no one believes the pied piper anymore imo well maybe a few flippers
Wasn't that wonderful!!!!!
Eli Lilly and Dr Menon. etc
maybe the added a "cushion" to cover the possible drop outs or they wanted more patients in the group with the largest dose.
thanks. does that mean the interim results are moved to third quarter
you would think that someone would ask Leo and clear this up about interim results. NAH that's too easy
Do you suppose those trial sites in Texas are still functioning? Someone should ask Leo
GEEZ he sure must have fooled that old "dummy that developed the successful treatment for childhood leukemia dr Frei.
Dr Menon without batting an eye gave up 1/2 his holdings so as not to delay the use of K for ovarian cancer.
I believe that if Dr Menon was solely in charge we would all have made 1/2 the money possible but people who needed them would have the medicine. How many toddlers eyeballs could have been saved?
PS i do not believe what you said about Kard.
I know why those business leaders are walking out of the conference in DC even the big pharma.
Trump just let it rip. even the pundits on TV were laughing. I'll bet the drug trade gets cleaned up. Look out everybody. it will help us.
Apologies if this is OT
Looks like investors do not believe his wonderfulness. Wonder why that is.

yes a number of us have been here a long time. i invested mar 11 2011 . if i had known mr dodgeball's plans i would have waited. my first warning was misleading on P53 around 4th cohort my second was P plans yanked at the last minute. hope he is too well known by now to pull a third.
n recent months, the number of study sites in the OM trial has been increased and enrollment is accelerating. Cellceutix has moved through this trial methodically, waiting to increase trial sites to conserve capital until research provided additional support to the potential of the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties of the drug candidate. As we saw signs of patient benefits in our open label UP/UPS trial, we started increasing the number of sites in the OM trial to hasten progression. Now that supportive data have been collected, efforts to expedite enrollment even faster are being implemented. In 2015, Cellceutix’s Brilacidin was granted FDA Fast-Track designation for the OM indication. Should the study conclude with similar results to those of the preliminary interim, we intend to seek FDA Breakthrough Therapy designation. Cellceutix expects the OM trial to be completed in 2017.
Didn't one of the company PRs say the company would seek breakthrough status if results after 36 participants were good?
Seems to me we were waiting for 36 participants for that reason.
There was a big pharma (I think pfizer) that had a huge trial going on for OM. it shut down and released
hundreds of potential sites for OM recruitment. My memory no longer is as good as it once was.
not confined by the company maybe but was following Kristine Mcgigan's blog for quite some time and I think it was the J & J facility right outside of beverly. but no matter - somebody got the device stuff and it has been a long time with no results reported.
what do you suppose happened to all that B that was formulated to treat knee replacement devices .
do they still get infections. J & J was conducting the test. J & J came back for some more B a long long time ago.
i am sure those waiting for help with ovarian cancer, toddlers having there eyeballs removed, suffering through horrendous difficulties with muscositis appreciate his wonderfulness' business plan.
the brinkmanship between ONE deal and finances is thrilling to watch.
imo
i meant to say that it doesn't look like anyone is clamoring to make a deal with IPIX as the SP stays in the seller in spite of all the hip hp hoo raying over successful trials.
and you like that?
all those CDA people must be impressed. imo
I don't know if this is old news but I count 16 locations for OM trial. I think that means a recent add on. If so OM trial must be progressing. I hope so for those poor souls (including toddlers among the sufferers not the participants).
SP is low imo because investors can't be certain the CEO is going to do what he says he is going to do.
We are not told if circumstances changed and caused this. imo
not a tough enough board to represent shareholders imo.
for sure aruda since you were right about him the last time LOL
I just know that one of these days someone like you is bound to be right.
one of the OM sites is not yet recruiting
Pittsburgh i believe
by now leo etal should know hw K is doing. they have info on some of the tumors being treated. no hoopla so far about that.
The name change suggest to me that the company wants to be able to (use or control) in the future any new uses that could be derived from P (acne etc) and B (all the uses have been hinted at but not tested).
in other words - to be a Regeneron
Think Regeneron.

#5 completion is very good news. todays activity imo did not reflect this. why not i wonder. will tomorrow be different. i wonder why the board did not discuss this #5 at length. how did so many people miss this. hmmmm. why isn't the board discussing this now. Gabel has been following #3 and #5 assiduously. somehow this was forced. glad it was. i didn't have that in mind but more than glad that it happened. wonder what else is still to be revealed if we only know how to force it.
thanks for the info. what about #3. and I don't know when they did #5. not to bother. maybe we will get FULL report on 5 this week. but maybe not. depends on ------.
The likelihood of good news is great. The trials keep going forward. 'the problem re the release imo is that "his wonderfulness" keeps trying to time the market instead of releasing a steady stream of good reports or observations. He also (again imo) ought to release when he observes s it because people are enduring horrendous conditions and anything he can do to speed up relief should be done even at the
possibility of lower financial gain.
he keeps saying SH will take care of itself - well SP moves on results. He has to know how B-OM is doing, P is doing and the mother of all horrendous diseases Ovarian Cancer is doing by now. Don't hide things like he did with K.
Has anyone contacted his wonderfulness Leo to tell him the dates at clinical trials.gov have not been updated since March and April. Anyone logging on sees this first. It looks like nothing has happened for a long time. Sloppy. By now he has got to know a lot about B-OM. f he could take a minute and reflect upon those poor souls and get them some help even if it means not maximizing profits.
I believe her CA number went up and her oncologist recommended she discontinue participating in the trail. It has been awhile and I wonder if D knows what happened to her.
and this takes a year? they have to know a lot by now and leo is not under an agreement where he can't disclose publicly Dr Menon's observations or Dr B.

ovarian cancer drug
Please tell CTIX to upgrade history of changes and date
yep that's what they said. i think they were being polite.
The U of Bologna probably dropped out when they learned that K P53 activity leveled off. We were not told for some time either. When I see a deal like the one just posted, I wonder what we don't know.
