Where's your response to Q, Mary? What is your opinion on the current debt situation?
They have BILLED a lot of money, actually receiving it is the problem. Listen, I hope for all our sakes Steve drops a hydrogen bomb on us and let's this thing run.
But you have to ask yourself as these -20% days continue, will the pps EVER bounce back??
No you need to step outside the church of Steve and look at the PPS. Where has he been? What has he been doing? No one knows but we are bleeding money with no end in sight. I have been burned by R/S's in the past and this is starting to look EXACTLY like those did.
No I think we are more concerned about the present, like how all our money is swirling down the toilet right now. And then once the R/S comes, it will all flush.
You just proved my point, you are trying your hardest to slow the knife down. I didn't even say I agreed with ANYONE I was just stating what I saw. Your response is exactly what I was talking about, no proof just saying the other side is wrong.
The more I keep seeing "buy the dip", "grab the cheapies" the more worried I'm getting. No one is even trying to refute you or Q anymore. They just say you are wrong with no proof.
You might want to hold off on those statements. If Steve can't land a big contract or two very soon, this a falling knife scenario with a R/S at the bottom waiting.
$85k worth, that should take a big chunk out of the debt.
Wow personal attack much? How about you leave my personal life out of this. If you can please stay professional.
Well that's your opinion Berd, I choose to believe Steve about certain things. I've learned not to trust him about audits though :)
There's so much potential here people get caught up only thinking of the future of this company. It takes ample time and leg work to get to that point. Instant gratification society.
At these prices I would bet almost every one of the negative sentiment users on here are loading up as well. Pink sheets are always a risk, but this one actually has a product worth getting behind. And it's a part of only one of the six arms!
Just waiting on my funds to clear and I'll be grabbing a few million more shares.
We can argue semantics but the bottom line is that Ford and BMW asked for changes, some were made easy others are still in process. The very fact they didn't just say no is a sign that they have some sort of interest. Even if it just to keep an eye on future competition.
That's pretty optimistic, I think this may flirt with trips by the end of this month.
I think that will be tomorrow, seems to be holding in the .0020's for now
I've got a bad feeling a massive T-trade is coming in the next day or two....hope I'm wrong
Well I would rather it be on the shelf, selling or not. I agree with you that DD tech is more of the legislative point that will sell to the general public . But with people getting 40+ million dollar payouts for distracted driving settlements companies are throwing money at this tech right now to protect themselves. From what I can gather, ONCI is holding off on going straight at the public, they are starting with dealers and the manufacturers (hopefully) first to entrench their product.
I do business with several local auto dealerships and all of their parts drivers, car jockeys and transporters are already using DD tech. Some by their own free will bc they are contractors.
All this is true, but ONCI's product would add another level of certainty. Not all vehicle's with OBD2 tech are programmed to remember analytics of that particular key cycle (rpm's, distance traveled, vehicle speed, etc.).
I agree with you about the path of least resistance, the free option will always be there.
But the patents ONCI holds are key, OBD port is the gateway to the vehicle. I know several users have said they talked to insurance companies about whether the free app would work for a future discount rate, and I'm sure they will.
But think about this when a lawyer gets on stand and says, my client can prove exactly how fast they were going according to their vehicle and can also prove that there was no way they were using their phone at that time.
Vs. the free app that can only say, my client was going "about" this fast and the app was enabled but I can't prove whether they were using their phone at that time.
ONCI has the better product, that's the bottom line. I could honestly care less what Steve does, if he is Steve, if he works at home etc. CEO's are replaceable. I'm here for the product.
Maybe he is waiting until he has something real to report? I know many people are unhappy with his "fluff" pr's.
I'm with you and hope he finally listened to his shareholders.
Looks to me like the negative sentiment on this stock is starting to fizzle out. I think Steve being quiet is one of the best things for this stock right now.
Let the dust settle so we can see the clearer picture.
I have to disagree, the analytics that the OBD connection provides is what separates our product. GPS tracking is inaccurate and free apps are pathetically beatable. Companies in particular like the idea of reducing risk and liability.
Should certain states start mandating this technology, I agree most people will go the free route. But people that also want to reduce their own liability will go with a product like this. At some point in some court room the topic of hardwired analytics vs free app will come into play. ONCI has the better product, I think most of us agree about that. It will only take one big contract to realize the actual potential this product has.
I don't attend the church of Steve(still not happy about the audit fiasco), but I have worked in the auto industry for the past 20 years and based on what I have seen this is where we are headed. IMO.
Sounds good to me!
If only my dang tax return would come in....
Not holding you to it, but do you have a rough idea when we might be seeing these major deals?
Nothing on the UBER fleet to do with OBD connection though, maybe that's what they are interested in?
Proof? or a link to the proof?
Good question, when is Q1 due?
This is beginning to look like Delcath, endless dilution machine. I can't believe I fell in love with another sub penny :(
Does anyone have any good news? This stock could desperately use some right about now...
Who's all waiting to get in after the RS in a month or so?
I highly doubt it, this is in a death spiral imo
Hey BTW, Q must not be up yet. What's your opinion on the floor here? Back into the trips or just low .001's?
It was already on Amazon being sold directly to the public, didn't really have much effect on the pps
Q, in your opinion where do you think the floor will bottom out in the near future? I got my last entry point wayyy off (not sure if it's entirely my fault though). Trying to get this one closer. Thanks.
So you finally answered my question, you are only going by what Steve said. Thank you.
I was simply asking if you had any proof. You didn't answer my question either, and no I don't have any proof...but neither do you. That's why I'm trying to figure out why you post speculation as fact.
Just curious, do you have any factual proof the audit is actually in process, or are you just going by what Steve said and posted on Twitter?
This one actually made me laugh, of all the auto-manufacturers GM will never happen. With their billions of dollars they could simply figure a way around our patents (with their R&D and legal divisions). Your precious patents are not quite what you think they are btw, they are only for the OBD port transmitter. What if GM was to simply, I don't know, integrate a better system directly into their vehicles....
Wow. Steve dropped to another level, personal attacks on the companies twitter page? Why is he getting so upset, it's like Q is calling him out on his lies or something...
What world are you living in? He promised audited financials, he made up all the bs about ford, BMW, Canada, to keep the pps high enough to pay off debt.
Whether there was malicious intent is still to be discovered. But nevertheless he made a promise to his shareholders, apparently full well knowing that he wouldn't be able to deliver. That is the definition of a lie.
If he truly cared about his stock holders he would have apologized FIRST and then released the non-audited fins second. Instead he released them, got a ton of backlash and had to cover his tracks.
