Or this guy from May of last year.
If you can get someone to look at it you should. If they aren't doing anything wrong, no harm done. If they are, it should be addressed. I'm sure they are.
Happened to me every time I called, but that was last year.
Everyone has been here longer than him. He's either getting paid to bump it or he is the most recent sucker to help pay Balass's Mortgage. If his reply to this doesn't make a veiled reference to another stock it will be a first. He is giving everyone hope by posting preposterous relationships with no actual proof. It's a little sad.
Great, now he's teaching other companies how to screw investors and get away with it.
He probably cashed in the shares he received as payment for his services. I'm sure he's retired on an island right now.
I own 1m shares because I like the way it flashes green and red on my screen all day. Seriously, though, I put 100.00 back into this so I can keep track of it easily. I was invested here for years, tens of thousands of dollars. I like to follow it to see if I made the right choice or missed an opportunity. So far I haven't regretted my decision to bail.
The owners don't care. They have been showing that for years now. They are focused on their own personal financial gain above all else. Maybe they will prove me wrong soon. I hope so.
As much time and money as some of these guys have invested here, that might not be a good enough hiding spot.
It's hard to say with no communication from them. I think it's a logical fear, but they could still pull something out. I'd hate to think they have just screwed all these longs here.
Well, that would follow along with my prediction from a year and half ago. They have milked this cash cow for all it's worth.
Did accumulation increase by 25m or 15m?
Probably trying to work out the best way to get out of their situation without going to prison.
Trip 8 is a reasonable longer term goal. You might even get lucky on a run and make some money.
Why do you keep posting cryptic bullshit. If something has happened share it. If not, just stfu. There are people here with lots of money invested and they dont need your daily taunts. Stop being an asshole.
Yeah, hopefully it's good. I'm hardly invested here at all. If I had any serious money on this I would probably be on a plane to Florida.
Quiet around here...
I'm sure. I haven't paid any attention to them. I was giving him the benefit of doubt that he had picked that 5x annual sales valuation based on something besides random numbers.
If they were doing everything right, like filing earnings and not dumping billions of shares I could see that. As it stands they are gonna have to really step up their game if they want their valuation to be in line with their industry peers.
If you're gonna tell people that something you read and some math brought you to a 150m valuation for ubqu, you should probably show your work. Otherwise you're just another pumper trying to lure traders into running the price up so you can cash in.
Absolutely. That would give them a 4m to 5m valuation. Still a bit high considering the whole picture here, but a much more realistic goal. As far as I can remember (the 3-4 years I've been following them), this is the longest they have gone past the due date for their fins. Hopefully there is a good reason for it. Maybe even something to make it pop.
Well, if one could calculate, one would come to the conclusion that a 150m valuation for ubqu is f'n stupid. At least keep it in the realm of possibility. Break out the calculator and multiply .015*10b.
Mostly because it’s all speculation. But if they were to merge or anything like that, sec rules would not allow actions that ignore the interests of investors to either company.
I wouldn’t get too worked up about it. He’s just trying to stir up interest in a stock that can’t stir up interest on its own. Either way, You wouldn’t need to do anything.
I'm definitely not trying to rain on the parade here, but because of the way accumulation is calculated it holds zero value when the stock is trading this long at .0001-.0002. It uses the high of day, low of day, closing price and volume. So in the case of UBQU, the only changing factor from day to day is volume.
PH Price High
PL Price Low
PC Price Close
PH-PL
______________*Volume for the period
(PC-PL)-(PH-PC)
So it's always
.0002-.0001
___________________________ *Volume for the period
(.0002-.0001)- (.0002-.0002)
So it will always be 1 * volume for period.
The only time it would be different is on the rare occasion it closes at .0001. On those days it would be 0* volume.
The accumulation reading from whatever site you're using is in effect just reporting total volume for the time frame, minus volume of the days it closes at .0001.

Here's the .0001 vs. .0002 for today.
The companies making money are the ones that know how to run a business.
I think for all intents and purposes it is at zero bid. The little volume there is just comes from the occasional flipper bailing, mm's shuffling shares and Smokey making sure it closes at .0002 every day (just kidding Smokey).
The largest trade on Friday was under 300.00. Nobody wants to get wrapped up in this debacle.

Many of those 10b shares were issued before the end of January believe. I guess that will be the number one most important thing in the financials, finding out where those proceeds are. If they show up as cash on hand or direct investments into the company, maybe they can turn it around. If they went to pay off convertible debt, or worse, don't show up as identifiable income of any sort, this thing is smoke.
A while back we tracked them to an abandoned office building, which I believe was somewhere in the midwest. And several of their fake lenders addresses didnt even exist.
They pay a fortune to have everything done the cheapest way possible.
If he will give me back the 13k in profits he sucked away overnight in the beginning of last year with his unnecessary dumbass convertible share debt payoffs, I will stop calling him the worst ceo ever. Until then, he can kiss my ass.
March of which year? Oh, wait...every year since 2016.
If he doesn't want people to complain about him he should stop stealing everyone's money...
They used to be able to get pops on it with PR's and earnings promises. With the 10b shares out there, I will be amazed if it goes over .0004 any time in the next cpl years. But who knows, these penny stocks don't seem to always follow the same rules of logic where market caps and such are concerned I guess.
At least at these levels you wont lose much else. That's a plus.
At least for your recent claims it won’t be James ballas that was full of shit, just some guy on the internet trying to pump up a dead stock. I don’t see any connection at all to the links you are posting. You might as well post a link to nbc sports and tell everyone ubqu is buying a ball team.
Yep, anything can happen! I've said all along that if they pull off some miracle and turn this around (and probably fire James Ballas) I would consider getting back in.It just seems that every move they make goes in the other direction! lol
For the sake of the longs I hope it happens. Both firing Ballas and performing the miracle
I have 1m at .001. 100 bucks just to watch it flash from green to red to green a few times a day. I have had them for sale off and on for .0002 and it never gets filled. During the drop to where it is now I mostly watched quietly so as not to be blamed for the failure. Now, it's at rock bottom. I would be posting the same thoughts even if I was heavily invested because whatever happens from here will not be influenced by this board. The moves from here are up to the company, and blaming this message board or anything/anyone other than Ballas would just be silly.
I suppose it's become a fascination for me. Having been invested for so long and then watching a ton of profits disappear and barely getting out even, I want to see how it all ends! Was I right? Or am I missing the opportunity of a lifetime here as some say? Only time will tell.
Everything I see tells me my money would be safer in literally any other stock, but I can't look away. And while I understand how people got stuck in this stock (I was almost one of them), It baffles me that new people would come in here, look at all that has happened, read the horror story that is their financials, and hear the stories of people that have lost huge amounts of money to this company, and think to themselves "I gotta get me some of that!".
