Makes sense they could not reply sooner. Too busy putting out a fire. Next step would be to pay off Transfer Online. That would clear the path for a cash dividend (hehe).
Just received this in an email from Aquagold CEO, Domingo Silvas III:
"As far as people believing me to be in any shape or form related to Da Silva, well it is not true. I have never met him or seen him before. He is not a relative or even any way near my family tree."
That's funny, lab. But there are plenty of shares available right now at .006 if you are a buyer like me.
If it ain't lookin' good, you should be selling, and that's okay. I'll take those shares at these levels since I have a four to six month outlook before I sell any of my shares. It wasn't lookin' good last January when we were at .0005, but just see where we are now. This is a multi-bagger for those who have the patience.
Today's PR was prepared before the USCF events of this weekend. We should get another PR, maybe two, this week.
I'd like to see them update the website too with pictures from those festivities.
I opened a position in EVRM this past week beginning at .036. My decision was based on how the chart is setting up as well as on the news of their acquisition of a major stake in STS.
In terms of fundamentals, I was wondering if EVRM or STS has actual revenues at this point or if they are still in the developmental stage. I was also wondering whether someone could provide a link to any of EVRM's recent consolidated financial statements?
In relation to the government contracts mentioned in the I-box, it appears that STS and thus EVRM are participating as team players. Does anyone have an idea what percentage of the total contract amounts might be picked up by our company?
Thank you in advance.
Richard Nixon was the President who opened up trade relations between China and the U.S. in the modern age. He is no longer with us so he is being honored by having his son-in-law represent him.
I wonder what happened to Henry Kissinger? The big news is that Marco Hassoun, one of the co-founders of Aquagold International, is a scheduled speaker at the event. That will be huge for our business relationships in China.
Aquagold pure Canadian spring water IS inedible, but the success of this small company is "inevitable." (I think that's the word he was looking for).
A skilled investor would see the potential here with a $197M contract with China, sponsorship of the USCF events this weekend, the UN Pavillion 2010 EXPO in Shanghai, the Aquagold Superface Competition, expansion of the sales force and much, much more.
Those who live in the past cannot see the bright future of this company.
I hope you come to the next shareholders meeting so you can confront Mr. Domingo Silvas face to face with your accusations.
With accrual accounting, they will show accounts receivable and inventory as well -- bottled water waiting to be shipped.
But there's nothing like showing a profit, which will reduce the deficit in retained earnings (around $2M), giving the balance sheet a much healthier look. And then of course there's that cash balance of $900 from the last quarter to keep an eye on. Should be at least five figures by now.
Depending on how they do their accounting, we could see a large figure on their balance sheet for accounts receivable
at the end of the third quarter. That would take into account orders delivered that have not yet been paid for.
This is taking time, but it will be worth the wait.
I hope we see the start of a revenue stream reported in the third quarter financials, but it's the fourth quarter income statement that will blow the lid off of this thing. I've been slowly and steadily accumulating Aquagold shares with that in mind.
AQUI will be a monster in 2010!
No shares available at .0065.
Aquagold has come a long way since sending a container of its water for humanitarian purposes to China in the old bottles with the old labels. Now we are a sponsor of the USCF festival with Henry Kissinger as the guest of honor and our product is going to be featured in the United Nations Pavillion at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai.
This has got to be the turnaround story of the year!
Publicity from this weekend's activities as a sponsor of the USCF event at Lincoln Center will give us a big boost.
I agree. It's just as easy to write something positive as it is to post negative comments, so why not write something that will be advantageous to the company's pps and also benefit all shareholders? Driving down the Company's share price at the expense of others is nothing worth taking credit for.
Aquapower -- just wanted to say how much I appreciate your T/A.
Sorry to disappoint you, but there will be no R/S. Management has said they are satisfied with the current share structure.
As far as the latest PR is concerned, the Company is interested in making the best possible arrangement to secure its shipping schedule for the future expansion of sales and deliveries throughout Asia. Of course, they are also interested in increasing profitability, and a long term contract with an international shipping company will permit them to get the best possible price per container.
This development is another sign of the company's strength, the vision of its management team, and their astute sense of doing business with the aim of increasing shareholder value.
I'm happy to see Aquagold sharing this kind of information with us. Those who try to turn this into something negative
have no idea how a business is run.
Nice to see the website is being updated regularly -- management related information and the Shanghai 2010 World
Expo contract are now featured there.
I'm in this for the long term, so I'm looking for higher and higher support levels.
Nice close to end the week at .01 with RSI breaking into the power zone. Go AURC!
This is set for a run up like the one we saw at the end of July. We just need some substantial news to hit the wires.
Management is satisfied with the current share structure. I understand your fear, litar, but there will be no R/S.
Revenues from sales will be coming in soon, and we're talking about millions of dollars each quarter, and that's just the beginning. Aquagold is legit, and with Domingo Silvas at the helm, they have not done anything except carry on their business activity with the utmost honesty and integrity.
Just read the PR's. There is no reason to be negative at this point.
I like your optimism, wolf.
Last trade was at .0095 -- AURC moving up.
This event at Lincoln Center, just ten days away, will be huge for Aquagold! What a great photo op! I can't wait to see pictures of bigwigs like Henry Kissinger quenching their thirst with Aquagold premium bottled spring water.
And to be featured at the United Nations Pavillion at the Shanghai World's Fair is amazing!!!
Two giant steps forward for Aquagold, and this is just the beginning.
I'd like to hear from the company (officially) what their relationship is with Stargold, Zoloto Ventures and anyone else who has hinted at a possible JV with Aurus/Krong.
The fall has begun, and I heard there would be a shareholders meeting in the fall. Anyone have any details?
Whatever went on in the past, it had nothing to do with Domingo Silvas, the new CEO. Whatever happened in the past and whoever was to blame has no bearing on the future of this company. Mr. York Tang is an upright kind of guy, and he is the one making all of the connections in China. If there were any corruption at the top of AQUI, he would have been long gone. Instead, he is right there increasing the sales force and taking the Aquagold brand to the Chinese public.
There are naysayers coming to this board, but they have no vision of things yet to come. They are playing some kind of blame game to lower the morale of current shareholders.
Pizzabuster, we like your positive input. Please continue to share your insight with the rest of us.
AQUI will hopefully show its strength as we approach the USCF event in the first week of October. Being a sponsor of such a highly visible event should attract new investor interest. We should also have more news by then regarding shipments already expedited to China, and perhaps some reports on how the Chinese elite are appreciating our product. Go Aquagold!
No personal attacks, please.
Had to add some at this unbeatable price.
Wallymac -- Is it possible that corporate officers are selling their own shares to get cash to invest back into the business? What do you think of that possibility?
I wonder if Aquagold will bring some of the contestants from the Superface competition in China to this event at Avery Fisher Hall in NYC. That would certainly stir up some interest.
I can't wait to see Henry Kissinger drinking Aquagold premium bottled spring water at Lincoln Center in a little more than two weeks.
I believe the share price of AQUI is going to respond to actual revenues from sales in China. I agree, Ernie, that most of us are interested in the long term prospects here.
If the Company continues to execute its business plan over the next five years, there is no limit to where the share price could be by then.
Watching the share price fluctuate by tenths of a penny is giving me eye strain. It's the story behind this company that's got the sizzle. The pps will follow Aquagold International's natural growth of production, marketing and sales as we go forward. Domingo Silvas has done this before and is the right man to take this company to new heights. Once the production and shipment schedules are set, we will soon be delivering up to eight containers monthly, and that's just to comply with the first contract for 4.32 million bottles, or 100 containers, in one year.
This is going to take some patience. The AQUI following and investor base has to grow. That will come in time. For now, let's enjoy watching D. Silvas work his magic. The last company he managed went from revenues of $1,000 per month to $10M annual sales in its third year. He will do as good a job turning AQUI around. I'm expecting to see $10M in sales between now and June 30, 2010.
We'd be more impressed if you could make your point AND make money at the same time.
Hey, Steven -- Sorry, but we can't discuss other companies on the AQUI thread or post links that divert attention to those other opportunities. That can be done by private message between I-hub members or by private email. Please check the PM I sent you.
