I agree, it's always nice to see newbies. Welcome aboard gold_1625, snoy, caicos81, Aletheia1, and others.
Does anyone want to volunteer info on how and when you found WLSA?
I would also like to point out, that for the most part I was letting you do your thing... Until YOU got up into MY grill. So don't now start bitching that I'm calling you out.
You've probably said "It will run" at least a half-dozen times now. All I'm looking for is for you to support your assertion with something, anything, even if it's cut and paste. Because from what I've seen on the 5-year historical chart, this thing hasn't had a significant run in many years. But has lost over 99.9999999999999999% of its value (this is number is NOT an exaggeration).

organicmaniac has provided more information on this company in ONE of his posts than you have in EVERY one of yours ( http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64291632 ).
organicmaniac has NOT repeated the same inane statements over and over and over, then attacked anyone else who dares to repeat something once (or no times at all).
organicmaniac can handle himself in a debate... I partially suspect his "ZIPZ at .0002 NOW" statement is actually intended as bait to pull one of us into a conversation.
Or put simply... organicmaniac is NOT the same as you!
If you didn't follow my last post, let me dumb down the irony a bit for you:
If you don't care about a stock, and don't want to be burdened with any discussion of that stock... Then maybe you should stay away from a site that was designed specifically for discussing that stock...
To me, that would be a better solution than asking all the people that ARE interested in a discussion of the stock, to go away.
But maybe that's just me
chrisusm, this is in response to the private message you sent me:
You mentioned multiple times that you "dont care about the company"... You mentioned that you don't give "2 shits" about the company's R/S history... And you listed as your contributions: 1) that you informed us when "the bid is rising" and 2) that you are "waiting for a run".
Brilliant!
Given your response, I can say with almost certainty that: 1) I have been here much longer than you. 2) I am apparently more interested in this company's past and future than you are. 3) I have invested more time and money in this company than you have. 4) I have provided the board with more relevant information, extending beyond a report of share price. 5) I am enjoying our conversations a hell of a lot more than you are.
Given this... If you really have a problem with our little interactions... Then instead of asking ME to go away... Maybe YOU should consider moving your "This will run again" comments somewhere else.
Though you will be missed
I'm still waiting for you to accept my challenge... You claimed I "spout the same stuff over and over", but for some reason, are unwilling to back up your claim...
Fine... If that challenge is too hard for you, I have a new one for you...
I CHALLENGE YOU to find one post of yours where you provide anything of substance... All I see in your history is the same trite stuff spouted over and over. You've repeated yourself probably more than everyone else put together over the same period:
11 on bid! Bid is growing since last
No joke, it is called price manipulation. Someone
10 on the bid! People trying to get
9 on the bid at the end of
8 on bid this morning! Patience, bid building!
Agree! There were 7 on the bid today.
All I want is the pop, there will
I think the sell off was price manipulation
Looks like the 2nd volume surge! Looking good!
Looking the same to me 1 and 2's
Paid Pumpers bring the runs!! Runs make money!
Look people are in this to make money!
I haven't even gotten "a few cold calls and news alerts" from them, despite my requests to be added to their list...
And I agree everyone who questions why they were ever hired in the first place (not to mention the IR people JS hired before them). Why must JS make it so difficult for us to trust his managerial skills??? I really want to give the guy the benefit of the doubt... But it's hard when "doubt" is the only thing he gives us!
Well, I hope either Simmonds or our "IR" people do something soon. Not only are we not getting any new visibility, but are rapidly loosing the interest we once had... Down to 51 Boardmarks... We've lost five in just the past week or so.
Your confusion is understandable... Though I actually think the phrase "Things went swimmingly" implies that the latest developments were positive ones, not negative.
Does anyone know when NLI's "upcoming special-shareholders’-meeting" is? Or if it's even been scheduled?
They keep mentioning it... But it never seems to happen.
LOL... Too funny... OK, I agree that one probably shouldn't read too much into that $22.50 buy in... Keep us posted, if you make 100 more such buys... Maybe chrisusm should worry.
You contradict yourself... He is either in this for some paltry salary... Or he is in it to make some serious money... I tend to think he is in it for the latter...
And even if that serious money is based on some "ponzi scheme"... What you fail to recognize... Is that the people who are in on the scheme first often make a considerable amount of money... And most people here (with the possible exception of you) purchased a significant number of shares at or below the level that Simmonds did... Meaning there is likely money to be made for those who took a chance.
No?
I feel silly for even mentioning this... But there's also that possibility that Simmonds legitimately wants to get this thing up and running with enough steam to make AMEX or NASDAQ. Even if these people are known for pump&dump operations doesn't necessarily mean their expertise is limited to pump&dump operations.
In any case, I agree with you... There should be a way for us to make money in this as well... If we play our cards right.
As to what the optimal play is... Your guess is as good as mine.
Well... If Simmonds wants it to rain... Then who am I to say anything but... Let it rain!
The only trick is to get out before the flood.
At the risk of sounding "facile", I'm siding with wlsapope on this... In that that may be kind of the point.
Again, thanks. This makes things more interesting. What other companies have brought these people together?
And what brings you here? Have you been following this group, or have you been following WLSA?
I too could not find any connection between Peter Shoniker, and the company. Would you mind elaborating on how he's related to Simmonds? Links or references would be great. Thanks.
If my statement was "rather facile", it was intentionally so... Because I'd rather not think about what's really causing these delays...
And don't worry about being "harsh" to me... I think I've been an ass to pretty much everyone here.
Senior ranks? What position, head janitor? I'm not sure that qualifies you...
I don't mean to be insulting, but sometimes you say the craziest damn things...
But don't get me wrong, I realize I say some crazy things too...
The only difference being... Your assertion that you're some sort of chosen infallible one.
To be clear... I'm NOT here to "save" anyone!!! I couldn't care less about you idiots! I've already told you why I'm here, and I'm not going away.
In response to my no-bid statement, you claim that I spout the same stuff over and over... I CHALLENGE YOU to find one other post of mine where I mention they are headed to no-bid!!!... People may have said that, but those people weren't me!
I only mentioned no-bid because organicmaniac claimed that he was able to purchase at .0001. In my experience, they don't start releasing shares at the bid unless demand at the ask has dropped off.
Your buy order at .0001 just executed?
That isn't a good sign... Suggests no-bid is just around the corner.

During the month of May, Management has been focusing on the restructuring of its financial affairs and has been contemplating changing its business operations in order to continue in the waste-to-energy sector.
In a press release dated May 9, 2011, the Company announced that it would not be able to file its audited financial statements, management discussion and analysis and CEO/CFO certifications (the “Annual Filings”) for the year ended December 31, 2010 on or before the prescribed deadline of May 2, 2011.
On May 9, 2011, the Ontario Securities Commission (“OSC”) issued a temporary cease trade order (“CTO”) due to the Company’s delay in issuing its Annual Filings. On May 20, 2011, the OSC replaced the temporary CTO by issuance of a permanent CTO thereby prohibiting all trading in the securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect, until the order is revoked by the Director. The Company and its auditors, Deloitte LLP, are working diligently on finalizing the Annual Filings and intend to issue them as soon as possible.

Good executives don't give a rat's ass about stock price
Although, I am still hopeful that these delays are intentional and strategic... That Simmonds is waiting until the perfect moment to release the floodgates... If Simmonds is planning to create an event where we rocket from 10-cents to several dollars, that's the kind of thing that could make our name known world-wide.
My thoughts exactly! The best way to fully capture this market is to have people recognize our name... And that will never happen as long as we are stuck in pinkyland and mired in confusion over our direction and future!
It sounds like Canada is making a big push toward encouraging energy-efficient upgrades...
If I ever criticized our purchase of Enwise, I take everything back...
We could not have timed that purchase any better!
And the same goes for our purchase of Innovative Solutions! It is only a matter of time before energy-efficient upgrades are mandatory for businesses and possibly everyone.
Edit: Oh, I remember him now:
Mr. Ross E. Hill has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Vertility Technology Corporation with effect from March 17, 2011. Mr. Hill has a reputation as a Senior Executive in both the Public and Private sectors for over 30 years, with most recent position as Senior Vice President of Finance for Canada's Business Process Outsourcing Company.

Canadian rebate programs aim to reduce utility loads
Canada recently introduced the next phase of its economic action plan and federal budget, including a $400 million allocation for the ecoENERGY Retrofit Program to help make homes more energy efficient with the use of energy-efficient water heaters, furnaces, air conditioners and insulation products.
The program helps home owners lower the cost of utilities if they upgrade their inefficient equipment and gets them rebates for doing so. Rebates of up to $5,000 are available for homeowners who make energy-efficient upgrades to their homes. Energy audits are performed by Enwise Building Science to assess the air leakage of a house. The home then receives an EnerGuide rating--both pre and post--showing improvement in the overall efficiency of a house.
"The program will be undergoing some changes in the future which will make the energy audit more accurate as it will take in to account exact energy usage of all appliances, lights, etc., in the house," Ross Hill, Chief Operating Officer of Vertility Technology, said in an interview with FierceEnergy.
The program aims to reduce utility loads, especially at peak times, and provides partnership opportunities between the private sector and utilities. "If the private sector creates the achieved level of conservation, infrastructure costs reduce dramatically," said Hill. "It is far better to conserve than spend on new infrastructure."

I'd be willing to bet that JS and friends have laughed at the irony... That part of the reason they were able to accumulate so many shares at such cheap prices... Is because of the work you've done here.
And come to think about it... I doubt I would've purchased a quarter of a million additional shares... If you didn't help push this below 4-cents... So the way I see it, the only reason I'm well in the green now, is partially because of your work. ... And for every 10-cents that this goes up from here, $25,000 of my profits can be partially attributed to you.
Just out of curiosity, after all the work you have put into WLSA, how much do you make for every dime this goes up? I hope you didn't do something silly, like selling your entire investment here, so you could put everything into silver... Right before the silver market collapsed.
Why would it execute?
Yes the combined entity certainly makes the whole thing more convenient to the average person.
And, I agree. There is tons of government money available for a company like ours, especially if we have people in our staff with connections... Which we do... Hey Senator McCain, remember when I saved your life?... How about hooking us up there in Arizona.
There are dozens of forums mentioning Enwise at that site. Register and run a search if you are interested. Here's just a few:

Just from what I have gathered from chat sites, Enwise is one of the larger, but newer companies in the business. It also sounds like Enwise is one of the few to offer both audit and installation services.

Here's a handful of companies offering similar products:
Big Orange Store
The EX company
Gas company that knocks at your door
Airworks
Aire One
G Force Air
Mr. Tankless
Sears
Natural Choice
Simmonds sure seemed to have impeccable timing on the acquisition of the Enwise divisions... Scooping up the company during that brief window of uncertainty on the government subsidies program. I agree that the latest news is huge for us, even if "the market" isn't knowledgeable enough to recognize it yet...
A key to successful investing (sun, I'm talking to you), if you're the type of investor who bases your decisions solely on the market's response to a given event... Then you're the type of investor who will ultimately find yourself mourning your losses on some chat-board somewhere...
It's good to see a PR that confirms we own both divisions of Enwise:
"Enwise Homes Services Inc. and Enwise Building Sciences Inc., subsidiary companies of Wireless Age"
This is something that was discussed by us previously: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=62608485
But never (that I've seen) confirmed formally by the company until now.
So again, yes, there are positive things happening behind the scenes, even if the company hasn't publicized every one of them in a PR.
By the way, I think nearly all of us have been stuck here five years or more, and I don't think there's any debate over whether or not JS behaves to satisfy his own best interests...
The only question at this point is, whether or not it would benefit JS most to raise the share price from here... And given the number of shares he and his "friends" now owns (partially thanks to sun), I'm thinking that yes, now's the time we see if JS can do again, what he has done with other companies in the past... Which is to lay the foundation to build WLSA into a billion dollar company.
If sun's motivation is to get even with Mr. S... Then sun truly IS an idiot... I hardly see how working to reduce the share price and providing JS with opportunities to acquire even cheaper shares, does anything but HELP JS dilute out the common shareholder.
Sun, maybe if you weren't hitting the Koolaid so hard, you would see that it was YOU kneeling under Simmonds desk this whole time.
Looks like JS is giving people one last chance to get in cheap... Before WLSA heads back to 15c
This is a chance for the winners to win... And the whiners to whine.
I suspect that even if people knew of an approximate timeframe of when Simmonds was planning on publicizing his projects, they wouldn't tell you... Since if they were off by even a day, you would never let them live it down.
