I know a few here that I think are holding that amount of shares. I'm holding quite a bit of shares too (a secret i don't want to reveal). And I'm playing long. GL!
I see 1 share buy at $150 at 12:18PM
Wish you lots of luck.

Today $100 price for SECI beats all time high when SECI was trading in the Pink OTC.
New 52 week High $100.00
One is better than none. You'll need to raise your price higher. I'm waiting for the BIG BUCKS.
Don't tell me you buy some SECI way back.
I'll sell a bit at $3,000, with regret. I'm in for long.
" I gotta a feeling" lots of Millionaires & Multi-Millionaires will be made in SECI.
Pericles P. DeAvila, CEO of SECI, is also a Shareholder who owns 11.39K shares. What he gets, shareholders get.

What Is a Shareholder?
"A shareholder, also referred to as a stockholder, is a person, company, or institution that owns at least one share of a company’s stock, which is known as equity. Because shareholders are essentially owners in a company, they reap the benefits of a business’ success. These rewards come in the form of increased stock valuations, or as financial profits distributed as dividends".

That's great. The last SECI share structure I saw was on 10/29/20. The ball is rolling to BIG BUCKS.

I fully agree.
JUSTICE MATTERS #SECI
We'll have to wait and see in Nov 2020 filing to see what Pericles, CEO of SECI considers BIG Bucks.

Good man! We accept your apology. :)
A friend settled a lawsuit with an Insurance company for $690,000 after 3 to 4 years. First, they offered him $100,000 to settle out of court. He refused. The Insurance company offered him multiple times, until $690,000. He accepted the $690,000, and the case was dismissed. I guess the Insurance Company did not want to appear in court. He had a very good case.
My friend's only regret was that he didn't ask for $1,000,000.
Put yourself in Pericles, CEO of SECI, shoes: After 11 years of going through hell with the defendant, would you ask for little bucks, or Big Bucks?
No way Jose! You'd want the biggest, baddest BIG BUCKS.
Absolutely! :)
Pericles, CEO of SECI, wanted Big Bucks for 11 years. After 11 years, the Defendant agreed to his demands. He settled and no more Lawsuit.
I love it. Plain & Simple! :)
$$$$ SECI
" While there may be some outstanding paperwork to complete, it means that all parties have come to some type of agreement to no longer pursue or defend the lawsuit". This can occur with or without a judge".
Pericles (CEO of SECI) has been saying it for 11 years. He wants what is owed to SECI. And that is BIG BUCKS! Plain & Simple

What does the words " settled and dismissed with prejudice"?
" First, when a case is marked, "settled", it means essentially that the case is finalized. While there maybe some outstanding paperwork to complete, it means that all parties have come to some type of agreement to no longer pursue or defend the lawsuit. This can occur with or without a judge."
" In addition, the court will dismiss or finalize a lawsuit by stating that is "with prejudice" or "without prejudice". When as a case is marked, "dismissed with prejudice", it means that the action needs to be done for good. This type of ruling means the case is finalized and that no claims arising from the same action can be brought before the court again in a lawsuit.

GO # SECI. The Defendant gave Pericles, or SECI what he asked for( "all parties have come to some type of agreement to no longer pursue or defend the lawsuit"). We all know What Pericles or SECI wants after 11 years: And that is MONEY . BIG BUCKS $$$$
I gotta feeling SECI is going to create lots of Multi-Millionaires. Hold on folks it's going to be a ride of the century. And Pericles will tell us all about it in November.
Another 52 Week High of $60.00
A new 52 week high of $51.00 has arrived
Yes, I know you love that $3270/share settlement. But if it's way, way more, wouldn't you be happy? :)
No proof, someone stated that on this board last week before we knew about a settlement was reached. We'll have to wait and see next month if he was right.
$10 Billion , that's $32,703.46 a share that Pericles rejected. Yep, that's what we heard. Looks as if Pericles wanted more, and defendant accepted. We'll have to wait and see the Nov. SEC filing next month to see if that was correct.
Don't tell me Judge Kara Pettit did not exist. Oh my!
Today last day of trading in October. Next month is November. Nice!

$10 Billion he rejected for the settlement, you said. We'll see if you right.
including me.
His post did scare many because they knew he was Pro SECI. I'm still holding mine. Let's hope those who sold can get back in.
Amazing! I thought they would've waited after the trial to settle. Now we wait.
Thanks Stockfan100, I'm in till the end. Yes, you did predict a settlement.
I guess we will have to wait for NOV 2020 SEC filings. As far I can see, Insiders haven't sold their shares.
