a video chat to explain direction

PR will be coming out in the next week with all questions answered.
Here’s a point I made on stocktwits that I think people overlook, especially the otc dilution fear porn gangs.
She owns 53% of the fully diluted stock now with voting rights. She can unilaterally do anything she pleases with Hiru and not consult shareholders. There’s a reason she stated dilution is over,,because she wont dilute it further and lose her majority ownership and unilateral control.
She’s positioned herself to build the enterprise by investing company profits and treasury shares while personally owning 53% of those acquired assets. By maintaining majority ownership and voting rights she decides when and for how much she sells Hiru for in the future. All for only her original investment dollars and drawing her salary the whole time for doing the work.
So that’s an interesting tweet thread that hasn’t been mentioned.

SQF from this facility transfers to new ownership?
If affirmative, can we use this certification for other facilities?

So you distrust these statements where she attests to the financials.

OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines (v3.1 June 24, 2021)
Traders and dilution sellers don’t care about audited financials they care about booking profits. All the audited financials in the world won’t help a billion shares taking profits at 50,100,200,300,400% etc. until they’ve gotten it out of their system.
Here’s a conservative pps model she could easily meet. $30 million run rate with 30% net earnings is $10 million over 1.8 billion shares is $0.00555 annual earnings per share. Put a conservative p/e multiple of 10X’s and it’s a $0.0555 stock. The revenue, net earnings and p/e multiple could all easily be higher. One day she will post what the market needs to see to run over the sub-penny traders.
Where is the source of this information please? “600m shares last time, only half was used for equipment”
Depends on how you interpret a poorly written answer imo.
@Hirucorpnew Replying to @AMPSInc1
Ask away, what dilution. Hit every projection and used shares to acquire machinery and companies no dilution
10:22 PM · Oct 10, 2022
Adding: assume she means they used shares for the equipment and did not use shares to acquire the plant in California. Bought that with bank financing or other than used shares to close the deal.
“New plant” = done deal imo.
Actually it’s in the math. You’re not my bro
Would nice but this is a $0.05 to $0.10 stock already and the sellers are too excited to make their bones under $0.008 so far. The stock needs 500k to a billion shares of buying to get a foothold over $0.02 but people don’t want to hear that.
Oh the humanity! 0.42% of the float traded today. Definitely something to be concerned with.
Not mine ‘cause I’m dumping everything before it goes to zero and I’d think you would be too.
She’s effectively said SQF is in the bag and Walmart and WSO production will follow. The problem is there will always be a ton of low average stock and sellers taking profits.
When SQF is done people will cry they don’t have enough lines until all five are in and then there’s not enough revenue until there is enough revenue. Next it will be but it’s not audited so it doesn’t count and when it’s audited the problem will be that it’s listed on the otc.
Lol yup “Hey Google!”. It’s a freaking automated water bottling operation so how much Food Safety concerns do you really think are involved?
“Assure that food has been produced, prepared and handled according to the most recognized standards”
Yup the water came out of the city tap and went into the sealed treatment and storage system, splashed into the bottle and the cap went on as it was dropping onto the pallet to get wrapped and shipped.
Yup looks pretty safe to me ,,carry on.
Well at least she defined soon as shortly! Shortly:
1) in or within a short time : soon
She likes to tweet on fridays and I was hoping she’d tweet out “hey we didn’t do anything stupid this week,, have a good weekend!”
Once burned twice shy is a heck of a drug.
Then you got your answer. Trade accordingly.
So be it.
If I had persistent questions about the veracity of statements by the ceo of a publicly traded company I would call or email the ceo directly or ask the question on the companies Twitter account.
Something doesn’t smell right. Somebody smells a tweet coming?
Yes it would be the best short term for current shareholders from a fiduciary aspect imo too but I figure ceo types egos and looking forward to obtaining financing, partner investors and eventually “product success” they will burn through replaceable stock to maintain the prestige listing. With no large block outside institutional ownership to influence decisions it’s at the mercy of the bod’s.
Once shareholders are this far underwater they vote for whatever lifeline is thrown their way.
Somebody on stocktwits posted this fwiw. Be interesting if they dropped to otc and avoided r/s and Nasdaq listing fees.

$KTRA hi, fellow investors I would like to share that I just finished a 30min zoom call with the CEO Mr.Hofman.
So, first of all, he is a great guy and seems to work in many directions for the company and the shareholders.
He believes that they are one of the only treatments left standing in the GCAR trails. He is reducing the cash burn rate to about 1M $ a month and has well enough for 1st Q 23 and will need about 9-10m$ to reach the finish line for GCAR results. there are risks and r/s may be in the cards, but also OTC is not a wrong place to rebuild since Inst are not in a habit to invest in 10 cents stocks.
I got a lot of confidence after talking to him (by the way, there is no 136m$ debt for the company as was misunderstood by another board. Its an accumulated loss). I will not sell my shares and will also add. Good luck to him and his staff and also to us.
There is a light at the end of this tunnel.
Thanks. Do you remember her talking about needing to up-list at $20 million revenue or did I make that up? Tia
Whenever it comes it will be interesting to see the price reaction from these levels. End of August it was poised at .008 for SQF/Walmart news. Between delay, dilution with terms unknown other than free trading and traders dumping to buy back lower it could be a less than spectacular reaction now.
On a different subject I believe she once said they would need to up-list from pink reporting ( to OTCQB I assume which would require audited financials ) when they had a $20 million run rate. I also assume that’s some mandatory rule of being on the pinks, under $20 million revenue. Am I remembering that correctly? I think you have a better tally on their revenue and wonder when do you see the revenue at that point? I feel it can’t be that far off and wonder if she is taking steps to get a CPA lined up and communicating with OTCMARKETS etc.
Hopefully I’m not imagining this and you remember as it came out during some reverse-split banter on the old Twitter account when she said it wouldn’t r/s for two or three years? Or when she ran $20 million revenue. Tia
trunalimunumaprzure!
Yeah there’s a lot of pathetic lows here that’s for sure
Lol good one. Me too actually. So it could be 2) “Very” Speedily, as soon as possible. That would definitely nail it down.
SQF~Soon,, Definition of soon
1 : without undue time lapse : BEFORE LONG
soon after sunrise
2 : in a prompt manner : SPEEDILY
as soon as possible
the sooner the better
no sooner said than done
3 : in agreement with one's choice or preference : WILLINGLY
I'd just as soon walk as drive
4 archaic : before the usual time
5 obsolete : at once : IMMEDIATELY
Words are fun huh?
88 has mentioned HIRU in past press releases but you knew that.
