Bolivia starts the “re-foundation” of the State Mining Company, COMIBOL
President Evo Morales (just elected in Bolivia 3 months ago) started the “re-foundation” of the onetime powerful State Mining Corporation of Bolivia , COMIBOL. The State company is expected to uptake mineral production and marketing, not only the administration of mineral resources
Complete article : (unfortunately it is in spanish which I know quite a bit of)
http://www.portalminero.com/noti/noticias_ver_ch.php?codigo=2301&fecha=02
copy and paste article into any translator just be sure you sit down first.
The middle of the article mentions that COMIBOL exports aprox 500 million dollars in minerals including and mostly Zinc, Tin, Silver and Gold produced by private companies and cooperatives.
The last paragraph mentions YPBS re-foundation

By the way the chart for the last 5 or 10 days looks beatiful, the MM's should keep the volume steadily going up. The volume should pick up in due time that's for sure.
They need the "Audited Reports" and the SEC filings and that should be it. If Jaime plays the news releases at the right time I see the stock fly straigh up. Ah! don't forget the COMIBOL contract.
The company information is updated at pinksheets,
this must be a good sign of the thing to come.
SEC filing is next. This is getting pretty close.
Go Jaime Go
FMNJ is #67... at pinksheets.com... , that's pretty interesting

Woohoo
Nice, I can actually see a bump between mid Jan and now.
Also the selling is much less between jan / march 06 than Oct / Dec 05. This may be the jumpstart FMNJ needed to move
up.
.0039 on the bid, Talk about positive signs
FA, I dont think I have seen a set of indicators as lined up as they are now. I am hanging on tight for this ride.
Amen brother
Or maybe he can't contain his excitement because he sees this opportunity as becoming a reality. I truly hope that is the case.
That's Jaime alright. Redundant as always
Well , it looks like pinksheets.com is starting to add some FMNJ records (under Financial Reports)

Looking at the MACD seems like is going to pop pretty soon.
This is certainly good reading material check it out. It talks about some of the law implemented by the country for certain businesses operating in Bolivia, Below is part of it
________________________________________________________
Laws governing activities in the mining (Law
1777, 1997) and hydrocarbons (Law 1689, 1996)
sectors authorized joint ventures with state-owned
corporations and modified the tax system to allow
foreign firms paying taxes in Bolivia to obtain
foreign tax credits in their home countries. The
Mining Law also allows foreign firms to operate
within 50 kilometers of international borders
through joint ventures or service contracts with the
Bolivian Mining Corporation (COMIBOL), with the
exception of firms that are residents of the country
adjacent to the affected border. The Hydrocarbons
Law allows settlement of disputes through
arbitration. The Arbitration and Conciliation Law
(Law 1770, 1997) provided procedures and enforcement
mechanisms for international arbitration.
________________________________________________________
Most hydrocarbons exploration activity is
carried out via joint venture contracts administered
by Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos
(YPFB), formerly the Bolivian state hydrocarbons
company. This could change with passage of a new
hydrocarbons law. Although most of the mines
currently owned by the state-run Bolivian Mining
Corporation (COMIBOL) cannot be purchased outright,
as stipulated by the Bolivian Constitution, they can
be operated by private operators in a joint venture
or under a leasing contract with COMIBOL.
________________________________________________________
Foreign investors have found the labor force to
be stable, with low rates of turnover and high
levels of manual dexterity. The country's generally
low levels of education and literacy tend to limit
the productivity of Bolivia's labor, in line with
its low cost. There is abundant manpower readily
available for foreign as well as domestic investors,
although skilled manpower is harder to find.
Bolivian Labor Law guarantees workers the right
to organize and bargain collectively. Most
companies are unionized. Nearly all unions belong
to the Confederation of Bolivian Workers (COB).
Despite international perceptions, extensive labor
unrest in the private sector is uncommon in Bolivia,
and most foreign firms enjoy positive labor-
management relations.

FMNJ usually defies all the laws of stock trading (good News it goes down, bad News it goes down and viceversa), I know it after seeing it drop to .0005 before for no reason. I can tell you is not a good feeling when you wake up to the red pie on your investment account.
I tell you though hang on in there and this puppy will some how pay off.I will Buy Anyones shares at this point, Bring them on.

FA, we must have been on the same frequency on this graph, Could you add "RSI" and post for us on the main page? I see quite a few posts from different members here lately and would certainly be helpful to have the indicators at a glance. Thanks, W_I
Wow good for you, I hope you average is good. I had 3 mil @ .0022 and got rid of them on the uptrend. I really dont know why I did it. I have 1.2 mil now and will be buying another mil by Friday. I which you and all FMNJ shareholders good luck. It is definetely looking very promising lately, That is why I bought shares back. Go FMNJ.
Hey Martucci, May I ask how many shares you have?
Lets go by the trading definintion
A tax provision that allows operating losses to be used as a Tax shield to reduce Taxable income in prior and Future years.
Losses can be carried backward for Up to three years and forward for up to 15 years under current tax codes.
This of course can change at any time.
I started this board since I bought PDSC recently and they do not have a board of their own.
To bad the stock has gone down after the announcement of Spam emails that were sent out a few weeks ago.
The company looks promising though
Hi brmrich,
Im here, anyone else?
Hi Martucci,
Im back, I guess my trip wasn't meant to be.
I can see FMNJ is getting a little better, Now I feel like an idiot since I sold my 3 mil when the trade up started, Oh well I am using the same money I recovered to buy again, call that a fool, I will see what happens. Here is a few educational link for the OTCBB rules and guidelines, Enjoy
