How is that possible?
The plant is at 5% capacity which was stated via text message by the #1 CEO.... so how in the heck is water being sold at 1,000 stores? By the way, the 1,000 stores DOESN'T include contracts with some of the private companies such as the Ritz.
The math doesn't add up. Folks, we are being fooled by the #1 CEO and her fluffer.

I find it strange that a CEO of a publicly traded company responses back and forth via text message with one shareholder. Is that breaking any SEC rules?
Think about it, if these BRWC text messages weren't posted, we would have no clue on what's going on within Boreal Water Collection. There's been more BRWC CEO text messages posted in the last year than PRs. Is that not fair to say?

How is BRWC only at 5% capacity? How is that even possible?
- According to Jimi, BRWC is being sold in over 1,000 stores. This includes a bulk $24 million contract with companies in China. ... how is BRWC at only 5% capacity? Unless, the orders from all 1,000 stores are very small shipments?
- With a 1,000 stores already pushing the Boreal product and a contract "pending" in the UAE and Africa .... how is the plant at 5% capacity?

So Boreal is reporting correctly their sales… Same with Soho… or any other clients. Licensing agreement all is fine with it.. It was for 5 year term which is now expired…
As far as St-Elie, no conflict of interest. No money is funneled to St-Elie… St. Elie has always helped Boreal financially… All is absolutely proper…
As for the two previous auditors Rodger and Johnson, it is the SEC that dismissed them. It had nothing to do with Boreal except their audits because invalid. As for Heyn, I let him go after 4 months as he was not performing as per mandate and wanted a fortune for his work. Any CEO would have done the same. Now we have 3 years of audits to do, cost is really high and I am really evaluating if to just becoming limited information. I think it is just OK for Boreal needs.
SEC are all aware of this… so no worry and all legal…
IRS…nothing to worry… if Linda or other shareholders wants to spend money for nothing, they will just waste their time and money. We have huge accumulated losses so obviously no taxes to pay.

As for the audits for BRWC, why wasn't the cost of the audits determined with Heyn prior to the signing of the CPA engagement letter? This is extremely strange! The CPA engagement letter would have detailed what was to be completed and the cost of doing so. It would've also provided her an estimated timeline. I spoke to a CPA that works in the SEC realm and he too found it odd that the cost wouldn't have been agreed upon prior to the start of the audit. In addition, I thought Fran had paid him in stock? ( I could be totally wrong... vaguely remember something along those lines).
St.Elie - From the sound of the text message, St. Elie is helping Boreal? How? I thought Boreal was charged a fee to work with St. Elie? How is that helping us?

You have to ask yourself…. Is this a true Leader? Is this the kind of leadership I’m looking for in a stock? By the way, why is the CEO only responding to one particular shareholder? KIAMESHA LAKE, N.Y., Feb. 9, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (OTC: BRWC), an established water bottler of premium private-labeled bottled water products tailored for each client's particular need, today issues the following updates.
In the Fall of 2015, we were able to get interest from a large international group from the UAE and Saudi Arabia for buying our water. In December 2015 and January 2016, we conducted water tests required from these buyers. Results have been positive, so our legal teams are now working on the contracts and we expect to sign these long term supply contracts in the first quarter of 2016. The proposed initial ship date is April 1, 2016 and the term for the contract will be 5 years. (Today is April 22, 2016 - we are now 21 days past the initial ship date. There has been no mention of a new rescheduled shipping date.)
In the last 3 months, International Capital LLP (Intercap), our London England based financial advisor, was able to raise capital to finance the growth and the expansion of Boreal Water. Intercap currently raised $500,000 in debenture with warrants priced at $0.0075 from 2 investors in Saudi Arabia.
Boreal was able to lock in its right of "first refusal" on purchasing Alpine Spring property. Currently the company is paying $65,000 per year with on a long term lease that was to expire Oct 31, 2035, making a minimum future payment of $1,605,824. Instead of paying these fees, the company will purchase Alpine Springs for an amount of $600,000. This purchase will be very beneficial to the company and permits the company to control its own water springs. The property consists of 130 acres of land.

Water will be shipped to Port Elizabeth harbor which is located less than 250 miles from Boreal's plant and springs. So, I find it very odd that in May 19, 2015 the CEO announced 300 stores but changed the story months later after my conversation with Chloe in which Chloe made it clear that it was only 80 stores.

The proposed initial ship date is April 1, 2016 and the term for the contract will be 5 years. (Today is April 22, 2016 - we are now 21 days past the initial ship date. In the last 3 months, International Capital LLP (Intercap), our London England based financial advisor, was able to raise capital to finance the growth and the expansion of Boreal Water. Intercap currently raised $500,000 in debenture with warrants priced at $0.0075 from 2 investors in Saudi Arabia.
Boreal was able to lock in its right of "first refusal" on purchasing Alpine Spring property. Currently the company is paying $65,000 per year with on a long term lease that was to expire Oct 31, 2035, making a minimum future payment of $1,605,824. Instead of paying these fees, the company will purchase Alpine Springs for an amount of $600,000. This purchase will be very beneficial to the company and permits the company to control its own water springs. The property consists of 130 acres of land.

Final Thoughts:
-After reading all of the deals that were "executed" since the beginning of 2014, how is it that Boreal Water Collection is only running at 5% capacity especially with all the positive news of contracts, sales, number of stores, offices opening overseas? Again... 5% Capacity? How?
- Four years of unaudited financials is killing us! We need to get this changed. This would help us shareholders understand the financial health of the company.

Well done, sir. Now, this was a much more detailed response. Thank you for sharing your concerns. I get it... the owe a lot of dough and they aren't bringing enough revenue in to offset the debt.
How much does this ratio change if the Federal Government changes its stance on cannabis? Does it at all? What if more State legalize it? Does that not make a different?
I think this stock is a short play.... I can't see long term. Like short as in you scored shares between .77 to .88 the other day. I think this will continue to stay around the 1.30 to 1.50 range.
