The price is approaching the value of the dividend. The rest of the company valued at zero. Smart money is accumulating here.
That's right. That's why management salaries are sooo low. They are the biggest shareholders. Aligned interests. They turned down $7/share buyout.
People selling don't understand what AtoZPay is all about and it's growth. The dividend will be worth waiting for.
LOL. It's all about the money to the tribes. I'm sure most of them are already smoking it along with drinking!
Don't hold your breath
Probably a good idea. This stock has been acting like a POS lately.
I don't think investors really realize how profitable this will be. Obviously not a done deal so they can't get into numbers.
They are not selling the company. The rumored takeover price was around $8/share and management felt that was not enough. They will spin off the AtoZPay e-wallet business via a special dividend later this year. The recent DPEX roll out should add significant revenue as well.
Solis Tek Issues Shareholder Update Letter
Today 8:30 AM ET (GlobeNewswire) Print
Shifting Business Model to Take Advantage of Cannabis Opportunities Within Legalized Jurisdictions
Solis Tek, Inc. (OTCQB: SLTK), a vertically integrated cannabis technology innovator, manufacturer and distributor, today announced the issuance of the following shareholder letter from its Chief Executive Officer, Alan Lien:
Dear Solis Tek family, partners and shareholders,
We would like to thank you for your interest and support as we are proud of our achievements to-date, having grown to a $9 million revenue business in 2017. While we remain enthused about our current business lines in lighting and nutrients for cannabis cultivation, we are exploring many exciting new opportunities to participate in the expanding legalized cannabis industry.
The legalized cannabis industry continues to evolve rapidly, especially in the United States. Currently, 29U.S. states (plus D.C.) are legal for medical use and nineU.S. states are legal for adult recreational-use. Sentiment is driving demand as cannabis prohibition is waning at both the Federal and State level. According to Gallup polls as of October 2017, 64%of Americans support full cannabis legalization. According to CBS News polls as of April 2017, 61%of Americans favor legalization of cannabis in one form or another and 88%favor medical use.
Our award winning digital lighting and nutrient products, introduced in 2010 to the fast-growing cannabis industry, will continue to enable cannabis growers to increase yield, lower costs and maximize their return on investment. As we expand our network of relationships in the cannabis industry, we have come across many new opportunities for possible corporate expansion.
Our Board and management team are extremely excited about these new opportunities and are determined to broaden the Company's participation in the cannabis industry. Accordingly, we will be transitioning from being purely a service and product provider to exploring new opportunities across all cannabis market segments.
These opportunities are in varying sectors of the cannabis industry and we believe they will offer significant revenue growth at higher margins and sustainable profitability. While we have been presented with many potential opportunities over time, some plans have advanced quickly, and we expect to make further announcements in the coming days and weeks.
We feel this is the right time to transition our Company and strategy because we see an evolving and more beneficial cannabis environment with opportunities to accelerate our growth with our sights on profitability and building long-term shareholder value.
Sincerely,
Alan Lien
Chief Executive Officer
Probably the latter.
Just like they talk about getting into new products like esports and then crickets.
Yup - it finally woke up this morning. Talk about delayed reaction to news.
If there was, it would be above $5 by now.
New COO sounds like she will really help the company reach the next level.
I believe the CTO will be satisfied this week.

Still waiting for the endometriosis genome test kit to be announced and rolled out in Q1..... still waiting .......
Q3/2017 numbers
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=PRED&id=182459
I don't understand why people can't find their numbers...
FWIW . the endometriosis genome test kit is suppose to roll out in Q1/18. However, I will note that I have seen this suppose to be released in 2016 or 2017.
I do have to say that most of Steve's picks lately have been winners. Even he says he isn't perfect. You have to do you own DD also as many are speculative and decide for yourself how much to risk and set your exit if things are not working out.
Also, Michael Matvieshen is just a director and not the chairman of the board and not running the company (not CEO); thus his role should be limited.
FWIW - the hourly chart has an open gap around $1.60 to $1.70. I am hoping we visit it.
Even the person that paid $3.99 per share will be super happy within 6 months. Do your DD.
Not quite $100M revenue from mobile payments - that is the amount of the payments $100M. The revenue to the payment processor is a small percentage of that. Maybe 2% tops. The 10Q is a bit misleading. http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/weyland-tech-assembles-code-team-with-100-million-track-record-for-mobile-wallet-otcqx-weyl-2239764.htm
Apparently they needed this $2.5M financing to make a lot more progress filling their back orders.
Anyone hear whether the Q3 report due next week will be significantly better than Q1 and Q2?
Thanks for posting the informative article on esports and betting!
A lot of announcements (finally). Problem is they are slow on execution. The DPEX agreement was signed in December and is rolling out next month. When are these other announced actions really going to roll out to the users?? The app needs to be customized for the different applications. Development and testing take time. They admit they are still in the early stages of learning these apps and what the requirements really are. It's going to take a while. Don't expect results overnight. Could take several quarters.
Could you post a link?
Not very when it is down volume. Target customers are very price sensitive. I don't take that as good news either. They will likely need to continue to raise capital here. Todays PR ..." there was a pricing reduction by our partners that was designed to incentivize resellers to increase the number of subscribers renewing their subscriptions based on lower pricing." It's going to be a while before we see any significant growth in the company.

IMO....
I believe that they will come back with something like: hired seasoned/experienced CEO to run company because the founder are entrepreneurs and don't have the skill set to quickly grow the company. Actually, up to now, they have done $0 for marketing. They are building the leadership to move to the next level.
So the question is - will you believe that? I think the Q3 results will indicate whether that will be true or not. I like the branch out to the nutrient line - recurring revenue with high gross margin. Hopefully they grow that quickly.
Significant growth in the 2nd half. Problem is you won't see Q3 results until Nov 15th.
IMO - a terrible quarterly report. No growth and no real progress. Question is will this Indonesian partnership ever finalize. Also, don't hold your breath for NASDAQ national listing. This will go and stay under $3 when the market corrects here short term. Again - just my opinion.
Expecting significantly better performance in Q3 and Q4.
LOL. Either way - how many people will listen that could be new to the stock? 3?
Speak of the devil. Alan Brochstein hosting SLTK webinar tomorrow.

Good company but the stock sucks here. Doesn't reflect the future at all.
Or on 8/15.
Agreed!
I just listened to the replay. Nothing really new for followers. Huge margins on nutrients.
