You forgot the biggest lie. Millions in revenue.
What you just said is not realistic. They do not verify any, and I repeat, ANY financials. The financial claims can be complete fantasy. I believe they are.
Nonsense. Lawyers are not accountants. They have not verified any numbers whatsoever. It's simply a document stating ONCI has met filing requirements. Steve is still free to load his accounts receivable with pie in the sky projections. It's a dream. bSafe and Fleetsafer are going nowhere. There is no MJ, no dentistry, no redomicile. I don't give a rat's patoot about a name change. A turd by any other name.
(yawn)
The letter only verifies filing requirements were met. Not the efficacy of the filing. The financial report filed could be totally fabricated.
None of this revenue is verified. Period. Stop saying it is. That is a lie.
I thought that would be the response. That is not verification of financials in any way. It's simply a letter stating requirements have been met. Steve can put any number he wants in accounts receivable and call it income.
Show me the verification of that revenue. You keep saying it's verified.
Considering none of the other companies exist, I think not.
The simple answer is, I don't believe it.
I don't see what that has to do with reported sales and accounts receivable being unsupported by evidence. This is money supposedly coming in the door.
Currently, 47 states, D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands ban text messaging for all drivers. All but 4 have primary enforcement.
The auto industry is attacking the problem from another angle. BMW, Chrysler and Jeep offer cars with text to speech in an effort to keep eyes on the road. I can already do this with my phone. I can text all day and never look at the phone.
Furthermore, the market is saturated with DD apps. All of them much more visible than Cogosense. Even if they were the market leaders I would still be wondering if the phone app is the way to go.
I know. Notice the (different company). I only used that app as an example because it's an app with the same name that has 8,350 reviews. The point is, the average app has many thousands of reviews. By comparison, Cogosense has 32 reviews for Fleetsafer and bSafemobile combined on Google Play. 6 reviews on Amazon and Fleet safer is not available. I didn't check apple but I'd bet it's the same story. That doesn't jibe with what Steve is telling investors.
There are a boatload of reasons for staying away from this stock but the most glaring from my point of view is the lack of evidence of sales. I don't believe Steve. I think he's lying. Millions in revenue is hard to hide with apps. The lack of reviews is a dead giveaway for a free app. In my opinion, if that isn't true, non of it is true.
As of today, Fleetsafer has 27 reviews on Google Play and a 1 1/2 star rating. The general consensus is, it sucks. bSafemobile has 5 reviews. By contrast, bSafe personal safety app, (different company) has 8,350 reviews.
If this was selling there would be thousands of reviews. Where are they?
Why stop at .05? Why not say 1.00? It's just as plausible.
I'm out at .0032. Hit that ask!
Steve isn't failing. He's a very successful P&D scam artist with a crack team of conspirators. IMO of course.
Same old story for months. The CEO is amazing, to the moon, buying new houses, revenue rules. Everybody freaking out when it closes green. And then it fails to get over .003 month after month.
With all that revenue, why not get the audit done? It's obvious the market doesn't believe Steve. The only concrete evidence I have is that there is no evidence of huge sales numbers. To the contrary. And I looked hard trying to justify buying down my position so I could get out of this turkey with my shirt.
If I had the kind of doubters this ticker has, I'd do my best to shut them up quick. I'd produce pictures of the product on shelves, being manufactured. I'd get the audit done. I certainly wouldn't tweet. For any reason. Ever.
The fertilizers are plentiful with pie in the sky predictions and lavish praise of the CEO. Anybody that looks behind the curtain experiences scorn and abuse via pm's. Same content over and over like if you say it enough times, it will be true. It's a consortium. It's intentional.
Good question. Why isn't there an ad campaign? With all those millions in REVENUE RUUUUUULLLZ why not spend some on advertising? A video, a FB ad, ANYTHING??
Here's a thought. That cow has been milked.
Let me google that for you. Less expensive much better OBDII devices
I could just as easily claim Steve is sitting on his butt doing nothing. You don't really know do you? Evidence points to the latter. It all boils down to odds right? Evidence sides on the skeptic. I don't see sales. I've tried. I've looked. So should you. Verify as much sales as you can. I can't verify any sales whatsoever. In fact, I can't even project any sales. Steve has been mute regarding the fundamentals in favor of pie in the sky projections that don't jibe with current evidence. Contracts and accounts receivable are the bailiwick of the scam stock. It's their stock in trade. Shills abound with false information. They are easy to spot. They'll say shorts are going to be sorry. That's ridiculous. Shorting a sub- penny stock? Please. This is a scam by every description of a scam. Look it up. If you hold anything over 4's. Your a bag holder.
42m volume with a measly .0001 gain. Yeah, I'd crow about that. Never mind the T trade. It's not dilution. Don't worry about it. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain......
What a bunch of malarkey, Steve. Nobody needs your advice. This is a POS ticker with a POS CEO that lies. Like a lying liar who tells lies. There are no sales until you prove me wrong. Give me some proof. Show me the factory, show me some phone shots of product on all the stores you've claimed you've sold. Just one for crying out loud!!! A shot of your product on a shelf anywhere. Show me.
My level 2 shows a close of .0028 with a 5.3m after hours trade.
Everything you've just said is wrong. I said nothing about an OBD port. I can tell you it's only a standard since '96 here in the States. It's not mandatory in some countries and as late as '08 in others. You can buy an OBD device for much less money than the Cogosense unit. And it will do all the things Steves gizmo does and much more.
It's brand spanking new?? Come on.
Major marketing horsepower??? That is an utterly ridiculous statement. There is NO MARKETING. Never has been. You can't find it unless you're looking for it. And, Steve has already claimed the sales so where are the downloads?? The doo-dad don't do diddly without the app. Where are the downloads?
For prospective investors!! Don't believe anything you read here. Do your own research. Look at the competition. Compare the downloads. Verify the sales.
There's a sucker born every day. You need 1000 suckers.
Yep. Out of gas. Every promise has been made and broken. Every lie has been told. He's put up numbers he can't back up. The whole house of cards will fall. It's just a matter of time.
No, they don't work the same. You don't have to buy an outdated dongle for the other apps. And bSafemobile doesn't have enough reviews at the App Store for a rating!!!
Don't believe anybody! Do some research. Do a cursory google. Spend ten minutes and you'll run away from this dreadful company with a nothing burger product that is eclipsed by everyone else in the industry. Just reading his tweets should be enough to realize he just says the same thing over and over. The rest of the story regarding contributors is easy to figure out.
There are no longs here. IF the price gets anywhere near copper, it will go down faster than a fat kid on a seesaw.
You might want to check your math. And you're missing the point. It has Downloads and reviews. So do all the other apps. bSafejoke has by comparison, very little. Not enough reviews on the app store for a rating!! Certainly not enough to justify all the REVENUE
bonehead Steve keeps spouting. He has nothing. NOTHING. It's not a viable company. Run away from this ticker. It checks every box of a P&D scam that has run out of gas.
I saw a commercial on the Masters for AT&T's pledge campaign to stop DD. And when you go to their website, here is why bsafemobile is a joke (which looks really professional) you'll see the download link for AT&T's DriveMode. much better app. You'll notice it has over 8000 downloads on Google Play with over 3000 5 star ratings. And they advertise on THE MASTERS!!! That should tell you the level of the playing field. A yokel in his basement cannot compete in this market.
This is a joke of a company. And I use the term company loosely. Everybody else is bigger, better, smarter and with much, much better marketing.
You bought a doo-dad company and you don't want to know where the doo-dad is made? Does it come wrapped plastic? Is there a box? Does Steve own a camera? Is he interested in shareholder confidence? Take a picture, shoot a video. Do SOMETHING! ANYTHING! The pps is tanking because it's all old hat by now. We've seen this song and dance. It's time to put up, or shut up.
I own Ford.
State dealer associations lobbied state legislatures for restrictions on factory-owned dealerships. By 2000, most states barred manufacturers from owning dealerships.
Ford abandoned its retail initiative in 2001, selling off the dealerships. Ironically, the Tulsa Auto Collection went to UnitedAuto Group of Detroit, a publicly held dealership group to which Ford had refused to give franchises in 1996 when it opposed public ownership.
I don't believe THE SPERMANATOR knows his motivation.
WARNING!!!!! ONCI is a pump and dump scam. Stay away. Run!!! Do not invest in this POS ticker!!!! IMO. Even though I'm not really worried about Steve suing me. I'd beat him like a rug in court. If he showed up.
More like a comprehensive list of Steve's lies.
So... you don't want to cause a panic buying spree? Seriously? I'd love to see a panic buying spree. Who wouldn't?
No. They're not. The engine that drives this pitiful ticker up is dried up. There is no more money. All you have left is bag holders.
Where are the amazing financials? Without them, it can't maintain .002 for long. The whole premise has become implausible. This is the end of days for this ticker. It's played. You can only cry wolf so often. Eventually you have to pay the piper. The problem with lies is they are really hard to maintain. You can't continue to announce deals and never mention them again. Even the dumbest investor that isn't in on it will catch on.
You're right. I took a swing. Then I dug in. And I found a mess. I called the dealerships. Nothing. I investigated the space and found much, much better marketed products. In fact, I found zero marketing for bSafemobile.
So I tried to verify sales. ANY SALES. I checked out the download situation. It's virtually non-existent in the app world. It's free yet it's not monetized in any way. No in app purchases or advertising. For a free app, the downloads should be in the tens of thousands. It's in the hundreds. Maybe. I looked for reviews by tech youtubers. They live on content. I found reviews for other DD platforms. I found shootout videos for a lot of the top DD products. But again, nothing for bSafemobile.
So I checked out the OBD2 angle. Are you aware the compliance for OBD tech is as late as 2008 in other countries? I own several units for my muscle cars and they all send data to your computer. Progressive insurance used them years ago to gauge your driving for a better rate. They cost a lot less and do a lot more.
And then we have the shining example of a penny stock scam. The illustrious Accounts Receivable. You say potato, I say complete BS. And the tweets! They reek of desperation. I'm embarrassed for the guy and even more embarrassed I bought this POS!
So I'll be the fat kid on the seesaw.
I agree. I was late to the party. I bought based on the pumpers and what I now think was a fake Maazars letter. I'm holding 6's. I'll get burned. Congrats, Steve. You got me. I'm a lucky man and I can use the write off. No harm, no foul. My fault.
For new investors, please don't take anybody's word for granted. Look at the downloads. It's the tale of the tape. It's the one thing they can't fake. I honestly believe there is no product. At all. I don't believe the deals or contracts. I don't believe there is a manufacturer making these units. I don't believe a word of it. I can be easily proved wrong. But I doubt I will. Because none of this is new. Steve could have beat the living shite out of the doubters with this info. But he hasn't. Why?
Go back at least a year on the forum posts. Pay attention to syntax and word formations. Listen to the language. It's an obvious cast of characters.
