Awesome You wish. That was me who messaged you on facebook the other day. Knock em out in Milwaukee area!
Nice. Thanks for the report. Can you post your invoice number if you bought it online?
Awesome that you are in the stock. Nobody wants the fins caught up more than Eakle.
No shame in his game. Thanks for posting..your opposite view creates markets.
Your perspective is today today today. Mine is over time this will grow into a well oiled machine.
Do your research Huggy. All of the move to Oregon from Idaho, the lease with Bell are all reported to the SEC. Eakle is doing it right.
Water under the bridge. Eakle needed money to get into Gervais and he could not get them repaid fast enough to avoid the conversions. Shit happens but it is not a kill shot. Eakle is working it. Stock buy back will get the share count addressed.
Oh yeah. Online sales coming and they are cash..no receivables.
Just bought 10 million USMJ at 4..the Amazon of Cannabis..smart idea.
Could not disagree with you more. What Eakle is doing right now is what gives the company value. The past due filings are all going to show the moves and bad news of the transition from a bottled water on the shelve company to a copacking dynamo. Those filings are complicated due to the many things that have occurred along the way.
This is the 20th year Pacific Flavors has exported blueberries in light water to Japan..it is their only business. They used someone else for packing the last 19 years..Eakle went in and got the account. The growers only ship for this one account so getting it right is everything for them. Eakle exceeded everything they had hoped for and the growers want him to do it every year. That is huge..more than just dollars it shows Eakle can go get business and perform at a high level.
My perspective is different from yours. I am way ahead on this stock, bought back lots and I know that there is enough money being generated by blueberry packing in less than month that all the cash flow problems are solved. Eakle now has free range to concentrate on building the business.
The filings will come when the auditor releases them..Eakle has no control over it..That is why it is called an INDEPENDENT Audit. The auditor must be prepared to defend his work and that means they take their time and put it together carefully. Eakle has a CPA firm assembling each report period as much as possible to turn over to the auditors. He is all over them and wants them out much more than anyone else.
Easy now. Eakle leases the facility from Craig Bell. Bell turned over all of his accounts to Eakle and the new entity is called Bell Food and Beverage, which was bringing in revenues of 1.5 million. The blueberry packing gig was brought in by Eakle and all of it is ALKM's. Craig Bell has some issues that led him to have Eakle take it over. The blueberries are in addition to the existing accounts we took over from Bell. I don't know all the details but I believe Bell has health issues.
The blueberry growers are very very pleased with Eakle's results for them and has contracted them for 5 years with a renewal every year. So in effect it runs in perpetuity. The blueberries are exported to Japan.
So we have American grown blueberries packeaged by an American company creating jobs and economy and exports bring in money to the country. All around fantastic situation I am proud to be participating as an investor in.
The blueberry packing contract brings in 1.3 million for 3.5 weeks of work. That provides enough money to pay all the bills for the year. That leaves Eakle free to work the the business to get those filling lines cranking out drinks and the hot line making foods.
We all know Eakle is a workhorse and is always going after business.
I don't know how long it will take to get the financials caught up and how long for the schedule to be full, but it will happen and paying the bills from here on out is covered.
Once he gets the factory generating cash a stock buy back program makes a lot of sense.
Holding forever. IMO this will payoff huge.
Yes. Presser just released says their goal is to have all of GA, NC, SC and other key markets by the end of the year. Lots going on.
And looking to hire a slaes manager for the mid west and west.
LOTS GOING ON.
The SEC does not just drop the hammer without a thorough review of the situation. ALKM has gone to great lengths to get current properly. The are an American mfg'r employing citizens and creating economy and tax revenues. They have brought life to a dying campus and is now packing products for export.
ALKM lost money in the water business and redirected towards copacking and cbd waters. Their story makes perfect sense and deserves respect for not pulling shenanigans. It is just good old fashioned hard work.
The suspension thing has been spun on here for years now and if it hasn't happened by now it never will. They have filed 2 times in the couple of months and are working on the rest.
Why would they suspend them?
Oh yeah. Go back and reread all of the pr's and the ceo letter the last 12 months. Clark says they are only signing up distributors that are motivated and competent.
This last one said they are looking for a midwest and west sales manager. Colorado would naturally be in there...all those ski bums will drink it up.
Eakle is relentlessly working to make Alkame a huge success
It says 1 employee at this location..which is his house.
Sellinger isn't going to ink up someone who can't perform. Research on Ringo's wholesale reveals he distributes products from Better made snack foods out of Detroit.
We will find out more. No worries.
From the Kona press release on Ringo Distributors:
By the end of the year from Ringo presser:
Clark continued, “Chris Selinger, our VP of Sales, and myself have laid out a strategic plan to make Kona Gold and HighDrate available to consumers in all of North and South Carolina, Georgia, and several other key markets by the end of the year. The Company is also looking to bring on a highly qualified Sales Manager in the beverage industry this quarter to assist in expansion in the Mid-West and Western United States.”
Serious work going on here.

Ringo's is in Columbia SC. Lexington is right next to it.
That is the owner's home address. The kgkg presser said they stock 300 stores..must be a warehouse.
I agree. I have Peach best but the watermelon needs improvement.
The big question is how does it taste? Are you seeing repeat buyers? if it is good and yes. Then everything will grow.
He said so in the Q and A's. He has made 2 reports and his goal is to be a completely audited reporting company. He has worked for years without salary to bring it about.
I am 100% in agreement that he needs to communicate again..we are trying to help him.
Absolutely Hat. I am encouraging that.
But he is working and he is as frustrated with the wait time of the financials as anyone. Where we are from where we were 1.5 years ago is rather astonishing.
A lot to praise as well as legitimate complaints. No different than any other company.
Eakle is a worker and has big plans. Excellent ceo.
The lines in Canada are incredible. Watching a news report..they are lined up 3 blocks long to buy some legal MJ. Wow. I think Savour will be a big hit.
Alos acquiring a Canadien grow operation will have good potential. The selling price of MJ is fairly high.
Looks like a lot of investors came over to see the fuss and once they started looking closely at the balance sheets, management, and the products they are zeroing in on KGKG.
Absolutely. That jello looking thing you showed a video of I believe is the Pulse health water that they sold several years ago before the lemonades and coconut water. They still have it..meaning the formula and trademarks.. and it would be worth some digging to see if they are marketing it in the orient..where healthy foods are given a lot more business. ( I do wish they had a translation for their ads)
A whole nother' stream of revenues that could be huge and not even factored into any estimates.
Healthy water and the best tasting lemonade on the planet and the best coconut water in the universe IMO.
It is all about the oversees markets that PLSB/B4U are reaching through CGC import / exports.
Yates is an awful ceo, but I believe he knows a good drink when he sees one. B4U obviously likes it enough to take over the company and I believe the trigger has been pulled because the brand of drinks is selling well oversees. Why would they merge if there was no interest in Cabana drinks by consumers.
Haha. That's great it is better to not know.
Congrats on stocking some more outlets..I wish you all the best.
What is the company telling you on delivery of the 5 energy drinks?
Congratulations! Little boy or girl?
hiph is at .08, not dollars
Whew. Sounds good. So much going on.
Why I don't know. Could it be that ALKM is awesome?
Thanks Jim. I am so dizzy from running from one page to another I am mixing it all together. But wow..just wow.
Somebody was buying PLSB before news hit!
Oh shit. I thought you were talking about PLSB. My apologies. Yes the Omega Hemp water I believe is bottled by ALKM. There are so many now I can't keep it all straight.
No. Not the lemonades. But the CBD lemonades possible coming out..possible but no confirmation.
No confirmation on that. But ALKM is bottling so many CBD brands that it may be possible. The 2 companies do know of each other as the old DFW supply website sold both brands.
ALKM owns a million shares
RLBD up to .15
I love it.
I remember when you came in a year and a half ago when it was .006 and you never ever changed. The products really are good! and in the end that will carry the day.
Congratulations Jane6666 and Sylvia. You guys persevered through some dismal stuff..and your day has come!
