Bearish Death Cross coming next week:
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/will-facebooks-third-ever-death-cross-be-the-charm-for-bears-2018-04-12
How you figure they're getting "cranked"? What do they have to get cranky about when the naked ones' shares don't really exist, are Not reported and they have nothing to cover nor lose?
I share this sentiment 100% and it's refreshing to see that you posted what is obviously your honest sentiment....and also consistent with what you just exchanged with the smaller more intimate audience as well:)
Agreed. Like when people post statements such as....
"The Deal was made last June and you must hold and buy all you can afford so you won't miss the epic parabolic run."
And...
"You will see .045 in a few weeks."
And...
"Takeover will occur Friday."
Yes, that's definitely fake news.
If any of that happens,
it's purely coincidental.
.
Only common theme on a few message boards with smaller audiences is equally distributed between groups who:
(1) Gather, share and save evidence. Discuss possible scenarios based on filings and past history.
(2) Fabricate pumps and determine which user will post the pump on larger forums in a futile attempt to drive the pps beyond the cumpany-orchestrated manipulation of the pps.
That is my personal observation of common themes within smaller groups.
.
Do you seriously think iHub discussion board controls the DCTH pps?
A few users here sharing ideas, DD and positive/negative sentiment related to such
at best.
A few users who bash or pump thinking that it actually affects pps at worst.
Nonsense.
But good luck.
I would welcome any
substantially positive news.
Heck, I'd welcome just a reply from them that says "we can't comment on that at this time."
But still, nothing.
And yet, I do hope for the best even tho hope is not a strategy.
I've requested that info. Still awaiting promised responses.
Yes, "any" info/PR from delcath, regardless of whether positive or negative, would be "nice".
More importantly, it would be "ethical".
.
Shorts do not have to cover shares that do Not exist and are Not reported.
Post some semblance of supportive evidence for your June pump...at least something that will allow others to verify that your pump is based on something even "somewhat" factual.

Yes, I am and have been but, as we all know, "investor relations" never responds, not even in vague generalities (which they cab and are obligated to do).
Nevertheless, the communications have been read and duly noted as such
by us for the
record.
.
That theory doesn't work because this reply and 3 other replies relating to same inquiry was specifically in response to clinical trial:
NCT02678572, PHP-OCM-301, Percutaneous Hepatic Perfusion vs Best Alternative Care in Patients With Hepatic-dominant Ocular Melanoma
They referrenced "Chemosat" in response to this inquiry.
They're the "experts" on what they do and do not offer.
They did offer me trials unrelated to Delcath product.
Clinical Trials. Thoughts?
Does the below reply bode
well, bad or neither?
As of, at least, last Friday, this facility was listed as offering Chemosat clinical trials.
After inquiring, this reply was received.
(Waiting on them to verify why no longer offered)
Email response:
Thank you for reaching out to the University of Chicago Medicine. I received your message that you are inquiring about clinical trials for liver cancer. Unfortunately, we do not offer the “Chemosat” trial. We do offer other clinical trials and treatment for liver cancer, and I can assist you with meeting with our liver cancer specialist here if you’re interested.
We would need to know what kind of treatment there has been previously, recent lab work and scans (CT and/or MRI), as that can be a factor to whether or not he/she would be eligible for a trial.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Thank you,
Katelyn

There cannot be a crisis
next week;
my schedule is already full.

Missing links of his dodgy, misleading testimony:
https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/fact-checker/wp/2018/04/13/fact-checking-mark-zuckerbergs-testimony-on-facebook-and-data-collection/
.
Very Interesting, especially in light of recent filings.
.
It's great to check-in and see that some have been able to successfully flip and recover some losses or hopefully even make some profit here.
Hope the seasoned momo traders are able to beat the shorts and eke-out yet
another edge;
hope the ones who've been able to average-down can get some relief before the inevitable implosion.
This stock has already become a cautionary tale to so many investors - experienced as well as novice ones.
I expect it will, one day,
go down in history as a cautionary trading-tale for all.
.
I'm out for the night.
Sleep on this....
Why don't you stop pumping long enough to take a dose of reality and "realize" that there's a very good chance, based on a year's worth of collected evidence, that this company very well may not have the potential that your scripted pumps portray it to have.
Good night.
.
Quickly, I've searched it every way possible and elsewhere. I spoken and corresponded directly with each and every facility.
Time to cook supper and will be back with more responses from clinics and interpretations later.
Made no sense. And you can't ignore me. I'm everywhere you are. Lol
The responses I'm receiving say it much better.
Very telling of character when you oppose any type of evidence, whether screenshot, audio, correspondence, etc just because it conflicts with your own orchestrated
"exchanged" agenda.
Kinda funny. Kinda sad.
It is of no consequence to me
.
Here's one link, not the only one, but the status of the trials indicated on 2 pages in 1 thru 18 trials, has changed just since yesterday...OmG. Thank god I screenshotted it yesterday...crap!
I'm corresponding with All of them regarding definitive meaning of reason for termination/withdrawn, etc.
One that indicated "recruiting" sent me 3 apologizing that study no longer available.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?cond=Liver&term=Melphalan+hydrochloride&cntry=US&state=&city=&dist=
I'll withhold any "speculation" until I get definitive statements from the clinicians as to "why" certain trials were "suspended" and/or are "no longer recruiting"
So far, the only 3 clinical trials that have responded positive in as "currently accepting enrollment" have been for H-D Ocular Melanoma.
None for "liver" cancer/Chemosat.
I sent 15 requests and, for some reason (perhaps coincidental), not one of them began replying until 5:35am Monday morning just before release of
SEC filings.
.
Clinical trials update:
Hepatic-dominant Ocular Melanoma.
So far, out of 15 inquiries, reaching out to all
U.S. Trial-facilities
that I've found,
I've received 3 responses saying
"Recruitment being accepted for Hepatic-dominant Ocular Melanoma.
That's encouraging.
I hope.
.
BTW, thank you for Bruce Lee. He's on the wall beside Rocky in my boxing room.
Try to remember that quote.
More delcath info will be shared
upon receipt....
perhaps.....
You're welcome.
I've no interest in violins.
Umm, is Brisco "exchanging" fire with me via that gif on the other board?
Now, That's screenshot-worthy.
Thanks!
Got calls to make.
More links later.
I see the posted link you shared.
I missed it the first time;
I apologize.
However, you told people that I responded to it and I hadn't.
That being said, I see no real correlation between this and the responses I'm receiving.
I'm going to find a link to share with You regarding current clinical trials.
Be patient....I have it saved.
Easily googleable, tho...
Be back soon as I can.
Everything is screenshotted, including the unsubstantiated pumping and bashing.
Why did you just post elsewhere that you shared "that link" on iHub and that I agreed with it?
You didn't. I've not seen it "exchanged" on This board.
If you have good positive evidence-links, post it.
Something factually positive would been outstanding.
(If you Have already posted it here and I missed it, I apologize)
.
.
Again, To be very clear to you, Pitch and your group. Stop telling them that my contact informed me that "FDA suspended trial".
I said Nothing about the FDA nor have I been in contact
with FDA.
You have the same option to contact the facilities as do I.
BTW, at least one facility has now responded saying that enrollment was indeed open for
Patients With Hepatic-dominant Ocular Melanoma.
That is somewhat positive.
Excuse me, but please don't immediately spread misinformation to other boards mistating my message.
What I "exchanged" here, if you'll look thru my posts, was.....
"At least Some facilities have suspended clinical trials, others have not yet responded, but All have promised to respond."
And I said Nothing at all about FDA approval nor disapproval.
Spread my words accurately if you choose to spread them.
I can see what y'all are saying. Lol. OmG.
You're welcome, but tell it right.
Thank you.
I've no problem at all with positive sentiment based on some semblance of past or present evidence.
I just personally see nothing positive although I continue to look for something positive.
I would love to see something substantially positive.
Is that positive enough?
.
There's no way I can know the definitive answer to that.
I can only say that I'm concerned because I'm getting responses saying "sorry, Chemosat trial suspended".
Still waiting on responses and explanations from other facilities who've promised me an answer.
Not "closed" Super;
"suspended".
Call them. Call all the clinics in the U.S. that are listed as trial facilities.
I have No "insider" info. I have the same info available to the general public.
General info about clinical trials is indeed available to the public or they wouldn't continue to respond to my requests.
Give it a try.
I'll go toe to toe with you on DD and Evidence any time you please.
And, BTW....
I'm in your group
3 responses from clinicians telling me trials are suspended is not "ignoring facts"
on my part. You're ignoring facts if you disregard that info or don't pick up the phone or pen or stylus and check it out yourself.
Yes, I have an agenda.
Mine is the same as yours but goes a step beyond my own little world;
I intend to see charges pressed.
Intent to pump is definitely being orchestrated amongst a minimum of 4 users who "exchange" pump ideas on another board before they come here to post it.
Sharing fact-based
positive/negative sentiment is not pumping/bashing.
Telling someone to Buy buy buy on baseless claims with no supporting evidence is pumping.
Telling someone to Sell sell sell without offering supportive evidence is bashing.
Here's something you
can look into:
Why have at least some (if not more) of the facilities in U.S. suspended Chemosat
clinical trials?
.
