Does this train have no brakes?!
The longer it takes funds to clear, the further up she climbs.
So sad the DEA won't be able to stop state by state legalization. Looks like they'll have to go after the real bad guys now.
Looking forward to a profitable EOY!
I'm holding bags from years ago. Lost too much on it to warrant selling now. Let's see what they're cookin'.
Here here, bad idea to bet against the good ones in this sector in the long term.
Press and Votes coming up will only set the stage for higher gains.
GLTA.
Big money follows big money. PHOT is directly tied into the cannabis sector without having to get hands dirty. They equip the producers, which has always been fully legal.
Can anyone else think of a publicly traded stock aimed to profit from the picks and shovels side of the sector? Because I sure can't.
Makes sense that we'll see higher in the next month.
Heck, these guys are marketing grow equipment for a sector in need - both commercial and personal. The best quality takes a lot of effort and the right combination of production equipment.
Legal to purchase this equipment worldwide. Even capitalizing on a small fraction of this sector means big $$$$$. What a time to be alive.
For a dead stock, there is no reason for a R/S.
I'm surprised Angel got as many to buy in as he did with rumors and conjecture.
Rest assured, your money is with the CEO. He needs a new boat and can't be bothered to build an actual company.
You're looking at the wrong ones. Hence why you are here at the RIGH board.
The same RIGH ticker which was supposed to be BUDG years ago. Let's hear more from Ange on that one, eh?
Showing 70 mil in volume - yet absolutely no movement on PPS.
Strange?
CEO buy in = beginning of restored confidence.
We can expect this to be the start of their open announcements. Keep it coming.
This is accurate BADALI.
It's not that people want erbb to fail, quite the opposite actually as there's tremendous possibility for upside.
They did fail with a gimmick machine that imitated another stock that became VERY popular for a while. Zazzz never became a sought after item in the MJ world and the ridiculous name was criticized from day one.
This could be a decent play for the next month or two, but nothing to write home about until they have tangible grounds - actual results.
Even when they do, look at what happened with the people at FIT*. Even pictures of 'build in progress' didn't save them as they were ushered out of the Canadian province they claimed would support them.
Until erbb restores investor confidence, they're just a trade.
Anything has the potential to pull a real Phoenix rising turnaround. Too early to call with too little information to go by.
A lot of factors will go into this. Some of us are banking that the company will be using November momentum paired up with new deal announcements to catapult them up. Some expect them to fail and fail again. No one knows, but it's certainly far from a risky play in the sector. Has been a long hold for me since getting off the greys. IMHO, you don't just put down all that effort to resume trading if you're some scammy shadesters. The risk of having your top folks do hard time in federal prison after doing all that work would be a type of stupid not warranted by a former Microsoft exec like Hegyi. They also implemented suspension defenses for visibility.
Anyone posting they know otherwise is really just speculating, as we all are.
It's in my book of keepers, but don't get tunnel vision. Keep a diversified portfolio.
Phew! Sure am glad the Tribe of Sterling Scott has been ushered out. Good idea to have them face charges after being extracted from the company. There are complaints, yet nothing factual in terms of statements from SEC or company. Sure would be nice to hear from govt officials on that. Many of us expected to see Scott and his wife serve jail time if these came to fruition. 2 years later and these alleged criminals have their freedom. One would question why they aren't behind bars if claims are true?
Execs everywhere get some decent looking golden parachutes when all is said and done. I'm glad the company has been washing its hands of the bad fruit. Just like plants, trimming out the dead parts will lead to future growth.
Thanks for your post of relief and kind sentiments. A better future for Growlife indeed. Gltu!
I don't make the news. Certainly no reason to make it up. IHub groups had a long history in this one.
You're welcome to educate yourself on the matter.
Good luck!
Angel has had years to make it happen. This guy can't even figure out a ticker change, much less a revenue generating business model.
Of all the pot stocks I've seen, this one deserves a solid suspension or complete change of leadership.
RIGH never became BUDG. When you google Angel Stanz, the first link is about a scam report. You've got a trailer man in a suit with photos in front of the stuff he's buying with your money. This isn't a gamble, it's a charity fund.
Finally, a glimmer of hope for the abused bag holders.
I remember they put 'HotStockAce' - moneyrunners front man in jail and his picture was plastered all over investor boards. Marked as the culprit for manipulating stocks like PHOT and a main cause for suspension.
Still must have been all on a shady scam company though, right?
Gotta love the illiterate.
We'll have to see. We don't really know what gets allocated where in this company.
Financing to work out, less toxic than share diluting when it comes to pps. Struggle to become cash positive.
Marco not flexing too much muscle yet. All speculation at this point. Is that an ace up his sleeve or just a tissue for the tears of investors? We'll have to see.
We must be using two completely different metrics to gauge success in the mj sector.
Maybe they can reach even higher and prove me wrong, but those numbers were paddy cakes compared to the sectors biggest gainers.
Perhaps they can make something work that isn't a medbox rip off scam?
I was in erbb during the 2014 ZAZZ hype.
They were not successful.
If anyone has an inkling that a R/S is coming after another big run, it will be best to let go pre-r/s and get back in once price settles.
Erbb was a great tax write off for losses in 2014 which helped to offset the real money being made in other stocks of the sector.
When the rats are all running, jumping ship and in fear for their lives - that's a great time to jump on board. A cheap time at that!
I don't know if I even like seeing positive news on PHOT anymore. They seem to surprise and go up the most when these rats are a runnin'!
Not a bad one, AERO - but the gulf in quality compared to people using Home Depot purchased mediums like miracle gro vs canna based product is stammering.
People have done it, but the end result is a very nasty experience to consume on average. This has a lot to do with the time release nutes mixed in with their mediums IMHO.
I can see them producing canna specifics, but the industry is already dominated by companies like Fox Farm for soil and many others who provide coco coir which is the newest big trend. Hydro, specialty soil mixes, coco and more are already steaming full speed ahead. We'll have to see about the future products. Taste and flavor see a big emphasis when it comes to quality.
Except they do have legitimate operations and are selling grow supplies to the producers of the industry.
Further legalization coupled with loose restriction will mean many states will come after hundreds of millions in grow supplies. Everyone from your basement gardener to your warehouse cropper will need st least the basic combination of equipment - lights, fans, tents, filters, mediums, nutrients, pest mitigation, etc.
Producing quality product isn't cheap. There will be many people who will try the cheapo miracle gro route and realize they are producing terrible quality. People will need decent setups to be successful whether on a personal or commercial scale. One of PHOT's stores has been on the top tier list for producers and has just updated its main site. I can't imagine we're looking at a complete scam/enrichment scheme. Perhaps try ordering from them to see what you think?
Had to switch from Scottrade on this one. Recommend TD or Schwab if you can stomach a few extra bucks on trading.
Interestingly, when I spoke to Scottrade's local office around town - they said they've had a LOT of requests to trade this one.
Said their hands were tied by corporate for when they'll allow trades, but they have a lot of clients pushing the issue. Can only imagine those requests are intensifying throughout this month. Only good news expected for MJ industry coming down the pipeline in regards to politics and business.
Even if madman Trump gets the nod, pot workers will remain secure in their livelihoods. Biggest question if it will be a pump or trend.
Never get too greedy. Set goals and sell when you meet them. Exuberance has lost many people lots of money.
There's always that attraction to hold for a full year or more and pay fewer taxes though!
This one is really doing his rounds for the short crowd. A couple months too early imho, but good effort across many boards.
$GRNH$
Here here! Stop this perverted justice for PHOT as they sell grow materials legally.
Total scam, must be. Only solution is for government regulation to intensify, for the SEC to resume suspensions and once again cripple a sector - leaving it to the shorts to reign over.
Not going to happen. They'll let the sector run for the entirety of this November hype cycle before targeting a select few for suspension. Highly unlikely PHOT is selected in round 2 of sector suspension, but I can think of plenty that will bite the dust.
Holding decently. Plenty to add into November. Remember that law changes lead to profit changes when you're providing the grow supplies in this industry.
If anyone can point me to a company supplying grow equipment like PHOT which can be invested in as well, please let me know. Otherwise, PHOT is the only one I know in the sector which is poised for profit that won't be considered 'ill gotten gains'.
Some bank leniency will be enough to charge off a big shot upward. Financing deals can help us get away from toxic share bloating.
You're right. The company is here to profit from share selling and bag holders. Something they can't do without volume.
They were SUPPOSED to get into providing lab testing and strain classification.
They allegedly have 'bud genius' which is supposed to be doing something related to RIGH.
Quite frankly, the CEO is mute and nothing of any real value has been sold here for many years.
To answer your question, it's all share selling right now. One day the CEO may wake up and remember he was supposed to run this thing. In short, your shares pay his salary and he gets to do nothing.
Oh no. Out of all the stocks to cash a risk on, you chose this?
This is why people need to brush up on their company history. Even the bud genius website has stagnated while others are taking the helm.
Not only that, but budgenius and a ticker change has been talked about for YEARS and years.
This stock didn't move on 2014 hype and isn't even moving on 2016 November hype.
I know a lot of us like to stay blind on our favorite tickers, but this one has a history of being blatantly terrible and stagnant.
I'm seeing .0125 at the moment. Unsure of the collapse you mention.
Not the only mj sector stock I've got eyes on, but certainly a bellwether.
Should be an interesting ride into 2017. Tough to trade on, but easy to hold.
Sounds like a sweet deal to me!
I can't see being an alarmist, but that's why I mentioned company restructuring, return from gray, etc. it would be disingenuous to say MH has done nothing. It would be honest to say he definitely needs to do MORE however in order to make something out of this company.
He is comparatively a lot less fluffy in his PR than the previous leadership members who were mostly talk. I do favor action in those circumstances, but the jury is still out until the public can get some intel on these deals he has allegedly been working on.
I think more accurately, he did a lot to start - but the molasses slow progress is sure to upset anyone since.
Definitely a good pick in the sector. Primed and poised. Has seen good runs before. Will definitely be looking forward to an entry point.
Retail was the original route and I can't put my finger on if they're going to keep shrinking it down to convert to online or direct sales.
They've at least stopped the bleeding by closing down the beta stores and keeping with the alphas of the group.
Growlife was popular at first because of its deals and big plans. They were aiming to create a machine that moderated transactions to state spec.
They had plans to capitalize on new tech and join up in supplying other companies with gear - Also the G.I.F.T. Program that helped empower the growers and bring in profits over time for Growlife.
The old Growlife always had some smooth sounding sales idea. While it often sounded gimmicky, there was also a lot of clout to it.
This new structure does seem like a ship saving approach. More suit & tie, less gimmick. The memory of Hegyi being a former Microsoft executive slipped out of mind over time as he became more widely recognized as Growlife CEO. Kind of wild how credentials fade from memory, but he is at least savvy in the tech sector and that gets points when dealing with pot stocks. He also miraculously pulled it out of the gray graveyard, a pit that almost everyone said could not be clawed back from.
Whether you like it or not, this ticker has a pretty rich history and is thankfully steeped in the picks and shovels - more legitimate side of the industry.
If there's one bet you can make during the shaky politics of this election season, it would probably be on the guys who already can sell to all 50 states and beyond.
Oof. The number of times I've seen this claim is higher than the digits on my hands and feet.
Guys with those statements usually come back in shortly after so they can scurry in on the lowest point.
Good for trading at the moment, but wise to ride out the storm. PHOT appears to be returning to the sector as a barometer for the rest. Lest we forget this company had so much pre-suspension that the whole sector took a nose dive with their previous relegation to the greys.
Best of luck!
Average down on what? No real point in buying into a non-mover when so many are making money on other MJ tickers at this time.
Forget averaging down, this is left in the dust and gone with the wind.
Stock hasn't seen volume or uptrend like this in years. Really amazing to see and be a part of!
Someone must know something coming through the pipeline here. No way hype alone is driving us through the first downs here.
What little I own is completely and utterly without any value anyway.
Like giving money to charity, but the guy who runs it is a total scam artist.
